Showers were clean. Bathrooms are a hit and miss. Hot box food for dinner was good. It was Beef tips and mashed potatoes. Not many options for breakfast. Nothing on roller grill. The country pride is takeout only and not open at 630am. Dog park is a joke. It’s maybe 3 feet wide. Embarrassing to call that a dog park. Staff were friendly. There is a truckers lounge and laundry facilities.

Very rood cashier, the lady with the short hair on the side and long on the top. I have a fleet of 21 trucks, working with TA and Petro for three years, but definitely will transfer to Lowe’s or pilot and flying J. The job is too stressful and I don’t want my drivers to get even more stressed from this kind of people.

Oh let me tell you...I walked in to buy some coffee and get ice for my cup. I make the coffee and they said they are out of milk. OK. So I go to get some milk and looked for some items to eat and I come back, my coffee and MY CUP was thrown out by staff.I am so upset they did this I walked out without buying anything because of their incompetence. This experience was unacceptable and I can never visit this place again if thats always going to happen.

The Restaurant had two servers, seven customers, and no tables. Half the dining room has a sign saying closed for construction (its not). And half the accessible tables were covered with various store stuff; menus, bus tubs, signs, etc.At first we were told to sit anywhere, so we, and other customers, ended up in the closed section since it was the only usable seating. Then we were told wed have to wait for the other tables to open up or leave.All of this was after we had spent 25 minutes at a wait to be seated sign, just trying to get an employee to acknowledge our presence.We used to like stopping here.

Bad customer service by a lady name Suzanne or Julie one of them. She always have a bad attitude on her face. Not welcoming customers inside the store. This TA location also ripping off truckers by charging them $5C to $10C extra per gallon. For example advertised price on the pole board was $2.45 per gallon for credit card. I Prepaid $400 and when to the pump to fuel, but then saw price per gallon shows $2.49. I went inside and asked Suzanne/Julie why there is a price difference!!! She then gave me a dirty look and replied loud that she cant do nothing about it and it is what it is.. I then just went back to the pump and pumped fuel got my receipt and left. Meanwhile took a pic of it already. Will never ever go again there.

This place is absolute garbage. No hot box food, they closed the restaurant cause none of the 5 people I saw in there wanted to work. Practically kicking us out.

I feel the cashier at the front came across as a bit rude at first, but I dont think that was her intention. I had another question after my purchase, and she was happy to answer it. The other employees in the store seemed friendly as well. Overall, I dont have any major complaints. The shower was good, though a few tiles were cracked or chipped I felt the water pressure and temperature was great, and it was well cleaned.

We hate this company with a passion. Their staff are no where near as helpful of friendly as Loves and Pilot/FlyingJ

Nick and Chad were freaking amazing. Was able to get back on the road in no time. They both have tremendous knowledge when it comes to repair work. Really down to earth people. Easy to talk to. Also, the mechanic with the long hair was also amazing. Thank you guys for helping get back on the road. Will definitely recommend this shop and ask for one of them when it comes to getting your truck fix.

The staff was generous and courteous towards me. They had a good selection of knickknacks and they are well stocked with snacks and goodies. However if you are getting coffee, the sweeteners and creamers are kept behind the cashiers counter. I am assuming that they help adjust your individual coffee for you.

My Cargo Van’s tires require 80psi. Not many regular gas station can service that.The lady was nice enough to have someone from truck service to help out air in my tires.

Place is wretched It is dirty all over I am a big boy and I would rather not eat than try to eat at the restaurant. All the tables are dirty like havent even taken the stuff off the tables from the last person lady says I think we have one clean table left. Im not picky but that place is certainly something elese

Worst TA i have ever been to. Fuel pumps are slow, restrooms are a disaster, truck parking is impossible unless you pay, store employees or a bunch of rude gender- identity confused retards. Restaurant food is good but service is slow and servers are lazy and rude. 2 hours of my life I will never get back!...

Restroom were clean and good. However, the old lady behind the desk was rude when I was just asking her how much a shower was. Also told me that theres no camping out here and it was only a 2 hour parking lot now?!

Worst place ever!! Only one fuel island open to hundreds of trucks for the whole weekend! Store is filthy, one worker was rude when I asked which was the bathroom was. The bathroom had toilet paper all over the floor in every stall, no hand soap at all, no paper towels, no ice for fountain drinks, some stalls in the men’s restroom has no toilet paper. Their donuts aren’t fresh they are individually wrapped in Saran Wrap; who knows how old they are. The following day none of these issues were resolved!! I wouldn’t even give them a one star, Google makes you.

