The guys who helped us were beyond amazing in their customer service! We were very hesitant to go to Walmart auto but needed to get our car in ASAP and Firestone had no availability for the time frame we needed. We were even more nervous after reading reviews; however, this experience was great from start to finish! The time it took for what we needed was quick, the price we paid was extremely reasonable & the communication with them was great! They made sure to update us when they could without us asking for updates.
Terrible experience. It took 3.5 hours just to get my tires changed. Not because there was a long line, but poor communication between staff. The service lady left a voicemail instead of coming to the customer lounge I was in to ask a question. I was then never told that my vehicle was done. Only until I was so fed up that I got up to speak to someone, I noticed my car wasnt even in the bay anymore and was finished! Do not get auto work done here.
Bought a battery for my car and they installed it for free and did it pretty fast

My Mother purchased a used car last year (Aug. 2018) and we took her car to this Walmart on 21st and Maize. When we left we felt like it was a new car! I was so impressed by the fine job the mechanics did that I took my car there this year (Dec. 2019) and they did such a great job again that I had to write a grateful review!!! It is so refreshing to know that people still take pride in their work!!! And it only took 30 minutes! THANK YOU WALMART!!! 👏👏👏👏👏
Checked website for opening time for Sunday,02-09-2020,for oil change. Website said 7am, signs out front also posted 7am. Arrived at 6:45,first in long line,only to be still sitting in stall at 7:16! Noticed people stirring inside at 7:05,lights on,etc. Employee finally came out at 7:20am,as if nothing was out of the ordinary,I asked why we had to wait so long,and was informed manager had left keys at home,had to go back home for them. Would have been more receptive had they came out to inform all of us what was going on! Very disappointed.
They put the wrong oil in. I asked for high- mileage- which it also said it on the previous window reminder sticker. Then the manager says well fix it right away- meanwhile, another customer pulls up and wants to get their oil changed- and drop what theyre doing( working on my car) to go help another customer- and without saying anything to me. I guess you get what you pay for- maybe the extra$10 you pay elsewhere may be worth it
Every time I have dropped my vehicles off for tires or oil work, the people have been friendly and helpful. During busy times, they run a several hour wait but they are up-front about this and give you a good estimate so you can make plans. Vehicle maintenance is not something most people like to do, plus it is expensive. I am happy Walmart does it at a very reasonable cost compared to most shops.
The reason I gave two stars because the guy greeted in the line was super nice. Ive been using Walmart Auto Care for long time but this time was disappointed. Got there about 9, after waiting about 1 hour, I went ask the lady upfront to check on my car to see how it was going, she told me to wait another 1 or 2 hours. Sitting there 3 hours, seeing other cars went in after me being fixed and got out while nobody was bothering to take care mine. So disappointed!
Bryan, Willy and Mary were awesome and super friendly. Glad to get out of the usual auto shop routine where they treat you based off the size of your wallet. Cant wait for my next visit.
Stay clear of this place. Should of know when I started in the greeter line and the meth mouth greeter got an attitude when I showed her my paper work for tires I ordered in she told me that she needed tire size and my name when it was on the sheet. Then I asked her to keep the old tires for me and I would load them up. I went inside to see how long it would be and and the final price and they had no note to keep the old tires. Then after 3 hours when I picked the car up they tried to double charge me for the tires I already bought online and threatened to keep the keys to the car if I didnt pay. Finally got that resolved and go out to the car and all the tires are inside the car on my seats. Completely destroyed my interior! When I went back in all they said was sorry you wanted the old tires. Got home to check everything over and they had 60psi in 32psi max tires. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! More damage done than good
I buy my tires for both my cars and buy the lifetime rotate and balance however the previous two visits they could not do the rotates, tire guy too busy. Today they refused to rotate my tires because the tread depth was too low on the front, but not to the wear indicators .And he told me the back have plenty of depth but they need rotated. So I asked if you would have rotated one of the last two time I would be fine and he said yes but we have a liability issue because the tread is too low. Never again will I buy tires and anything from Walmart.
Ive had my tires done there twice..the first I was there 2 hrs and they where honest and told me it was gonna be awhile..the second..I came early..I was first in line..in and out no problems..ty..ill... be..back.
I took just a tire in to be fixed. The lady behind the desk kept giving me other peoples car keys after I repeatedly told her I just need my tire.
This morning I had a very unfortunate situation happen next door at Charlie’s car wash when their automated conveyor belt broke off my valve stems on my tires. Naturally all the air went out of the tires and I was SOL. Not only were they willing to help me, but they came right over, jacked my car up, pulled the tires/wheels off, fixed everything, and put it all back on. The tires on my car are Michelin performance summer tires and run upwards of $400 each. My car itself is a limited edition vehicle that has very specific lift points in order to jack up the vehicle without damaging anything. Instead of acting like they knew everything, they brought a book that told them where to jack it up and did the job right. They also saved my expensive summer tires (which are brand new I might add) by coming right away, so the rims weren’t resting on them for an hour or more. They just did an amazing job and went out of their way for someone in need, and that’s slowly becoming harder and harder to find. Thanks to Pat and the other gentlemen that was there (I didn’t catch your name!), my morning went much more smoothly than it would have otherwise. Thank you guys!!!
Legit the worst customer service. Was given the run around for 5 minutes on the phone to try and have an availability question answered just to get hung up on. 10/10
The new greeter line is a joke. Takes 20 minutes a car just to get checked in. Complete waste of time. If you have all day Im sure this wont bother you, but if you are trying to simply get an oil change it is ridiculous. Better off dropping your vehicle off at any other garage like Jiffy Lube.
Battery finally gave out in my truck and I called and spoke with Brian who went out of his way to help me get a new one and back on the road! Excellent customer service Brian!

Got a basic oil change. .. noticed when leaving truck said change oil. So I called to ask and they told me I needed to ask to get the light turned off... u change my oil, why wouldnt u turn off the light?
