The owner is a amazing, showed me and my nephew around a long time ago, I was grateful for him, my nephew was in awe of the place. Very interesting, I always wanted to be a detective my whole life, and a few bad choices and I was in the opposite field. The owner assured me after talking to him not to give up, I didnt need any type of training to be a private detective, and that I had what it took. Me and my nephew had a good time just dropping in there.

Horrible company. They sell defective merchandise . They will ask you to come back during their regular business hours which you can google and call on the phone to verify . You make plans, set aside a Saturday morning when they advertise both on the phone and online that they are open and they turn out to be closed during their advertised business hours as all other businesses around them are open . They claim that the device they sell will last at least ten days under 3-4 hours of normal driving conditions . Have not yet been able to use it due to a defective case and found out that the password I saved on 3 devices only remains valid in one . Was only able to charge to 97% and it quickly within 6 hours was down to 88% unused . They do not even answer the phone during regular business hours . They defraud the state by offering cash discounts for the defective merchandise they sell hoping that you will give them cash and be forever screwed as well as defraud the state out of tax revenue which all above board reputable businesses collect .. Nobody carries 400 dollars in cash on them . Had I paid with cash I would be screwed and they would not report the income they made to the state either as in under the table . It never happened .. Had to explain the situation to my credit card and I now have to report to them my additional findings . I would not refer anybody to them . They are very dishonest in their dealings with their hapless customers . They deserve 0 stars of there was a rating . Best advice stay away from this dishonest and disreputable merchant .

This place is amazing I purchased a Ikon Tracker for my sons car when he left so.calif. drove to new York. I slept very good every night knowing where my son was this tracker works great thank you Scott and Paul. these two men are amazing and helped me and they care about people .if you need any Spyware go here ..thanks you guys

One of the worst spy or security shops around. I made a purchase with them with cash ( no sales tax is their incentive a while back and the merchandise turned out to be defective and they refused to give me a refund . Wish that I had not paid with CASH ! My personal mistake. Anybody who paid for defective merchandise with a credit card need not be afraid to file a charge back. You only have two billing cycles to do it. The owner can not threaten somebody for doing a charge back. Also their having a all sales final is in no way legally enforceable unless their is an informed written and signed agreement to that effect and even if that was to be the case, they cant force somebody to keep defective merchandise whether made by them or a third party. Anybody who gets ripped off by this business and paid by credit card can file for a charge back and Visa, Master card, discover, Amex etc will make the final decision. It is federal law.

Great experience at this place. I walked in for a camera and got the right product I needed at a much lower price. Who does that? These guys, and they are great.

DONT BUY FORM THEM RIP OFF Scott lied to me about the cameras seeing through glass, told him both windows face the sun. The owner refuses to speak to me. They sell faulty products and they make their own so buyer be ware. They hide their all sales final sign and Scott did not mention it either. I took back all 3 camera they did not work, then I asked for a refund since they did commit fraud by selling broken items to me. I told them I will dispute on my credit card, Scott threatened and said the owner has not lost one yet. The owner also has no balls to speak to a customer on the phone or in person.

Terrible company. I asked these guys to come out for a free estimate at my non-profit apartment building & they charged me $50 as they were leaving the property. Also, when I finally received the estimate (after reminding them twice to send it to me) they did not include the labor charge, just the parts. Thanks for the incomplete estimate & misleading me in not mentioning the $50 estimate fee. Aside from that, the tech they sent me was unfriendly during the walk-through & totally lacking in professional business & interpersonal skills.

Google maps says they’re open. A sign on the door says, call us for hours. I called and it said voicemail box full!!!!!!Complete waste of time, and mileage!!!!
