No flu shots available from 12:57pm-2pm.... Maybe consider a sign or website notification advertising this so customers arent driving out of their way for nothing

I went to get a flu shot, but, unfortunately, they dont take Aetna. But thats not the reason for the one star review. As soon as I checked in for my appointment they ran my insurance. I was waiting for them to give me the paperwork for a half hour. At that point, I went to the counter again to ask about the paperwork. At that point, they informed me that my insurance didnt work and I would need to pay if I wanted the flu shot. Im not mad at Walgreens for not taking Aetna, Im mad that I waited for a half hour when they probably knew fairly quickly that they wouldnt take my insurance. I just wonder how long I would have waited if I didnt go up to the counter to ask. Even if they started taking my insurance, I wont be going back to this location.

The store manager and employees are super helpful and polite. Will only shop at this Walgreens when I’m in the area.

I am a frequent customer at every Walgreens in the Lakewood/wheat ridge area and I have never had a worst customer service experience in my life. The manger Brandy, who didn’t have a name tag, was very rude to my son and myself after I asked for a specific item and couldn’t find it with the directions she gave me. I came back and asked her again and she got really upset that she had to move away from the front register. I thought it was very unprofessional and I don’t want to ever spend another dollar at this location.

I have had excellent service here to days in a row! All of the employees at this location are very friendly and very professional! Kristi especially was very helpful and helped make sure my photo album was perfect!

Found the Walgreens to be clean, the marketing reflected the current weekly ad... and I was able to locate what I was looking for fairly easy. When it came time to check out.. my cashier was friendly and patient as I had located the coupons I was going to use for the purchase.. so glad I stopped in..

Excellent customer service! Brandy helped me with my photos. She went above and beyond to help. She also gave me a discount for my photo purchase too. 10 Stars for her!!

Trying to go to store at noon on a Wednesday. Sign says closed due to power outage and all the lights are on. Nice service

Pharmacy staff is great! Always ready to answer my questions and they even gave my dogs some biscuit treats at the pharmacy window.....(Gotta love the fur babies)Highly recommend this Walgreens.

Walked in to get my prescriptions and was rudely greeted with two employees staring at me with silent looks of disgust. I asked if they were open to make sure and they told me they were but not the pharmacy. Super uncomfortable interaction, and I have no idea why they just stared at me and didnt say anything until I spoke up because I was uncomfortable with the staring. Terrible service, dont go here unless you want to be stared at and judged just for walking in. This is unfortunate because I like the location of this store, but I would rather go out of my way to avoid these rude employees.

Close to my house ran in to grab a few things ended up spending 130 dollars.Christina front cashier greeting me n offered to help me she was so nice then A Manager Christine C came with a smile n a rainbow and rung me out in cosmetics as a line was forming in the front She is so friendly and a lil bit of Happiness.Then another shift Lead Also a Christine told me to have a great day as i was leaving .Awsome service !! Very attentive The attitude of these women is a Great reflection of walgreens.Thanks for making my day ladies!!

I had to visit this store last Thursday (8-10), and was treated extremely rudely. I arrived at the store at 9:55, which was 5 minutes before their closing time. Before anyone said anything to me, I was super apologetic for coming in so close to closing, and told the cashier that I just needed to run back to get some meds for my sick kid. The shift leader then walked up and told me that they were closing. I told her, Yes, I completely understand, and I will be back up here in less than two minutes, (which would have been before 10, btw). She rolled her eyes at me and rudely told me again that they were about to close, even though according to THEIR CLOCK, I still had 5 minutes. I told her Im sorry, but youre still open, so you dont get to have an attitude with a customer who has come in during store hours to shop. I went and got the meds, and when I got to the register, there were 4 people in front of me and at least 2 others still shopping. Also, I was in line before 10. The shift leader approached me again and very rudely told me that she didnt know why I seemed mad bc it was her job to tell customers that they were about to close. I told her that that is completely understandable, but eye rolling and a harsh tone werent appropriate. She laughed at me and said whatever. Worst Walgreens experience ever.The only reason Im giving 2 stars instead of one is because I called the manager today and she was very kind on the phone. She did not know which shift leader I was talking about, so I double-checked my receipt and bank statement to make sure this is the correct location. It is, but I didnt catch the shift leaders name. Hopefully they get this worked out because no one deserves to be berated for entering a store during open hours to buy their kid medicine.

Worst customer service ever. I am a regular paying customer at this store and every time I come in they act like Im going to steal something. They take my basket away and put it up on the counter and they claim that they do this with everybody but Ive never seen them do it with anybody else. I called her a cow and she threatened to call the police and wouldnt let me pay for any of my items. Since when do cows know how to use the telephone?

Friendly can staff, Prices are A Bit High for there own brands of things like ibuprofen and cold medicine, alot of the employees dont really seem to want to help they just point and say its over there!!!?

Love the constant deals on snacks and drinks.

Never carry the medications prescribed to me. Month after month never stocked at this store. Some of the pharmacy staff appear to sneer and not be very helpful. I stopped doing business with Walgreens long ago but since theyve purchased every other pharmacy chain in the area back to stuck with them.

Buy a lot great customer service

Change your pharmacy hours. For a company that is this big, youd think there would be someone on top of editing hours.

Pharmacy staff member was quite rude and impatient when I called to ask a basic question about medication for my child.

Good selection, good prices (their rewards program is a little weak though) and the staff is always very friendly (although sometimes not the most knowledgeable) .
