Loved working here, the staff are really great people. Dont put a lot of stock in the negative reviews, people get too uptight about little mistakes, or they are mad because they did something that ruined their own day, and they need someone to blame to avoid taking responsibility themselves, and who better to blame than the retail workers you bullied at checkout?

Knew what I wanted, met a great sales person answering my questions and represented the store in a expected professional manor. I recommend.

Sales guy pulled a fast one on me. Bought a computer here. The sales guy said theyd give me a $120 gift card whether I was approved or denied for a best buy credit card. I was denied (which I was already expecting) and when I asked when Id get the $120 gift card he said sorry you dont get one because you were denied. Manager wouldnt fix the situation after the sales guy lied to me and customer service said it was an instore matter.I negotiated that gift card and a $100 off because it was an open box sale. And so I think they pulled a fast one because I kept pushing for a better deal. And after the cc came back denied I think they saw it as an opportunity to short me on the negotiation.Keep in mind Im in sales so Im very thorough and detailed about my line of questioning and I always ask the same question at least 3 times to make sure Im not being lied to.I got played and had my credit hit for no reason. So just letting everyone know. I hope it doesnt happen to anyone else.

Typical Best Buy it was a little bit harder to find what I was looking for yes the stuff to do their best to help me but its very frustrating that I was told at another store to come to Best Buy this specific Best Buy in fact and then was unable to find the product that I was looking for... I understand that doesnt reflect this Best Buy in any way but it does effect Best Buy in the hole... the parking lot is a little bit hard to get in and out of if you are in a self-propelled wheelchair other than that no complaints

Looking for some large appliances, we dont usually go to best buy, but went in to check. It was a really pleasant customer service experience. We found what we wanted for a competitive price, got financed and it the door in around a half hour. No sharks circling us while we shopped, but staff was great when we were ready. Amazing, good job best buy.

The prices are $200-$300+ above what nearly every other retailer (online or in store) will offer, but that isnt a problem with this store specifically that is a problem with the company at large.That being said, this store has extremely friendly staff. I have never gone to this location and been treated poorly or unfairly, the staff seems genuinely interested in finding you the right product. Obviously the sales team is there to upsell you, but if you decline their offer they are still more than happy to assist you.

Incredibly organized and the staff mobilize quickly to help you out. I mentioned I was looking for a motherboard at the door and they had someone waiting to help me by the time I arrived at the department! What a great experience!

The first time I actually had to find help. Most of employees were not interested in helping. But finally sales guy was good.

We were there to buy a refrigerator. After shopping at other stores, we found the same fridge we liked at Best Buy for less money, which was awesome and their delivery date was sooner than the other stores. Small issue, which may not be a problem for other people, but our salesman was like a robot. He was not friendly, just really brisk; like he wanted us gone. Love the fridge, though.

All best buys are the same experience these days. They are a cell phone kiosk in the middle of a dirty empty retail store that pretends to sell electronics.

An associate helped me outside of his department to buy a printer. Great help as always from this location.

The staff at this location are friendly and helpful. Whenever Ive had an issue with something, there has always been someone available to help make it right. Decent return policy which has been smooth to use. Curbside pickup is nice but occasionally on the slower side. Clean and well organized.

Do not complete service repairs offered online. Website directly states they will work on Apple products, even has a whole page convincing you to bring your Apple products here for repair. I was immediately turned away “We don’t service Apple products. Try an Apple store”. Waste of time.

Reliable big box retailer. I still go for the rewards program, but have to say our latest phone buying experience was very sub par. We were there for 45min before getting set up with a rep. The check-in guy did thank us for being patient a few times, but it really would have been better to pull someone from another area sooner. Then, during the buying process, we were told some wrong things, and the rep did some wrong things, that took 2hrs on the phone the next day with two different Verizon staffers to get sorted. In the past its been much smoother, but this time was no fun. Buying the newest phone and making no changes to your account? This place is fine. Need anything more complicated? Pass.

