I am always impressed by the awesome service I receive when I take our Mini in. When I stopped by the service area I wasnt sure where to park while I checked in but an employee immediately stepped up and offered to take care of my car and sent me right in to Austin. Austin showed me what services my car needed, made sure I was aware of any charges before work started and even offered a shuttle to take me home (almost an hour away) and pick me up. Every employee Ive met has been great, friendly and helpful and professional. I highly recommend Walser.
They gave me the best price for my brake replacement and were able to get me in the next day. My service advisor, Austin, was very helpful and the communication during my cars servicing was excellent. MINIs cost a lot to keep up, but if you have one, this place will service it for the best price.
All I can say is, “Oh my goodness!” We could not be more pleased with Mini of Wichita and particularly the salesman Mathew. I did a custom-built 2022 Mini Countryman in Chili Red and I am in love!! The entire experience was phenomenal! Not gonna lie, the wait on a custom-build can be a killer, but Mathew cheerfully tolerated my incessant texts requesting status. He’s a low-pressure salesman which made the whole experience so much more pleasant. I would highly recommend Mathew & Mini of Wichita!

We purchased a used Honda at Mini of Wichita- likely nowhere near the price level of most of the cars sold here. It made no difference in the service we received from Mathew Salyers - he was on top of every detail from beginning to end. There is zero pressure here and no haggling over price, and yet Mathew was able to structure a deal that worked for all concerned. I have bought a lot of cars over the years, and this was by far the best experience Ive had. I would encourage you to give them an opportunity to impress you - I think youll be pleased!
Never going back! Wish I could give you zero stars!I drove my car up there to have it looked at and it was not drivable when I went to pick it up. They told me what they thought was wrong with it, and I said ok I am on the way to get it. We go to leave, my wife gets in it and it barely starts and will not pull out of the parking place. They knew I was driving from out of town to get the car and didn’t even have the decency to tell me that the car was no longer drivable. I spoke to the service manager the next morning and all he would do is repeat what was written on the invoice and wouldn’t even acknowledge the fact that it was a drivable car when it entered and a non-drivable car when I picked it up. He also maintained that there was no way for them to know it was not drivable because they were able to park it in the spot. Apparently it broke sitting in their parking lot waiting for me to come pick it up. And with all this not a single I’m sorry, or I’m sorry to hear about that, or is there something we can do to possibly help. Just we are right, you are wrong, it’s broken, pay us a bunch of money to fix it. So I researched it and located a very highly rated garage that specializes in imports very close to them that quoted me price to fix one of the problems they diagnosed for about 40% of what they asked.
Austin Landers (service dept) and Michelle Anderson (sales) are awesome. I had issues with my mini. Austin went above and beyond helping me with decisions on how to handle what needed to be done. Long story short ended up with him sending me to sales where Michelle also went above and beyond to get me in a new 2021Mini Cooper S. I cant say enough on how Walser puts the customer first.
Mathew Salyers was very responsive and patient from beginning to end. Started with answering all my questions, and not pressuring me to buy my Mini!! Once we placed production order, he was very patient with me checking in frequently... “is it here yet... is it here yet!?” Once it arrived Matt was sure to deliver day it arrived!!

