Allison helped me today with a giant package I couldnt lift out of my car. She was SO kind taking it in for me and then back out when I decided it was too expensive to ship (I dont blame FedEx for that but the site I bought it from having a bad return policy). I was having a hard day and after all that trouble, when I didnt even spend money there, I was incredibly grateful for her kind demeanor and patience. I use this location for printing a lot and will continue to.

I have been in area around two years and have “relied” on this location due to proximity. I checked reviews before going today and considered opting for a different location. Proximity came into play again and I’m glad I yielded to the call of convenience. Today’s service was a “mile high” better than service I’ve experienced over the past two years. I made sure to mention the negative reviews online and my hesitancy in choosing that location for business. I left feeling assured that this location made necessary changes to address quality issues of the past.

This office has “temporary” early closed office hours at 6pm now. Very disappointing. Everyone at this location is also disproportionately cranky and annoyed. Sadly it’s the closest to my house - I need to find a FedEx office where they don’t immediately looked irritated when you show up. I only use self serve now because half the time (not exaggerating) they say - the person who does that isn’t here. I give only positive reviews to businesses unless over time you have proven you’re not wanting business or routinely difficult to deal with. This is the equivalent of going to the post office but MORE unhappy to see you.

I needed some obscure printing product, so I phoned ahead. I was helped very professionally on the phone, and the store associate set what I needed aside, so that when I showed up later it was already to go. Such a pleasure to do business here!

My experience and picking up a simple package was disappointing to say the least. I understand when people have to follow the corporations guidelines that exceed the states mandates, but they don’t have to do it in a way that reminds me of being in prison and having the prison guard tell me to step away from the door while they open. A word of advice, when you are in forcing a policy that is yes frustrating try to have a bit more of an understanding attitude toward your patrons. There are alternatives to your place of business

Incredibly unhelpful, careless staff. I came in this evening to ship a work laptop that my job had requested back because the battery was showing signs of overheating. This situation happened to me a year ago and UPS took care of it with no issues. I walked in and the young lady behind the counter asked about my package, then a woman with short grey hair rudely told us that we don’t handle hazardous packages here. A young man joined in and also verbally rejected my package. I told them my company gave me instructions to drop it off at a FedEx location and I have done this before with no issues. The young man told me to call a service line and find a location that will take this package. Didn’t even offer to help me find a place himself. All 3 employees stared at me waiting for me to leave. I didn’t get an apology for this nor a friendly “have a good night” as I left. I called customer service and was told that this specific location DOES handle hazardous materials including lithium laptop batteries. I set up a pickup and will not be coming back.

WORST FedEx location in the Westminster-Broomfield area. Rude staff that consistently turn people away. The first time I tried to mail my international package they said I needed paperwork for it. I’ve never mailed internationally so I had no idea there was paperwork. Did not offer to help me locate paperwork or anything. Had to leave and come back another day. Second time I tried to mail my package and they refused to take it because it was in an express package. They did not offer any other packages or try to assist me whatsoever. There is one 70 year old lady there with short grey bob who is extremely rude. Did not even offer other suggestions of how to ship my package. FedEx needs to do something about the quality of their employees. If it were me, I’d feel embarrassed treating customers like that. This location needs some new management or eventually they’ll pay the consequences.

Showed up at FedEx 25 minutes before closing and saw the last employee leaving the store... wouldnt even look at me and there was no sign explaining why they would close early. This is really upsetting because I came straight from work and was nervous it would happen the next day. Store hours are posted for a reason and randomly closing early is very upsetting for working people who rely on these hours. Went to a different FedEx to deliver my package.

Very bad customer service.The manager is very rude to customers and so are the employees.This is not the first time it happens... the manager uses an inappropriate language that is so unprofessional.The Manager’s name is Rae and the employee’s name is John.Definitely not a place for them to be working in. Fedex is all about Customer Service. Something they do not have.

I went to use FedEx to ship a package overseas the gentleman with dyed hair that was working today was the rudest person that I have seen at that FedEx ever. He acted as though he either extremely hated his job or his life. I will never use this FedEx location nor will my family after that experience if you cannot respect me I have zero respect for you or your place of business.Plus, you’re lucky to have a job bub, many people would be exceptionally happy to take your position.Based on other comments that are similar, clearly this location doesn’t give a frick how they treat customers. FedEx used to have class when my sister was a manager. She left 10 years ago and so did any worth to the company. UPS and USPS it is!!

They wouldnt ship a Haz Mat item for me (even though the FedEx Haz Mat expert at the FedEx1-800 # said they do) Thats ok- just a misunderstanding, I understand. BUT then sent me to another location... which had been boarded up and closed since June 2020. So really they just didnt want to help, and sent me on a wild goose chase. WOW. :(

The staff are doing a great job following new protocols to keep everyone safe. Except for an employee with a ponytail named Anthony. He was just wearing his mask around his neck...what good does that do? I was there yesterday 5/18/2020, way to think youre too special to wear your mask Anthony when your co-workers and most customers were doing exactly that!!