This store has the nicest people helping. It appears to be a better managed stores. Everyone was attentive to my needs. Ill shop there again!

The customer service here is pretty top notch, Ive been here plenty of times but my most recent visit was pretty nice. Went in asked where sd cards were and needed a go pro. They showed me where in the store to go and I went. Once I figured out what I needed I was looking around everywhere for about 5 minutes before I finally went to the front and asked someone there but once I asked then to get help they dropped everything they were doing and unlocked the go pro case for me, helped me grab an SD card, helped me find a certain car charger I was looking for and also helped me find some type C cables. Now no matter what your electronic skill level is expert or amateur these guys will help. I did notice prices on some products are much higher than competitors but business is business its up to you and weather youve done research or not to figure out of you want to buy the item from here or somewhere else. Highly recommend though great place for all tech.

I attempted to purchase an external hard drive today from this location. I found a cheaper price on Amazon and asked them to price match. All the numbers matched on my phone. The general manager, who insisted I know shes the general manager because that makes a huge difference, told me the best buy website says Amazon is selling it at the same price. I showed the same device listed at a lower price on Amazon. She still insisted I know shes the general manager, and told me she cant price match it. I decided to order it off of Amazon. This was a great example of poor customer service. There was no apology, or any other suggestions, just a firm do you want it or not. Sorry to inconvenience you general manager. I will choose to go with a competitor.

Pretty sparse selection for being in such a large city. Not very well organized either. They did at least have a couple of the things I was looking for.

One of the bigger stores. Has more to offer than some of the smaller ones. Also this one has a cinema room for the more expensive high end televisions.

Ive had some problems with this store and curbside pickup, mainly with them refusing to answer the phone when I call to get my orders. This has carried over from several instances where I had more problems with store pickup orders prior to last year (like stuff going missing, wrong items getting pulled etc.), and it doesnt seem as though the staff tends to care or be very helpful when you bring it up. I only keep trying this store because its the closest one to me, but I honestly prefer the Denver West location much better.

Needed it asap.No one - not Home D, Ls, Appliance Discount, Sears - had what I wanted.Best buy customer service was great.Greeted at the door they asked me what I was shopping for, sent me to the appliance area. There a rep met me and we went over the space measurements, looked at several.I found exactly what I was looking for, great price, and delivery in a few days.Delivery and setup guys were great. They carefully removed the old fridge, brought in the new one and set it up.I recommend bestbuy.

Best Buy here in Westminster is in a great location and one of the few to have a Magnolia Home Audio center. They also have kitchen appliances and everything that most locations have the people here have good knowledge and also are very focused to help out. There is more space than most locations in the Denver Metro area. The key to this location is the spacing with the goods located here giving you plenty of space to maneuver the store.

Ive been to many Best Buys in many cities and many states. However, today Ive had my best Best Buy experience, all thanks to Alvin.Despite the fact that I showed up literally 8 minutes before they closed, Alvin took the time to answer all my questions, made relevant suggestions based on my needs, and at no point did I feel rushed or unwelcome. Awesome customer service! Way to create a great customer experience!

Drove to this location after customer service told me my item i had ordered was ready for pickup. When i arrived i was refused to be able to pick up the item that they had in stock and that at best i could double pay for it if i wanted to get it then. After I had to speak with 4 separate customer service representatives to come to the conclusion that I was getting a refund and buying from another store. Waste o.oxd gas and time to ship here.

Absolutely horrible. Sent in a order with same day delivery before noon for them to email me at 8:08 saying it will be delayed for a day or two.. Payed extra for nothing. But Payed same day shipping at a different store and the got the two items at 5:10 P.M. But now cant do anything because I dont have the big part needed to put the two Items on. Dont do any ordering from this store. Try and find other stores. I had to do orders separately because each stores didnt have the parts need just some of them. Ill keep this on mind next time.

