I had the typical cab corner rust starting to show through and paint bubbling. Took it in to talk with Matt and get a quote and get it scheduled. I was able to pick it up on the promised due date and my total, including tax, came in under the initial quote. Chris even buffed out some yellow Ballard paint on the bed and gave me a bottle of touch up paint for other scratches. Thank you Chris for your great work and going above and beyond!

I got my windows tinted here, this past Wednesday. Thursday I noticed something on my door. Took it back Friday, they looked at it. Even tho it wasnt any fault of theirs they fixed it and added some protection for that area.I am beyond pleased with the customer service!!!I HIGHLY recommend them!!!

Went in for a windshield and taillight tint. Windshield was fine, on the taillights not so much. 1. They cut the film on the car itself so you will get scratch marks on your lights and paint 2. They started to yell at me when I brought up the mistakes and 3. I sent pictures and said they did a good job. Never heard of a company trying to convince the customer they did a good job. I’m not a car detailing specialist by any means but cutting through the film is never the correct way. Score the film, pull alway, stick it down. I would recommend elsewhere.Note to the owner, no need to get mad if your services aren’t up to par with the rest of the industry, retrain your staff or hire better people. Take it easy and learn how to take criticism bud.

This company has no respect for your car, theyre only interested in taking your money and doing sub-par work. A very good friend of mine took his AMG in to have his tail lights tinted. They left overlay in the wrap and cuts in the paint. A blind golden retriever could have done a better job. When confronted about it, My friend was yelled at, simply because he called out the poor work done. I wouldnt trust these guys to cut a PB&J in half, let alone touch any of my vehicles.

Quality of work was great and done ahead of schedule. Would of been 5 stars but car was returned messy. Water stains all around the interior from window tint, scuff marks from shoes on back of seats.

I don’t usually write reviews but after seeing the way they treated us and failed to make things right I had to. Messing up and scratching our car is bad enough, failing to do something about it speaks greater volume. Also it seems odd seeing 5 star reviews over the course of a week when looking at past reviews you can see the time frame doesn’t add up, perhaps they are incentivizing 5 star reviews? Don’t know but after they way they talked to us on the phone after we expressed our concern I wouldn’t be surprised. Regardless, stay away and find someone who actually knows how to work on cars and will stand behind their work.

Chose Auto Image for window tinting and to get an estimate for some dings and scuffs on the car. They were beyond helpful and went over all the types of tint and all the options to fix the blemishes. Very informative and enthusiastic about their products. Everything was completed on time and the tint job looks excellent. The blue loaner van was an awesome ride for the day.

I am impressed with the quality of work done for paint protective film, tinting and paint protective coating. The work was done quickly and as described. Because it was cold out and supposed to rain my vehicle was kept overnight in their heated shop so that the film could cure more properly. I will definitely use their services again with other vehicles.

Bought a new car for my Wife on her birthday from a certain dealership that was sent to Auto Image to have its windows tinted. Once we received the vehicle we thought the drivers window tint was defective. Auto Image called the dealership and they had me return the vehicle there where they discovered that it was a film on the outside of the window from shipping. They took the vehicle and removed the film, but unbeknownst to us at the time whoever removed the film had scratched the window in the process, which was about 6 in length.The next day we discovered the scratch on said window. Went back to Auto Image who correctly identified that it was the glass and not the film via photos taken. Auto Image called the dealership about the scratch and the dealerships service manager had the audacity to state that I must have scratched the window and that they were done.After the call, Auto Image took it upon themselves to not just remove the tint (just in case), but also to buff out the scratch and replace the tint, all at no charge. Once done, everything was PERFECT.We were so impressed with just how much they cared about their customers, my Wife and took our SUV to Auto Image to have the paint correction and ceramic coating processes done, windshield eyebrow tint applied and new rear door seals installed. Again, since the work done turned out PERFECT, we took our new vehicle to them for the ceramic coating process as well.Now, the reason why we decided to keep the SUV and NOT trade it in at the aforementioned dealership was because of how they responded to the drivers window situation on my Wifes new car. Hence, they missed out on selling us a new SUV.BTW: It was Michael at Auto Image who took care of us on both vehicles. Therefore, we highly recommend Auto Image. And if we need any further vehicle services along their areas of expertise, they will automatically have our business again, period.

