Staff was friendly and printing an e mail off my phone was very easy.

I came to office depot after buying a printer elsewhere and it turned out to not be what I wanted. Grady a store manager was able to assist me with my needs and find the correct printer. Unfortunately the printer we purchased did not work out of the box, Frida another manager was able to assist us with getting a new printer as fast as possible. Thanks to the employees that make for a great experience.

This is the second and last time I ever use Office Depot for anything. I called yesterday to ask them when my print job would be done and I sent it to them at 5pm. They assured me it would be done prior to 12pm today. I called and they said my job hasn’t been touched!!!!!! You guys are terrible and if you have printing needs and good customer service do not go here! This is why you get names people - Michael told me it would be done and guess what??? It isn’t! Office Depot failed again.

I am always impressed by Hannah in the Printing Station. She always did a fantastic job at Office Depot in Westminster off Sheridan. She remember who I am from only one meeting once several months before. I want to thank her for all her work & her ability to make professional business cards for me & my husband. She is one of the best employees at this location. If you want fantastic costumer service go over to this location and see for yourself.

I would surely hope the customer service is better in person than on the phone!UPDATED: I ended up going into the store and got everything I needed. The guys were really helpful!

Ive used several Office Depots for printing, overall their service is great, this one not so much. I went to check on an order just to see if it was done because I was nearby and the place is 50+ blocks from my office, it was at its estimated completion time but I hadnt received a pick up email. The job was done, but the Office Depot lady behind the counter didnt want to give it to me because she hadnt sent out the pick up notification. She eventually gave it to me then lectured me on waiting next time for the pick up notification. They are by far the slowest OD in town. I use Staples for most of my quick jobs now.

Super Friendly Staff, I bought 2 AOC 27 inch monitors for an awesome price, I called first and Angel stepped up and assisted me over the phone, I picked them up and they even assisted in taking to my vehicle .. Thanks ! Its hard to find people that really care about their jobs anymore but this staff must be managed well and it shows !

Do NOT come here if you’re in a hurry. Extremely slow printing process, the machines ask 100 questions, both the self-service printers and the card readers at the register. Be ready to answer a useless questionnaire in order to print & pay.

I waited until the last minute to renew my drivers license, which is a major airhead move on my part. I had been to the DMV twice in two days, and it seemed everytime I went back I needed something new, that I didnt have. I needed proof of Social Security, and in a panic I went to Office Depot to print my W2. The customer service I experienced was incredible. I was the second person in line and I was approached by a man named Grady (I didnt catch his named tag, and I couldnt tell if Jenny said Crady or Grady. If youre reading this and I butchered your name Im so sorry!!). Grady was unbelievably kind and personable, he asked how I was doing and how he could help! He got me all set up and passed me off to Jenny to finish! Jenny was so sweet, I was probably there for less than 10 minutes before I had everything I needed!! Im literally in tears as I write this THANK YOU Office Depot for having my back! Now I can drive legally!!

Bought an Office Chair for Christmas and put it together backwards. Grady helped us put it back together free of charge. I almost feel guilty he was so nice. Thanks for making Christmas special.The fact that you were so nice means more than the 12 dollars we saved. Have a Merry christmas.

This is a great store. Their customer service is phenomenal. The store is clean and well stocked. Join the rewards program. The rewards add up quickly. Remember to bring in your ink cartridges to recycle and you get rewards for it. Also dont forget to bring your coupons because they dont have them in the system when they look you up.

I really only come here to print and scan documents and Im pretty sure Hannah has always been the one to help me. Shes really awesome and quick and knowledgeable and always provides a great experience.

I wouldn’t have anything printed at this location. The manager believes that because Office Depot charges to make copies, that means they cannot copy anything that has a disclaimer saying...an item may not be copied or sold for monetary gain??? It is funny yet still frustrating none the less.

I have to admit Im not into electronics, gadgets and office items of any sorts but I went in and the employees were AMAZING! FRIENDLY greeting to helping me fax my items for me with great conversation! I definitely recommend this office Depot!

