Yesterday had daunting experience of road trip breakdown (failed alternator) in Wichita KS with expected resolution of at least a day or two. Stopped at a Meineke on Webb road where guys named Brian and Mark worked us in immediately and had us back on road in 90 minutes. Amazing! Top notch experience, 10/10. Thank you Meineke for great employees and service in a faltering repair industry! A blessing!
My experience was very good. I appreciate that the installer of my new tires made sure he mounted them the way I wanted. He replaced the valve stems at no additional charge and he made sure I didnt have the white letters out. Its hot and humid here in Kansas and the installer just wiped away his sweat and knocked out my full tire replaced and balance in no time. Oh and did I mention how cheap it was! I called many other companies and they was the cheapest and it ended up being less than what I was quoted! I will be using them for other services in the near future!Thanks guys! Very happy!
They had the best deal of anywhere in a full synthetic oil change, by the service was excellent!!! The young guy at the front was awesome, and he was very understanding of me requiring them to use a mask in my vehicle, which is extremely important with my health conditions! Lightening fast tire change. I called in the morning to set up an appointment and they had the tires ready when I arrived later. It only took one hour once the car was in the shop.

I was in Wichita for work and started having a rattling noise coming from my brand new brakes while in town. Jeremy at the front desk was the most helpful and friendly manager I’ve ever experienced at any repair shop. It turns out I was missing caliper bolts from a poor installation, and they had it fixed within 15 minutes at no charge! I highly recommend this shop if you’re looking for a fast and friendly service.

The service manager and the technician were excellent. They found out the bad lug nuts and told me to change it. No unnecessary expenses quotes by them.The only concern was the cost. I had a coupon of an oil change but i had to pay $10 more because they changed the original price of oil change after the coupon was issued online. I understand prices are subject to change, but they should update their online coupons too.

First time visit. Professional service manager. New location so everything was clean. Did everything right with no pressure to replace cabin and engine filters that were clearly dirty. Rotating tires was included in the oil change price. I guess doing things right takes longer; was there for at least an hour.
Went they couldn’t align my vechicle and still had to pay even though they didn’t align my vechicle don’t recommend this place seen the guy shut my door hard couple of times never coming to this place again saying it’s my gear box got it checked out was in perfect condition and very mad waited 4 hours for there unprofessional work and still got charged for there unprofessional work was 5 of them and all chit chatting and standing around
Always friendly reliable service! My rear tires were bad going in for an oil change today and after being rotated caused my steering wheel to shake. I called the guys at Meineke who not only offered a tow, but also a call back from the manager, Jason...who actually called me back! After replacing the tires, my issue was resolved. I was just impressed that they cared bc lets be honest- a tire issue after an oil change isnt generally going to be their problem!