I took in my new car for tint, clear bra and ceramic coat. They did a very nice job and ahead of quoted schedule. The only issue we had was with the loaner car that the previous user had damaged but I cant complain because they did give me a loaner. All of the staff there is very friendly and helpful. Taylor did a good job in explaining the options and costs so there was no surprises in the end.

Excellent customer service and quality of workmanship! Came in to have my wifes Ford Edge get some PDR done, which turned out exactly the way we wanted it. The price is way better than anywhere else in town for the quality of work received. I went ahead and managed to get some PDR done on my Chevy Malibu a couple weeks later, along with adding the LLumar clear window tint (My windows were already tinted by Auto Image previously when I bought the Malibu). The clear window tint for the windshield is worth every penny during the summer! I definitely would recommend this business!

I highly recommend this place because they are professional but offer very decent prices. We got a ding on the door the third day we got our odyssey and they helped us fixed it at a very reasonable price. We brought our other Honda Accord because it had some dents and scratches here and there. Michael helped us fixed them all. Some dents were from three years ago, but we did not want to fix them because we were asked for over one thousand dollars. We are so glad that we waited till now and knew Auto Image. Their price is really reasonable. Plus, the staff are so warm and nice.

My wife and I have a white 2010 Dodge Challenger S/E and decided to jazz up the appearance of the car by adding some hood and trunk lid racing stripes, have some chipped paint on the front end repaired and new clear paint protector film applied in order to prevent any further rock damage to the front end paint. We did not know who to take our vehicle to, so we looked up the names of businesses here in Wichita and the company that stood out from previous personal reviews was Auto Image.We called Cassie at Auto Image and made an appointment to bring our car over in order to get an estimate and to determine if we wanted these folks to work on our car. After speaking with Cassie and having her assure us that our car would be done right with no damage, we left our car to be worked on. When we left our car, we explained that there was no hurry and that Auto Image could take their time to work on the car and to let us know when it was completed.Auto Image completed our car and it was picked up today after seven days of work. When we arrived and saw how beautiful our car was after all the stripes, repairs, protective film and splash guards were applied, my wife and I were absolutely pleased and downright happy with the results. The car was more pleasing and satisfying than ever before. Everything we asked to have done on the car was fabulous and professionally done by a talented and experienced crew.This has been a wonderful and pleasant experience for the two of us and if there is a need to have future work done to our vehicles, Auto Image will be the place that well go to in order to get first rate work and top notch service!Wed like to also say that Cassie our operations contact at Auto Image is a wonderful person to have looking out for you and your car. Called about pricing for a Tesla Model 3 and $319 is what i was told, or $99 for just the rear window. (LLumar CTX) I specified that the back window is larger in the call (they have done model 3s before). I did not ask how they apply it to back window (normal person would not ask this), this could have saved a lot of time. Schedule appointment and dropped car off. Get message that the price is $379. The price increase was for having to use two pieces for the back window. I assume they must have forgotten when I originally called that it was for a Model 3, and I specifically asked about the larger back window. A little frustrating to change the price after customer has already dropped vehicle off. They stated they could get a larger film piece next week, I decide to just have the back window done next week with larger piece, and they stated that if they couldnt do the whole car they didnt want to do any of it (employees wouldnt be happy doing just one window).Employees professional, but as you see from above; inconsistent with pricing and or information shared on the phone.Kudos for trying to find a solution for me given my issues above and below.Ended up not getting anything done after this. Waste of time for both parties. Cant comment on quality of work.

I came to Auto Image for window tinting after hearing good things about them from a friend. They did an excellent job. They were patient as I went back and forth on which tint to choose. They explained the pros and cons of each option, and did not pressure me or try to upsell.I had an appointment (they were very accommodating, I had to reschedule once), and they called the day before to remind/confirm. I dropped off my car around 8:30 am, and it was ready as promised by around 4:30 pm. They even washed it! It made a huge difference in appearance, and I can already feel my car stays cooler inside.Although I didnt use the service, they mentioned that they offer a loaner car (free of charge) if needed.I will definitely be back with different vehicles in the future.