I understand that we are living in a new world but the employees need to remember most of their customers have been social distancing and quarantining therefore we are unaware of the new procedures and should not be nearly as aggressive with customers as I was treated this week. If it hadnt been for necessity, I wouldnt have even bothered getting my childrens school assignment printed off there. I used to adore this place but now Ill be handling my printing needs elsewhere.

5 stars is not enough for Jermey and his team including Aaron, Connor and Nikki. There has never been a task too small or large that they arent willing to help with. After almost 2 years of shipping with them I can say confidently that this branch is changing the way customer facing interactions within the shipping industry are handled. They have been instrumental in helping us in building our business and being there for our ever changing needs including shipping, printing and custom corrugated boxes. Literally the BEST of the BEST!

Downright rude! The two gentlemen working at the counter were aggressive with their social distancing procedures… Even though I was standing where the sign told me to stand. They stated I couldn’t send my package the way it was and charged me two dollars for a box. Both of the man mocked the way I packaged my item. I will go elsewhere.

I have been using this location for two years, because it is convenient. However, due to poor customer service and the employees doing everything they can to be as difficult as possible, I will happily travel farther for a better experience. The manager seems to be drunk on power. Hes either created the toxic environment that allows rudeness to flourish or does nothing to promote a positive atmosphere. The employees at the DMV are far friendlier than the most of the employees at this Fed Ex. It’s easier to get your driver’s license than it is to ship a package at this location. Any chance I get to use UPS, I will take it. The people here are so rude it will ruin your day and make you want to use the Postal Service.

I have been using FedEx for 3 years. To ship to my mother. This store is the first to be awful. The girl did not get the recivers number email. She sent it commercial she asked me nothing. Now my mother present has sat at customs because its needs a commercial slip. I am beyond livid. 230 dollars and its about to get destroyed because you didnt do your job. Very very upset

Connor spoke to us in a very deragatory way and was so unhelpful we will not use this location again.We submitted a picture to be made into a sign. Because we have two high-res copies of the photo we didnt notice that the one we submitted has the photographers watermark on it. She sent those to us as proofs after our session and gave us permission to share them as long as we showed the watermark advertising her! It was helpful and reasonable for him to call us and mention the watermark and to ask for her permission to print. Since the photographer has moved and isnt easy to contact, we instead resubmitted with the version of the high res photo she gave us with no watermark when she gave us all of our photographs. He then refused to print it as a violation of copyright. He spoke rudely to me and my husband telling me he knew more about copyright than I did. Dear Connor, Im a content developer and strategist for a major company and have to consider copyright and what images and words I can use on the daily. Also, these photos would fall under work made for hire. I would gladly have supplied that part of our contract but Connor scoffed at me and raised his voice insisting that I dont think you could know as much as I do.

Jeremy did it again!! What a clown!! Don’t tell me how to pack my box and upsell..Store manager is a crook. Came in to drop off 4 boxes and he told me he could not accept the packages due to the condition of the boxes. Then he tried selling me $40 worth of new cardboard (to probably hit a KPI). Called for a pickup, no issues or charges.

I use a few FedEx locations but despite this one INSANE perspective of contamination prevention which actually amount to very little more than a farce trying to convince someone they “being safe “ the parcel handling by staff running this branch is in my opinion 10/10 they ALWAYS get my job done right !!

I recently had a large amount of documents that needed to be shredded. I took them into the Fed Ex Kinkos. Michael was wonderful! He helped me get all of the boxes out of my vehicle. He did a great job explaining how their shredding service works and overall provided excellent customer service.

The staff here a unbelievably incompetent. SUPER slow and dont even know how to work basic Photoshop files. They charged me $5 JUST to convert a jpg to a PDF which any child could do in two seconds with two swift clicks. Im a professional graphic designer and know Photoshop like the back of my hand, yet they had to charge me for the conversion. Daylight robbery. They also dont tell you until checkout about the extra fee. No other Fedex has been this greedy. The staff at other establishments tell me in advance what is needed and even turn the screen towards me so I may make the changes I know are needed. Its just ridiculous. Not going here again.

I am surprised that one of their employee is still employed there. She is blatantly rude to every customer, stone walls, snaps at people on the phone, has no desire to help or answer questions, blames customers, takes ownership of nothing, etc, etc, etc. Unless they are filming somewhere for a training video on How to give horrible customer experiences that might result in lawsuits... I cant understand why FedEx would employ someone like that.

So I went to ship a package, gave the employee the address on a physical copy of the order, the employee named Heather screwed up and put an additional number and sent it to the wrong house. Now Im dealing with getting it back to the right person.
