Great crew here, knowledgeable and helpful. Understaffed like all advance locations so I see these guys running around all day. Special shout out to Jose for always being willing to go the extra mile for the customer. I come to this location even though there are several others closer to my route because I know I will get the best service here.

Came in to get a new battery for my car and the system had the wrong battery size on file but Richard called the dealership to get to proper size and we had some fun small talk as he installed the battery for me. Great customer service and will definitely be returning for any future car needs.

Jose helped me with choice of several batteries, as my car curiously had two sizes available. In past experiences, other auto parts start seemed reluctant to help you change the battery but Jose was more than willing to help. Overall would use this location again for their helpful service.
I felt really good with the way they receive and serve the customers. My car battery was installed in the shortest possible time and even installed wind shed blades for free. I highly recommend this store.
I would give them zero stars if it were do-able. . Bought their highest end auto battery (they told me it was their best one), came with a warranty of 4 yrs. It failed miserably at 4 yrs. 5 months. Best they could do was give me 10% off towards a new one. My previous battery had lasted me over 11 (eleven years!) and all they could say is that Winters are rough in Chicago. These stores are selling low quality parts & they know it. Stay away, try NAPA or Costco, etc.
I went there for a replacement battery for my car key fob. Found a very friendly and nice employee-who not only replaced the battery but came out to check whether its working fine or not? Overall pleased by this shop and would recommend it to others.

This is my favourite shoo for auto parts. They always have best price. They also give tools on loan and best thing is that even if you break the loaner tool, they will still return your deposit
Great service! the employee was awesome! helped me out so much with replacing my battery. I had gone into Walmart to replace my battery but they said they couldnt because my terminal was rounded where the battery was. but your employee went above and beyond to try to help me get my battery replaced and replaced of the rounded bolt for me.
The people here are always helpful, even if they dont have the part, they often give helpful advice about what or where I should go next. I always stop here first when on a quest for auto parts.

Employee refused to take order for a wheel hub for me over the phone, even though I was going to purchase it in advance at store. It was for the opposite side of the one I purchased at the same store, less than two years ago. He told me to order it online.My previous order for sepentine belts was also a nightmare. Theyre not trained well enough to look up the right parts. I had to make several trips back to the store.What is the purpose of them (employees) being at the store and why should I patronize it and give it my business?.. Ive never received this treatment at carquest before. Will not return to store except for warranty parts.

I always go to autozone, but i wanted to give advance auto parts a chance, THERE IS NOTHING advanced about the establishment. you guys are SUPER weak, and i will never come back, and i will tell everyone how much you guys are no good. I bought a battery online, but no one would install it, so dont call your selves advanced, i had to take battery to autozone across the street to install, wait till i have time, i am going to make a BBB complaint, you guys are SO SO wrong and have no knowledgeadvnaced? Let me start with the bad Experience I had At AutoZone.Im very disappointed at the service I received at Autozone. To start, I had to ask for help since there was no one at the counter when I walked in the store, I actually had to ask loudly Can someone help me? So finally this guy in grey button up shirt came out of his office, I think his name is Dave? So I bought a pair of headlights and a car battery that needed to be installed in my 2002 Honda civic. The counter guy that was helping me at that moment, Dave, said that he wasnt going to be able to install my battery because its too difficult. So I decided to Return everything and go to the other Auto Parts down the street. Advance Auto Parts. They sold me a battery and headlights. The counter guy installed my battery in literally 8 mins or less, I explained my bad experience with AutoZone and he also installed my headlights.He was very nice and friendly. I also received $20 dollars coupon sent to my email for my next purchase at Advance Auto Parts. Their reward program is called SpeedPerks! Also you dont need to carry a key chain; all you need is your phone number.Go to Advance Auto Parts, Dont waste your time going to AutoZone.I will never go back to AutoZone.Ps. They usually dont Install light bulbs. Its not a free service they offer, but the store manager was there and she gave him the approval to go ahead and install my headlights. She was very nice.