We have been doing business with them since they were behind Rusty Eck on Kellogg. Up until now they have done good work. This time they BLEW it big time!!!!!! Brought my husbands Mustang convertible in to have modified racing strips put on. We provided the stripes. It took 4 days and over $600. First off they cut the stripes to go around curves instead of contouring them. Which is the quick way to apply them not the proper way. Now they are separating from the car. I know they will say that the stripes were not properly taken care of as the reason. We have been showing Mustangs since 2004 and have owned several during that time. We brought them enough material to do a 2015 coupe bumper to bumper and asked to have the excess stripes returned to us. We were given back a piece of stripe just over 12 long. There should have been enough to do the entire roof of the car. We will no longer recommend this shop to our car club friends.

Great customer service and great work. They do dent removal, auto body repair, other items also. I took 2 cars there for auto body repair. I didnt go through insurance as the damage was not from an accident, just some bumps and bruises on my cars. But, the repairs were much, much cheaper than I thought they would be.

Amazing shop. Amazing people that actually care about how your car looks no matter the job. The took my car that had been failed to be fixed properly by another body shop and fixed it. All the scratches and broken body clips that another shop broke, was fixed by Auto image. Rear painting rear quarter panel and blending it into the res of the car because another shop damged it. You honestly cant tell at all. They do amazing work. I highly recommend them.

My whole family and I have taken our cars to Auto Image for at least 20 years, and I have always been exceptionally please with their work. I brought my friends Audi R8 V10 to them, to have them remove the road rash from all 4 wheels (I know, who does that, right?) cover the whole front end with the 10 year clear masking, remove a deep scratch from the leather dashboard, then do a 5 step polish to the black paint. Wow! it looks brand new again. They always go the extra mile in detail, thats why my whole family takes our beloved cars to them. Also, Ive had at least 6 cars tinted by them and they always come out perfectly.

I just took my 2017 Jeep Wrangler sport in to have it detailed. It was dirty but not terribly bad. There were a few mud smears on the inside but like I said it wasn’t covered in mud by any means. When I picked it up there were smears on the body of the Jeep, I asked if it had been waxed and was told it was, that they had done the best with the conditions they had. There is dirt still inside, they clearly did not wash and wax it as there were hand prints on the hood, smudges all over and the wheels were still dirty. I could have gotten this type of service across town for $32 instead of $200.

I took my 325,000 mile Mercedes in to get the engine cleaned to find some leaks, and I have to say these guys did a wonderful job! Everyone I dealt with was very professional, and I was in and out in under an hour. They took off 30 years of grease and grime and left me with a brand new looking engine, I cannot recommend them enough. Ive told all my friends to go here and the ones who have told me the same thing Im saying here, great place to go. I will be back soon to get the windows tinted and the interior detailed. I am truly amazed with the quality work and the time that these guys took to cover my 2015 Murano with clear film. I previously had similar work done to my cars in different countries and states but never this meicilous and clean looking. The cuts were done by hand since it was a custom job (front/rear bumpers, hood/fenders, headlights/fog lights, mirrors/door cups and all 4 doors) and not one scratch to the paint. I had a vision as to how I wanted my car to look and their suggestions definitely made sense. I am very pleased with the final product and cant even tell there is anything on the car. The workmanship and film quality definitely stand out and took almost 4 days but was worth the wait. They called me with updates every day and invited me to the shop to explain certain aspects as work was being done. No hidden stuff or shortcuts. Very honest, understanding and easy to get along with. Nissan recommended Auto Image for any tinting, clear films and detailing and they certainly pointed me in the right direction. Came in while waiting on something nearby, not knowing what kind of services they offered. With these types of detailing/minor repair/tinting places, they usually offer a wide range of products and services depending on what you need. In my case, I needed tinting and was interested in talking about a few small cosmetic mods, like replacing my mirror indicator lights and dipping the mirror covers. It required part of the mirror to be disassembled, so I didnt want to do it myself in the middle of winter. The staff was super friendly, enthusiastic about the work, helpful in educating me about the process, and was fair in their pricing. The tint job looks great, the plastidip was applied expertly, and the mirror indicators were installed no problemo. They gave me a card to use on a free car wash (hand wash) and encouraged me to come back and see them. I did, the next week, and the wash service was great and the staff were friendly and glad to see me back. They definitely won my trust and further business.

I am 100% pleased with the privacy shade on my benz. Auto Image removed my old too dark tint and replaced it with a tint that made it possible to see out at night yet it is plenty dark for privacy. Theyre pros and they know their stuff.