My story on getting a car from there is a long and somewhat frustrating/funny to look back on now type of story (to absolutely nobody’s fault, probably more my own) however Isabella was always calling/texting me to give me updates or answer any questions I had in a way that far exceeded my expectations from any rep. It’s very true that I did buy the car I wanted but more so, I bought her as a person. I couldn’t be any happier with my car and the story/friendship we’ve created! Awesome buying experience! Even though we purchased what was probably their most affordable used Mini, they treated us like kings. It was over the top when we finished the paperwork, Rosalie led us to their main Showroom and there sat my wifes new coffee brown Countryman with a huge red bow on top! I came to Walser after having a horrible experience at Eddys Toyota. Michelle was my salesperson and she was fantastic. By far the best service I have ever received at a car dealership! At first is was good but then it all set in, had a bad tire. I knew that I didnt have a spare but what I didnt realize was no jack or lug wrench. When I called and tried to talk with them it was like the most normal thing ever. Then they were the only one in town that had the tire but they could get to my car for 3 days just for a tire. Again I will never buy from Walser Mini Copper or any other Walser company because this is the way they do business.
Drove 4 hours one way to look at a car at their dealership, Ended up not being exactly what we were looking for Jose Paz was extremely patient, Showing us numerous models, explaining the exact differences, He was knowledgeable, patient, and thorough from the very first interaction to the last. We were unable to make a deal work out with our trade is the only reason only leaving 4 stars. Jose Paz earned 6 outta 5 stars!
This was by far the easiest car buying experience in our combined 100 year history. We had visited the showroom on several occasions and not once did we feel pressured to buy. Instead, each visit was about explaining the many Mini features. And, when we made a buying decision, Matthew and Mason took care of every detail efficiently and quickly. By the time we finished our second cup of coffee, I was comfortably seated in my new Mini for the drive home. The buying experience couldn’t have been better.

Took my Mini in for service as a check engine light was on and needed new tires. Paid over $1000 for the service and parts. The second time driving the car after getting it back, the CEL came on again. The fourth time I drove it down to get the car registered, I went to open engine compartment and...nothing...no pop no crack no breaking sound at all. The cable was either broken or stretched at the shop and when I took it back, they took no accountability for it even though it was working fine before they serviced it and the mechanic obviously had to use it on order to access the engine for the service work. They assume I broke it, but I didnt - and there was no sense of accountability for that problem, nor was anything said about the CEL coming back on again almost immediately after picking the car up. I will find other shops that have move competent and honest mechanics.
Make sure you work with Isabella when you stop in. She goes to great lengths to make sure her customers are happy, and shes super responsive when issues come up. I wish everyone was as honest, friendly, and customer focused as she is!
The staff and service at Mini of Wichita is outstanding with a very professional atmosphere. Marcus is the service advisor at Mini and he is fantastic! If you have any issues or questions he is the one to contact. Mini is a great brand to add to the Wichita Luxury Collection.

This is my first Mini and they answered all of my 100 questions with a smile. And Bryan, the Sales Manager called me personally to answer my questions. There was one small miscommunication and they went totally above and beyond to take care of me and to make sure that I was 100% happy....what else could I ask for. We will avoid from ever buying any Vehicles from Mini or BMW in Wichita. Both times were treated like we didnt know what we were talking about for trade values or financing. Ridiculous trade in value offers on our vehicle, whether we were going to buy new or used.
I must say that in all my years of purchasing, leasing and selling cars, my experience with sales manager Steven Berney was the best ever.and thats considering I drove 6 hours to the dealership from Dallas, TX. I was first contacted by Mathew Sayers who very promptly provided me with all the information I needed. From then on, the whole process was smooth. When Mat was busy or tied up with another client, Steven always stepped in and answered every question I had about the car even after office hours. This how purchasing a car should - efficient and hassle and free. The service and dedication of the entire crew from the general manager John Petersen to the sales manager Steven Berney, and to the sales folks including Mat and Rosalie were simply exemplary!
Went in for a Check Engine light, and Mark was exceptionally helpful. He checked the key, told me what seemed to be the problem and gave me the price and estimated time until it was done. Since I dont live in Wichita, them taking care of it within the day was exceptionally helpful. While they took care of it, they also provided me with an itemized list of things they recommended I look at at some point as well as the cost. They didnt spring anything on me like some other mechanics had, and Mark made sure I was kept up to date throughout the entire process. By the time I got the car back, the outside of it was completely cleaned.By far the best experience I have had with an auto dealer.
Amazzzzzzzzing. First I have to say working with Mathew Salyers is the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. He spent two weeks working with me on getting me into my little four door mini I had been eyeing for two months! Was not rude to me once or annoyed in the least with all my questions. He worked very hard on getting me at a price that was reasonable for me. I will say they have the best priced Minis out of all the dealerships I’ve looked at. We bought a clubman for my husband back in May from Baron and after that experience I was nervous to even try another Mini dealership, but my heart was set on this four door. I will definitely be returning to the Wichita dealership in the future and referring everyone I know to Mathew. Could not be happier with how everything turned out. Worth the three hour drive!