They were very quick and professional, taking time to show exactly what was wrong and explaining what they did. The price was higher than I would have liked but was in the range of the expected. I didn’t have to do this repair myself so I was overall pleased with the results.
I regularly use this Meineke for all car services. First, Jason is a former Honda senior tech and knows most things about repairs and explains them in simple terms. I truly feel that Jason runs a honest and compassionate service department. Jeremy, the store manager gets a lot of credit for how the shop is run and the ethical treatment for customers. I have spent time with both men and have high respect and trust in their opinions and pricing. You will not find a better car repair shop in Wichita.
I’m a loyal customer and had respect for the previous manager. They’ve since changed manager and some shop mechanics. I’m not as happy with the new personnel.
They did an excellent job. I called 15 mins in advance and I was in and out in 20 mins! Will definitely be back next time.
Quick service, set an appointment the night before in and out in about 30 minutes. Only issue was none of the employees were wearing masks or social distancing. I understand why the mechanics don’t but the front desk people should be wearing them or at the very least distancing themselves. All customers who came in were wearing them but at one point there was the two of us and 6 other people in the small area.
All that matters is that they gave me the service I asked for a simple oil change they where able to fit me in at 5pm before closing. I just want honest service at a good price. You will pay more for less work at Firestone and tires plus . They dont give you transmission service.
This place has gone downhill in the past year. Guy at the counter wasn’t wearing a mask even when their policy states it’s required in the lobby. I came in for oil change and a tire rotation. They don’t follow appointment times as it took an hour after my schedule time for my car to get back there. A week later and oil is leaking from the filter area and my tires weren’t even rotated. The right front tire was patched and has a white spot on it showing where it was fixed a couple months prior to me coming in. This tire is still on the front of the car meaning they weren’t rotated. They used to be good but I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
Good group o lads here. Got me the ol switcheroo on an alternator and battery. They let you supply your own parts for the uhh....the process unlike other places LOOKIN AT YOU FIRESTONE, SCHOFIELD HONDA, AND CHRISTIAN BROTHERS AUTOMOTIVE but I wont name names.Colton in particular was a huge help and was keeping me updated through the whole ordeal. Also pretty reasonable price.
Im taking a long road trip so I came to get a oil change and he informed me a 23point inspection was free with that. I was happy with the friendly service and quality work.
No one wore a mask even though on the door it says face mask required. I had an appointment for 1230, they didn’t take my car back till 1. I was there with my daughter who is 8 and we stayed outside mostly but for the small time we were inside one of the employees said f*** while talking to hi coworker while we were sitting right there. We went right back outside after I would never go back here again.
On 01/05/21 went to the North Woodlawn location Wichita, Kansas my wife and I met with Jeremy to get the refund from prior service for a diagnostic test on or about 11/11/21 that hadnt been performed. Jeremy stated that it was under warranty and could provide the repair services and that since we had already been charged for a engine diagnostics test that instead of refunding the money that would be done as well the car was brought in on 2/4/21. Jeremy stated that the warranty was only a 30 day warranty he stated we would be charged over $300 for the replacement of a fuse box which there was a debate about why I would be charged for replacing the fuse box when it was supposedly repaired from the prior service and that we were told that it was under warranty. A reasonable person would rightfully assume that he was going to give us our refund and that he didnt honor what he said after carefully reading the warranty on the back of the invoice I saw nothing about a 30 day warranty the warranty for parts and services is 12 months or 12,000 miles whichever comes first I never declined any repairs because he couldnt give me any specifics about what was wrong with the car the car was actually worse than it was before it was brought in unable to start and have additional problems as if it were tampered with because it began leaking antifreeze after picking up the car. I am really beginning to believe that either the company or the people that are hired have no integrity that the objective is to make money regardless if the customer is satisfied or not.SINCERELY YOURS,EARNEST EUGENE WALKER JR.

I have the Meineke app on my phone. I have it so I’m able to set appointments. I set my appointment for 12p. And it didn’t get inside of the garage till 1p. It was an inconvenience. However, They do a great job on my vehicle!! But what’s the point of the appointment system if we don’t use the appointment?

I’ve always enjoyed my experience at this location but I was very disappointed that the employees did not enforce wearing face mask. None of the employees wore mask. Even two of the customers sitting right next to me had their mask in their chin and none of the employees asked them to correct it. Even tho the service was good per usual I cannot see myself going to a business that doesn’t enforce a mask during a pandemic. Thank you Jeremy for the great service over the years.

My mother, and 3 month old daughter were traveling cross country when our alternator went out. When I called Meineke, Jeremy was upfront and honest and said they were very busy but would do the best they could to take a look at it this day (being a Friday afternoon). We were able to wait in a comfortable environment, which was great with my daughter. Jeremy was very welcoming.They were able to take a look at the car towards the end of the day, and found out it was in fact the alternator. I assumed we would have to get a hotel and would hopefully get the car fixed on Saturday so we wouldnt have to wait until Monday. But, Jeremy and one of his technicians Thomas were willing to stay late in order to get our car fixed that evening so we could get back on the road and continue home.It was a true blessing! Thank you
The service was fine, but the wait was 2 hours. That is way to long for an oil change and tire rotation. Not even vacuumed.
When I heard a rattling or running noise on my older, high mileage car you can imagine I was very worried. I called Meineke, and they told me to bring it in. I dropped it off, and since it was last minute it took about 3 hours for them to look at it, but I understood that I brought it in on a whim. Once they got it looked at they gave me a call and let me know it was just a large chunk of ice rattling around where my regulator is. I went to pick it up, and they didn’t even charge me. Great business, and great service. Highly recommend them!!
Jeremy and his team are eager to help you out regardless of how booked they are. I was waiting to get my tires replaced when an elderly lady walked in with a tire patch. I was already under the impression that they were overbooked, but Jeremy was very nice to go ahead and get her switched out to the spare wheel and get her on her way. They always are upfront with you about the repairs and prices. This is an honest business with great people. I would definitely go back!

I like this place! They just want to take care of your vehicle while they take care of your pocket. Meaning by this, they wont tell you to fix or change something that it does have to be fixed.One day I took my vehicle to a mechanic and they told me I didnt have any more break padding and it needed to be changed. I took it to Meineke and they told me I still have some padding. That was a year ago and I am still good with the brakes.
Needed an oil change paid more than I usually do with a discount...but it was needed. the establishment was clean, they friendly, informative and fast and near by. Would recommend and will use them again.
Popped a whole in my tire. Came in and they took my tires back right away. Fixed it up and aired up. Easy 30 min.