This review is specifically targeted towards their print and copy area:I came to the store today to make some copies of a flyer that I had printed put. I used the color copy machine and when they printed out I noticed that the colors did not really match at all. The black was also very faint and almost look like a dark gray. I asked the girl to print them for me because maybe their copier would have darker ink. I thought I would be charge the same amount as the self serve since the other machine didnt seem to be working properly but she charged me the higher fee because I asked her to do it.I also needed a few things laminated and had called earlier in the day and was told it was 1.99 per sheet. When I arrived I was told it was 2.49. They did price match but only after I insisted. The manager was the person that told me the incorrect price. I was laminating an 8 x 11 that was cut in two pieces and instead of them cutting it in half again after it was laminated, she just handed it to me for me to cut. Normally this would not be a big deal but I had just been to Staples a few days before and had much better service. Its also concerning that the manager of the store doesnt know the prices or didnt take the time to verify.I will not be returning to this store for prints.

Bought an office chair on clearance here. The girl tendering me out was nice, but seemed tired. She needed to call the guy working in the printing area over to help lift it into a cart. Makes sense. Instead of getting help to lift the box (that says TEAM LIFT and fragile on the side) he tries to pull it by himself. He almost rolled the box on to my foot while trying to get it into his arms and was a bit rough with it. Guy is just waiting for a back injury. After he left, Girl asked if we needed help getting it into the car. Not wanting to risk breaking the chair, we decided to do it ourselves. We asked about the limited warranty on it, and she had to call the manager over to explain it. Good price on the chair, but employees need to be trained better.

Went here for ink for my printer. When I walked in the door I was greeted pleasantly by an attendant who asked me what I needed. I told her and she politely responded that they didnt carry what I was looking for but informed me that Staples did stock the product and gave me directions to the nearest one. It is always so impressive when you are directed to a competitor for service. It really shows that a business has their customers best interest in mind. Kudos, Office Depot.

This location has great staff always focused on what you need Grady and Hannah took really good care of my to print and fax some documents and also to find some items. This location will also have a renovation soon that will in May 2019 that will add sharable office space so that you can use the office space and get your supplies a great evolution.

Nice staff here. They have a wide variety of items, but have your phone out to check Amazon prices of the same items. Some are the same price or even cheaper, but some things are marked up a lot more. This is a store with a good selection, but just be a mindful shopper.

I was so impressed by the Tech Services team, not only did I purchase a new laptop, I gave them full access to my 2008 laptop w/Vista to be wiped clean followed by an Operating System install.This store is clean and organized, the employees are friendly and informative.This isnt my first visit and definitely wont be my last.

If you need copies dont go here they suck. 45 minutes before they close they tell you to go to Fedex office. Great customer service. They would rather clean and watch the store then make money and take care of customers. Matt and Chris should learn what customer service is.

Very disappointed ....., was looking to buy pencil eareser and one particular pencil brand - that has several Softness - hardness selection choice. I had to ask if they have this brand, and logically I need help to find it, because I couldnt find it . Am I right ? So I asked the employees -3 of them upfront - they said they dont know it !They did not even look in their PC, or ether help me find it at the store . So after that I have spent extra 20 min - Just looking for this brand pencils, and I did find it !So Shame on those employees. So waste time, it just closests one to my house . I had long working day, I am the client ! What are they there for ?working ? By hour ? Very bad ....

Horrid. My girlfriend always brings items for them to print, and the never know what theyre doing. Ever. And their software must be extremely out of date in their print area because omfg, nothing ever works. As a professional, I would never depend on that place to help you make money.

Went in to return a plastic carpet mat that had cracked after less than 3 weeks of use. They told me the return policy is only 2 weeks because of wear and tear. When I asked if theyre designed to last only a few weeks, he just shrugged reiterated that its normal wear and tear. Thanks for driving people to buy stuff from Amazon.