They are currently in a temporary building which is so NOT NORMAL a wonderful thing for MINIacs. . Only suggestion I would make is for the staff to lose the suits MINIs are about having fun loosen up and enjoy!!! We will be back one day to see the new facility

Luxury, Luxury, Luxury.This is the third time I’v bought a car from the lot and this experience was by far the most unique, pleasant and easy transaction I’v had. I’m certain I will never buy a car from anyone but Walser.They have the lowest prices in the West, I diligently compared their prices to Colorado, New Mexico, Nevada and Utah and they are on average 5k cheaper than the competition.Michelle Anderson is OUTSTANDING. Everything was done online, her replies are so quick wether it be at 8am, or 9pm . She found credits and discounts that were obscure and made sure I got the best possible price, within my budget. She is so readily available that I actually thought she was automated until I spoke and eventually met with her!I flew in from Denver to pick my car up, (although they deliver nationwide), and Michelle picked me up at the airport!!! I was floored at the lengths she went through to make me feel special and to make my life more convenient . She even texted the next morning to make sure I made it back home safely which was truly the cherry on the cake. THIS is what businesses should model their service and they are super fortunate to have her!!

My wife and I are CO residents, were cruising through on the way to Arkansas. Had a total car flameout when a pulley messed up, no power steering, overheating engine etc. Nightmare. Got it towed to Wichita and immediately the team set to work on getting us to our destination and the car fixed. Marcus LLane was in charge of service and was nothing but awesome, communicative and helpful and making what should have been a rough stopover in to a very pleasant experience. Lovely facilities, nice staff and coffee to boot! Highly recommend letting the fine folks at MINI Wichita take care of your Mini baby, theyll treat you and your vehicle right.

I gave them one star because there is not an option for no stars. Their customer service in the service department is awful to obsolete. I have to give it to them though, they are Angels when it comes to selling you a car, but forget getting that car serviced. They have lied to me about a transmission leak( they said it would be 1000 dollars to fix) THERE WASNT EVEN A LEAK! Then I had a tire blow out two weeks ago on my MINI. I took it to the mini of wichita service center only because they can handle the insurance centers. They tried to tell me insurance would not cover my tire, because, the contract wasnt started until 2018, I signed the contract with tirewise tire care in March of 2017.on top of that it took them a week and a half to replace my flat tire. The loaner they gave me was awful. It was slow, sluggish, and the absolute base model that mini could offer. And the cherry on top is that you cannot argue with their service department, they believe every word they say, forget trying to defend yourself because they wont let you. They didnt even vacuum my car in the week and a half that they had it. And General Manager please feel free to reach out to me Thomas Singleton. And I bought a car from you, you can find my number.
Purchased a CPO Mini from Walser. Car is great, couldnt be happier with the car.... everything else was sub par. Rosalie was our salesperson. After 60 plus emails, texts, and phone calls (many of which were to correct mistakes we had already called her out on) we made the 500 mile drive to pick up our car. We arrived at the dealership at 9am on New Years Day, only to find out Rosalie had not made contact with our financing company, (although she had told us that she had contacted them, and it was all ready to go) so no money was there for the transaction. After hours of them trying to figure out what to do, they finally gave us the keys and let us go. Lots of promises to make it right, but none of them came through, all we got was a ton of stress from them.Problems didnt end there. They were unable to provide title or MSO to my local DMV for months. Once they did provide title, we found out they had over collected on license fees. So my DMV sent the overage back to Walser. I waited months for Walser to send the overage back to me. I finally contacted Walser and they forgot to send me the money back.You can purchase Minis at any number of dealers, and Im sure the experience will be miles ahead of mine.
