Usually go into this store and dont get my id checked nor does my husband and the older man who is there during the day gave me and my husband problems today, but this man usually gives us problems and has a bad attitude when me and my husband go in. When I went in to buy cigarettes gave me problems with my coupon that I had said he couldnt do it,so I paid for my cigarettes and didnt get ID checked at all the whole time left, than my husband went into buy a cigar wrap and gave him problems because he didnt have his id but previously sold me cigarettes without my id. This just makes me not want to come to this 711 anymore because of the way me and my husband get treated here with some of the employees!

Everytime i go to get coffee or hot chocolate the condiments are all expired they have stuff out there from 2019 and 2020 hello its already half way through the year 2021get it together nacho bar is disgusting

Very unhappy tonight with the service of cashier that was there tonight she was very rude to my 4 year old daughter im very loyal to this 711 they are usually very great here never have any problems with workers until now. I will not be going back here for a little while I do not appreciate anyone treating my daughter with disrespect when she did not act bad at all inside of the store

The owners are great, and always so nice! Sara is one of my favorite people! Love getting to say hi to her every morning! they take super good care of me especially letting me fill up my big ol cup of coffee

Friendly staff and a clean store. My only hang up is masks; some staff wear a face shield w/o a mask, which is not at all effective. I’ve also seen customers come in maskless and receive service.

This store is horrible! I work near by and go in every night for coffee and snacks and every night there is no coffee and if there is it’s old and cold! When I asked the employee (Rodney)if the coffee was fresh (within) the two hour limit he says yes. The coffee was cold and clearly not fresh. I then just wanted to buy a few creamers and he wanted to charge me for them 25cents a piece. I asked if the coffee was old and clearly not suitable to drink why was I being charged he began to yell at me And said no one buys a million creamers and he wasn’t going to make coffee for one customer and if the coffee was cold I could heat it up in the microwave!!!! Coffee is old and never within serving regulations! Sounds like health department needs to give them a visit !!

Don’t listen to all the negative reviews. One person is mad about the clerk Sara “yelling at them for riding a Segway in the store”. Well no duh! Don’t ride things inside of the store! Sara is the nicest woman in town! I look forward to waking up every morning because I know I’ll get my coffee and breakfast on my way to work and I know when I walk in, Sara will be the first person to say good morning to me and then ask how I’m doing and how life is. In a world like the one we live in today, we need more kind people like Sara.

Went there tonight right at shift change, and waited patiently while they did their paperwork. After waiting, The brown haired young woman who was coming on shift was beyond rude(to a customer who waited for 5 minutes patiently) I left the store and went to the WAY better 7 11 down the road on 32nd and wadsworth. Will never return to this store- there is no reason for an associate to be so rude to a customer. Not professional and not up to standard even for a convinience store.

I had previously really liked coming here until today. I went to try the iced coffee (rather than my usual hot coffee) and it tasted awful. So since I couldn’t put the cup back I threw it away. The lady went off on me calling me rude and that those are expensive, I explained I had ever intention of paying for it the product but I did not like it so I wasn’t going to drink it. She then grabbed the cup out of the trash and showed another customer it saying I was rude for throwing it away and then told the older lady at the register. By the time I got to the register then she asks if I understood what the other lady was telling me and I apologized told her to charge me for it as I had originally intended. She refused to charge me but insisted on continuing to lecture me. Conclusion: will not be going back.

Not friendly place to go to. Got yelled at by Sara who was helping customers. Because I was on my Segway. And ever outher time was happy to see me and my son. And was telling me Im not welcome back to this 711 because of it. Thats fine by me.

Older lady working was pretty rude. She was putting money in the safe when I walked up, she looked at me then went back to what she was doing. A gentleman walked up behind me and she turned to him and said Ill be with you in a minute Another customer walked in and she acknowledged him as well, still hadnt said anything to me. When she finally finished what she was doing she ever so rudely asked if that was all I needed and rang me up. After I paid I said thank you, have a good one and she didnt respond. She did however become super nice and talkative to the person behind me. Not saying we had to be besties but a smile or a hi wouldve been nice

The older guy Lou is the rudest human being Ive ever encountered. If you dont like people or your life in general please dont work at a gas station. Dont even bother trying to talk to him hell just ignore you and push you out

Stopped this morning looking for donuts... and they didnt have any. Hell they didnt even have the price holder out in the box leading me to believe they no longer carry donuts.

Third time this week they dont have the 3for3 hotdogs.. THEY JUST say to bad so sad so, this time I asked to call the manager thinking maybe i could get the really good looking ones they do have... She tells me to kick rocks

Woman on staff tonight was very rude and unproffessional when I asked for change for a $20. I already got gas, im a customer... She said I need to read the sign on the door and that she couldnt just give me change. Then told me if i want change to buy something. I asked what is the cheapest thing you have here? And she said, uh... You could just go check... Theres 35 cent gums there so i went and got a pack of gum. Then she said, Im not trying to make you so mad, look ill prove to you that i dont have a lot of change. and she pulled out her entire cash drawer to hold up to me. This made me feel very awkward. I wasnt even upset! She kept saying that i was mad... At that point i just wanted to grab my change and my gum and get the hell out of there. That was a very uncomfortable visit.