The shower was not that great I could have got more water out of a spray bottle. The restuarant well everything including app says 7am to 8pm, its 7pm now and they are closed. I ask and they say no its open until 7pm. Really what happened to being open for the drivers to eat, you know we run 24 7. Guess thats why they are travel centers now and not truck stops... Who cares about the drivers, just cater to the people in cars because they spend enough to keep you in business right!

If youre a truck driver, avoid this place! The pumps are usually down, and no working exhaust fluid. Poor selection on food, and usually out of the anti-gel you want. The only thing this place has going for it is theres usually parking.update 3/23/21 all the pumps are shut down except for one, this place is a joke!

TA, at least this one. No longer offers over night parking for RVs. Unless you have a DOT number. Its now a 2 hour max

This place needs to sell. Pilot or Loves needs to come in here and take over. This place is a complete disaster. 3 pumps have been completely blocked of this entire winter (3months now). This place does not have the money to hire and train good employees. TA please hang up your hat. Only keep the largest truck stop in Iowa. Those TA express aren’t going to save you.

In times of Crisis you would think that everyone would be willing to help and chip in however thx stop was not willing to assist and those who are still out here helping the economy who work hard I drove over 12 hours and delivering loads and when I pulled to the TA for rest and sleep was told I could not sleep after 2 hours but I said there are times when and in times of crisis where people you know step up and M sand and help out in this particular TA was not intrested was emptying out their parking lot for whatever reason I do not suggest TA I think they are very selfish and a not team players you know Chuck drivers are not the only ones out he had delivering and helping in and and continuously Lee you know tried to boost economy Im upset with TA thank you

Theyre absolutely 💯 here. Courteous, CLEAN SHOWERS, good food, and a great staff are a direct compliment to their dedication to service with a smile. Called for road side service @ 2 pm. Finally got of the phone @ 3:11 pm was told will be there in 3 hrs called back @ 6:30pm couldn’t get thru phone system, @ 8 tech called to get info & parts list & is on his way. 9:30 pm tech said he had to go getParts & would be back ( wouldn’t answer cell number he left) @ 8 am finally was able to back door a call through the “24 hr call” system & Lady said “oh I see the tech left a note we will get loaded & on the way now” 10:30 am shows up & starts repair. Finished @ 2:30 pm. Then charged 6.8 hrs for labor.... one of the worst examples of customer service I’ve seen.No communication, phone system didn’t work, tech wouldn’t answer # he left, 24 hrs for a 4 hr job... oh & “I see the tech left a note”!

They stock the headlight I needed and I found it right away. The guy at the counter was in a good mood and even engaged in a little banter with me. I feel like he treated me as if I were a pal instead of a customer. Overall Im happy with my experience here and recommend this place.

Very poor service The young woman who works in the morning of 1/1/21 is a tremendous inept she had to call the manager because she did not want to help me pay for a simple coffee of 2.26, she explained that I want to use my points using my phone and she made me go to a machine and touch some things that Ive never used before when she could do it on the machine in 5 seconds. she is totally inept

When my husband tried to ask the woman cashier if there might be another place to eat nearby she very loudly and rudely told him that there was a line and he should wait his turn. He wasnt trying to purchase anything. He was merely trying to ask a quick question and did not cut in front of anyone in line. An employee with that kind of disrespectful attitude and rude behavior shouldnt be in a position dealing with customers. We wont be back.

Came in to get a team shower the intelligent thieving attendant/cashier charged me 15 dollars cash and also took 15 dollars in loyalty points...without ever asking me to use my points...l guess she really needs the money...you should properly train your employees...will not be returning

The only truck stop Ive been to with a no overnight parking rule for vehicles. Was passing through and pulled over to get some sleep. Was woken up and asked to leave.

Plenty of parking for sprinter vans and other vehicles. Bathrooms are pretty clean. Has a decent selection of snacks. Can’t complain.

Not pet friendly, no grass in dog walk area and not maintained. Cannot even find the poop station through the weeds. Not much parking for semis. People living in their cars in the parking lot. Store and restaurant were good, the bathrooms were clean. Friendly staff. Across the street, walk a block, go around the lake and you will find miles and miles of trails. Makes it worth the stop.