When I walk in they know me by name now and are ALWAYS honest, well priced, great at communicating and efficient. I moved out of the neighborhood but drive all the way across town because their service and work are so great. I highly recommend this shop!

I wasnt happy that I couldnt use the 10 dollars off coupon it was stated any oil used the coupon good for but the employer told me i couldnt use it but i used a 10dollar off before I strongly think shops get over on women because my man called they told him something different than what they told me so I wouldnt go back to meineke again.
These guys went above and beyond to get me back on the road in a hurry.
No one who worked at this location wore a mask in the lobby or anywhere else. They did not show any sign of social distance awareness. They also allowed other patrons to be without a mask inside the lobby. There were no sanitary precautions. I will not return.

Location was North Webb in Wichita KS. Car was 2010 SS Camaro setup for road and track racing. Service manager Jeremy was great. Mark the technician who did my racIng brake (new slotted/drilled rotors and new ceramic carbon fiber pads) install with new flexible stainless lines and Motul 5.1 fluid was very professional and pointed out several other items that he took care of (torquing suspension bolts at several locations). I will definitely use these guys again and highly recommend them !!
Any time I go in they always make room for me and they explain to me what needs to be done and how much it costs and when to come back. They are great people and I’m glad to put the care of my car in their hands
This shop is a joke. The have no idea what they are doing. I went to this shop with my Ford van for alignment. They have me estimate for $1700.00 for repair cause vehicle wont align. When I asked to see vehicle problems, I could see a worn bushing. When I asked him if that the problem. He said no. I said well that all I want replaced. After doing so, the vehicle aligned and drives perfect. Thank god i know a few things about vehicles. thanks to my father who was a mechanic.Otherwise Id be out $1700 and still have same problem.Im from out of state and had no choice. If you do, please go somewhere honest.
Very excellent experience. The men knew I had an appointment in 5 minutes up the road. They changed my windshield wipers like it was the most important thing they had to do that day.

I bought brand new tires from a place in Texas, got to Kansas and had a flat. This Meineke was the only place willing to get me in on short notice. On top of that they took off the tire, tightened the valve stem, and didn’t even charge me. Very nice people, and they were a life saver for me today!

Horrible service! My husband took my car for a simple oil change! 5 hours later, car would not start! (Never had this issue before) We lifted the hood and the fuse box was completely off and to the side, they had taken fuses out and left them everywhere! Honestly, it does not even look like they actually peformed an oil change! Even when my car was on the lift, they were all standing around chit chatting and it took almost 2 hrs, just for a oil change!!! They are a SCAM!!! just like Jiffy Lube. Who knows what else they did to my vehicle! I had to leave my car clear across town, and find a ride with two children, vehicle has to be towed, etc!! Just such an huge inconvenience and potentially costly, depending on the damage they caused!! Its very sad these days that people can NOT trust Auto shops/mechanics! I will be calling corporate first thing Monday and leaving a compliant with BBB.

Told me they could get my truck in day of (a saturday), had it towed in, I waited an hour and a half before they told me they couldnt get it in till Monday. I left and about an hour later they called telling me my engine was locked up and a new one would cost $6000 but theyd buy it off me for $100. Told them no way so it was towed back to my apartment and when I went to look at it myself, they had just left several parts from under the hood in my floor board along with trash from QT. Not a great experience, didnt even bother putting my truck back together, and now I have to pay someone else for a second opinion because I cant trust a thing Meineke said.
I had to get a new oil pan and a few other things done on my Nissan back in October.They were fast, friendly and reliable.Get ready to haggle on price for non-standard service—like anything outside an oil change, coolant flush, or brake service, for example.I would go back again though.They’re great guys and down to earth.Have a Merry Christmas!You did a good job!

As usual, I was greeted by Jeremy as an old friend. He made me feel welcome and got me started with an easy talking point with the other couple waiting with me. Mark and Caleb, the mechanics, were amazing. They kept me informed and helped me understand. They were obviously enjoying their jobs and interacted with Jeremy and the customers. As it turned out, two of the parts were under warranty and Jeremy called the supplier and had gotten them free for me. What a wonderful surprise. Afterwards, Mark told me what might happen with the other coils and what I could do if that happened. I left with my car running great and with the assurance that I could let my daughter use it when she left for college. They are a real team there. Caleb diagnosed the problem from my lame description. Mark remembered I had had problems with my coils before. Jeremy checked my history and called the supplier to get the part on warrenty. They all treated me like family. I will always recommend them to my friends. I wont be going anywhere else for my cars!
