Helped me on the side of the road delivered a battery great people thank you

I have visited this place many times in the past, I was usually met with unfriendly stares, employees would make me wait even though there was no one in line.Today was different, today I felt like I was their #1 priority. The gentleman took my battery, diagnosed the problem and was so kind to call me as soon as he finished working on it. 5/5One thing which I dont particularly like about NAPA is their warranty. Ive had tremendous problems with my car battery, which has been practically living connected to a charger and I would still not be able to start my car after driving for a bit. (no its not the alternator - got it checked ).Anyways, back to the story, other places if you want to exchange a product such as a troublesome battery, they do it right away instead of performing tests and always claiming your battery is good even though you know its not. So there goes that. Warranty 0/5

I will NEVER buy from this store again. Be prepared if you don’t have a receipt they refuse to give you store credit even for sealed products that are plainly NAPA parts. Poor customer service!!

Will never buy any parts from this store ever again. The people that work here are rude and does not even answer a very simple question. I get better service from other parts store.

Went in to find parts for an old car. Two times they were very helpful.

I walked in and got service right away, rather than trying to find it myself, the gentleman led me to where I needed.

I dont like these guys cuz theyre never willing to help me with my car they say theyre not allowed to but the other places like Advance does

Crv headlight bulb, could get it cheaper somewhere else but thats guys did it in no time