Grew up about a 1/2 a mile away in the 50s lol we moved away. From 1989-99 I drove for Marten transport this was our fuel stop. Spent many a night here.wait for a load from Coors Food was. Good.

7 showers yet they only used 3 at a time. After an hour of watching workers sit around and talk, I refunded and left.Everyone that works here acts like they hate people. Prepare to be treated like a burden instead of a patron. I regret coming here every time and wont again.

They have everything A trucker needs To get his job done and Take care of his truck. They have also upstairs Chiropractic and And medical testing. Drug testing to and oil changes for your truck and minor mechanical fixes… they have a restaurant with good food its a place to go to take care of everything its terrific

Edit/Update 1/22/19NO REGULAR GAS at the pumps GOING ON 3 WEEKS NOW!!! I can only assume they didnt want anyone reporting it because...Staff accused us of selling stuff (when we were exchanging keepsakes and totem pieces with other travelers of similar spirits) and asked us to leave,(1/18/19) we corrected them on thier accusation and left anyway. We returned several times after that for the same charging of devices and laundry, etc with no issues(1/19-21/19) until today when the owner outright said you cant live here as if our daily pitstop there to charge devices and use other (paid) facilities meant we were trying to live there.So, lost 4 stars based on our weeks of observation and patronage at this particular TA.P.S. Dont let them try to tell you the city has a law about none CLD drivers not being allowed to be there more than two hours... we checked, the CITY has no such law.That is a business rule of thier making and enforcement.(Denver municipal code section 54-420 ... if you havent moved your vehicle at least 100ft from the parking space in the posted timeframes, you are in violation. So, by CITY LAW as long as you fire your vehicle up an re-park 100 ft from where you were, youre technically obeying business and city laws.)1/18/19 Had been stopping in to get bananas, do laundry, and shower since my Twin and I got to Denver, CO. Regular kind of clean. Mostly nice staff, youll know who the insincere employees are. Lost a star for not asking questions when questions would have made the experience less awkward and uncouth. Lost another star for hiding behind policy that didnt even apply to the situation. Great place for passing through, though.

Toe truck said move or get toad 2 hour limit weve been here 4 times over night first time we got told no over night parking

I decided to take my chance and do an oil change at this TA, as there was no line. They started on me right away, but somehow managed to spend 7.5 hours on oil change. What makes it worse, when it was time for a new oil change, it turned out that they overtightened the plug on the oil pan, so it was impossible to remove the plug without damaging the oil pan. So I had to pay for the new oil pan as well. Not surprising for TA, but still how can you be this retarded?!

Had to go to T/A truck stop to repair an air line. The staff were very helpful and had the problem solved with in an hour. My day was done so I went to the fuel desk to see if i could get a free shower. One of the lady clerks was nasty, telling me the only way to get a free was if you had an ultra fuel card. I explain about my repair and how I was going to spend over the limit for a shower. Well she said she was calling Security and the manager. She went on and on. That woman doesnt have retail skills or compassion to run the fuel desk. She needs to be cleaning showers.

Its good to have a real restaurant in the TA, most of the truck stops are going to fast food. The waitresses are awesome and on the job. The soup and salad bar is good and the steak was great and cooked to specifications.

5 people standing behind counter chatting 👎no paper towers inside the bathrooms or outside by the pumps. No soap in the bathrooms. No toilet seat covers. Our company spends thousands a week here on gas and merchandise. Very disappointed

Gas and diesel prices are generally about 20 cents per gallon higher than surrounding stations. Pumps in the big rig area are often broken or have damaged LCD displays.Great place to get DEF fluid at the pump, saves a lot over buying it by the bottle.

Ive been a regular here for 7 years. They do a good job all wind. I dont think the restaurant hours are conducive to the trucking industry... but I get it. My concern is that this is the 3rd time Ive come to fuel here & couldnt (last 6 weeks). Im gonna wait the 20 min this time, BUT if there is a time the pumps will be CLOSED, somehow youve got to let the drivers know (if its a regular occurrence). Put it on your app. Im now forced to stay the night here (no spots left, no drive time), because Ive lost approx 20min figuring this out. I couldve made Commerce City had I not stopped here 1st. Plz address this issue. For everything else, I RECOMMEND! Thx

Some free parking and some parking that you have to pay---they always got good deals on electronics and Bluetooth devices---the best part is their breakfast ✌️

It a good place to get a good meal plus get every thing else need for your truck. It not a quick stop. they never have enough cashiers during the day long.