HORRIBLE store! My daughter drove from out of town twice to come to an appointment they set up then didnt honor! Shes driven to the store to be told on Sunday that they dont have an Apple Tech person on that day so THEY made her an appointment on Monday, the next day and when she arrived at 3:20 at the time they scheduled - she was told the guy that works on them wants to leave at 4:00 and cant do it... Idiotic and lack of care or concern for customers. FORMER - will NOT buy from them ever again....was an Elite Member and bought Tech Support - DONE - NEVER AGAIN!

Stopped by “just to look” and ended up buying a 75” TV. Worked with an employee named Bill who was hilarious. They didn’t have the TV we wanted in stock, but we were able to pay and pick it up at a nearby location. Great atmosphere. I can’t get over how great Bill was - he had me cracking up laughing.

I don’t know if Best Buy is getting hit by Covid and that’s why their shelves are empty two years into this pandemic. You cannot find a UE Bluetooth speaker at any store unless you want to drive halfway across the state. How is it I can walk into Walmart and their electronics inventory is better than Best Buy’s?

There is something special about Best Buy. Every store in the Denver area is the same. Their employees are not only very knowledgeable but they go out of their way to help. Even during the Christmas rush these people were friendly and helpful. The company must treat them well and obviously creates a great work environment for them. Hats off to Best Buy!

First time ever writing a review. I’m normally very easy going. Dealing with Best Buy has been extremely difficult. Ordered brand new washer and dryer. Set delivery date. Called me to be there 30min window. Never showed up, no call. I get a hold of them and they had damaged my dryer. Called and got automated system. Spent significant time getting to customer service rep who helped me reschedule delivery for over an hour. Got a call today from my rep at the store and there is nothing in the system about my order. And according to him they can’t deliver on same day now. Talk about being unorganized. Please make this right Best Buy.

I like this location! Usually pretty well stocked, the displays are always in great condition, and the staff is friendly and not over bearing. The Im store pickup is great, Ive picked up my last 3 pre-ordered phones here with no issues at all. Im lucky to live to close to this store.

Been here twice now. Both times it took me 15 minutes minimum to find somebody to assist me and both times they did not have any products in stock. Highly recommend you look elsewhere for your electronic needs.

Bought 1 new iPhones 13 & 2 pros . Only one came in the pros are no where to be found . First they said it wasn’t check yet the next day they said the truck that brought them did not show . Was told I could return a tv from another store here since this store is much closer than the one we originally went to. We drove all the way here unloaded the tv and THEN they told us we couldn’t return it here after all. Sounds like they’re being intentionally difficult to avoid a return on a defective product. After this fiasco I will never be shopping at a Best Buy again.

Good location and the store layout is easy to navigate. I was able to give them my old broken printer for recycling and needed 2 surge protector power straps with 90 degree plugs and they had nice Rocket Fish ones that I purchased.

This store usually has what youre looking for. Sometimes the online stock is incorrect. Last time I went in looking for a micro SD card for my dash cam, it showed 2 in stock, but there were none to be found. An employee searched for me and ultimately came up with almost equal alternative for me. Great service and he went above and beyond.

Great store for most electronics. Phone section as far as accessories is super limited, like most places they only carry iCrap and Samsung accessories. So unless you want super basic wall charger or cable then look elsewhere.

Its the worst experience Ive ever had ... You cant even trust the salespeople who serve in the store because they dont give you complete information about the item and you will ending going back to the store to returner. If you buy a washer and dryer make sure that the connection of the valves and the plugs are what you really buy because otherwise you will not get install anything and you will end up paying much more and waisting a lot of your time. The best advice is if you want to buy a washer and dryer in this place, find a true professional to install it and who is certified in changing any valve that is necessary. I made the purchase in January and I still didnt get install the machines, after I change one valve best buy team tell me to change (not the second) and today they told me they cant get the work done because the other valve look rusty (a certificate plumber check second valve and he told me the valve still working good and is not necessary be changed)!!!