Very poor management. Parking lot is trashed, some of it flooded. They will not honor your reserved spot, they tell you they will refund it and tell you to leave. They dont check who parks at night so its a free for all. I called corporate, put in a complaint.

Its a truck stop and a restaurant on the other side with the convenience store inside I liked it because they got good deals inside the convenience store part like two bottles of water for $250 sunflower seeds to save everything you think of they had it in there then I got the child gas station which is good for your car if you need to fill up if youre going on a long drive

As a truck driver I have to go into truck stops, there is no option. So when I walk into a truck stop and see an employee without a mask on (even if they working the counter behind the plastic) all I see is a total lack of respect and concern for the patrons (truckers) health. Three minutes of research showed me that the state mandate requires everyone in a public space to wear a mask.I’m disappointed that a Travel Center that supposedly caters to the truckers of this country is not enforcing this mandate.

Well went in at 740 in the am lady at shop said they could fix my ac at about 930 so I said ok then sat for hours so decided to get something to eat at 130 now I go into restaurant and sit for 30 minutes to get a table every waitress in there seen me and just ignored me so I dont recommend this place is a joke and unorganized

We enjoyed stoping here. Weve been here many times, and as a traveler(not a truck driver), the place has many things to buy, from Colorado. Staff was busy, but they were helpful.

Came here to get my back adjusted at the drivers choice clinic. Super fast service and the adjustment was spot on! Only $20 for an adjustment which sure beats paying 4x more for the same service elsewhere! I will be returning regularly! 5 stars for the clinic.

Got there at 11 am for a tire to be changed .didnt get into the shop until 1030 pm.when i arrived at 11 am they told me about 5 hours before i would get in shop guess they were busy or dont know how to give estimating time .other than that the shop guy did a good job and was nice.

Called the road squad with a blowout. Between having my work order closed after 2 hours, reopened at shift change, the TA not having the tire size and having to go get it, and the tech using my trucks air because his compressor wasnt working, I got a 10 hour break on the shoulder of I-25, 15 miles north of this location. For a single blowout. Give us an hour, is the only thing anyone is trained to say.I think Im finally done with TA.

I have gone to this truck stop for some time now... not ever again. Their customer service is non-existent. The gas pumps never have receipt paper so you have to go inside. Today the line was 7 deep with one of two women behind the registers working. The other was standing there talking to the other.Last week on of the pumps has a skimmer on it that stole my CC info and was used at another TA in Cali. within 15 minutes. The guy that cruises around in his golf cart didnt seem to care that the pump wouldnt read the card even after I told him something wasnt right. He looks at them everyday and did / said nothing. Makes me wonder....I will never walk thru the doors again and will tell friends that I know go there not to and share my experiences.....

This TA Truck Service location will do everything to SCAM you. Im a small fleet owner that fuels thousands and thousands of gallons every month at TA/Petro locations and this shop location scammed me. Ive reported to corporate. The Service Advisor overcharges for simple FLAT RATE charges. In my case, a $60 filter they charged $199 and $50 to put it on when the Flat Rate is $17.Do not use this TA shop. They will scam drivers left and right.Im in talks to dump my fuel card with TA/Petro over this incident! Im definitely taking this to upper management!!

Not sure. Went to shop around 10:30 AM 09/18/19 about air leak and was told it would be six hours before they could look at it because they have three tire repairs to do and only one tech on duty. Ill probably be long gone by that time 😬. It is what it is. Well turns out it was about four and a half hours. Got it checked out but still couldnt get repair cause now it was time to pickup next load at 7:00 PM. By the time loaded tech gone for the night. Said next available time for repair would be 2PM next day. What do you think of that?Okay it is now 09/19/19 08:20 PM still at TA 34 hour later and still waiting. I see it this way: If pay for the hours the truck is sitting aimlessly in the shop bay is what you want, did I not agree to pay the quoted estimate? Just finish it, take the money and let me get back to my business. Again the quote is what I agreed to pay, My safety and the safety of the public is the first priority. Just take the money for the extra time you stated and let me outta here. Thats how I see the it. We recognize that your techs are specially trained, certified, very knowledgeable, and highly skilled. But TA, come on, no service between midnight and 3 PM except tires and oil changes.

Its a little un organized, and most of the people I talked to at the desk dont know much about the ta points system. But they try and thats all I ask for just try something. Everyone at the dinner that Ive talked to are polite and helping although you might wait sometimes not for long but it will happen.
