Moldy bread in the clearance disgusting. Not one employee greeted me I passed by several. I asked one where something is and he answered with Im not sure. Maybe you should properly train your employees on how to use a zebra phone.

Its a good, target not to much a fan of the remodel. But the pharmacy is top notch. Always friendly. The remodeled section of the mens area I do like. If you are looking for pet Halloween costumes, they have them there.

Clean, efficient and friendly employees. This is a great target to visit. I have used curbside pick up, in store pick up and now back to shopping in store.

They have everything you need. You get a smile - even when your kids are acting insane. It just feels like home. By far the best Target around. The employees are kind and are always there to help. The store is in great shape and always clean. Theyre typically fully stocked.

The staff is fabulous! I went to exchange a pair of heels that had a weird mark on the side, but I couldn’t find another pair in my size. I asked an employee, and not only did she look all over for another one in that size, but she offered to call another store and ask them to hold that pair for me. I said no thank you, because I figured I would just go to the other store and find the pair I needed. So I started to walk back to the exit and then the lovely employee ran after me and said she had just found the size I was looking for! Thank you so much, target employees! ❤️❤️

Found sushi at this target and decided to give it a try. Dont make the same mistake I did, the sushi shortly gave me FOOD POISIONING. The sushi was so poorly made and I had the worst stomach cramps of my life. If youre gonna shop here stay clear of their sushi!

One stop shop. Target of Orchard Shopping Center has just about anything you need. Groceries, homewares, clothing, tech, optical... Starbucks and Pizza Hut Pizza. While I’m typically not a fan of big box shops, the pricing, convenience and selection of Target is hard to beat!

The employee was nice but the drinks were made terribly. If you wanted 50 parts water to 1 part coffee this is the place to go.

Awful. Will not be returning to this location, probably ever, and am boycotting Target at the moment. Visited here a few weeks ago and went to check out. It wouldnt take my Target gift cards, after much finagling we got one to go through and couldnt get the other one. So the lady told me to pay with my Target card and then go up to customer service and they would be able to help me use the card, and refund to my Target card. I get up there, and the lady who helped was not nice even to start. I told her what happened and she said, well theres nothing I can do about that. I handed her the card. She said it had a 0 balance. So I showed her my app, that the card actually had a balance. And I got the oh, theres nothing we can do about that. Well, we could call them? I told her no, that I had a 3 year old with me and didnt have any more time to spend on the problem at the moment, since checkout took way longer than normal. I got nothing. I did the Target survey at the bottom of my receipt and the customer experience lead basically called me stupid in the email she wrote back to me. Infuriated I went to Target.com; and they took all the information and promised a call from the store manager. Ive never received that call.

This is a fantastic grocery store. There are so many things. Everything has high level quality.

A stocker guy named Nate (I got his name because I was so impressed with his willingness to got the extra mile to help us find what we needed). First he walked us to the isle where he thought we could find the Yerba mate tea we like, then when there was only 1 on the shelf he went to the back to see if there were more... there was and he got the orange one we like! So many times we’ve been pointed in the right direction by folks but not taking the time to really help. He was great! Keep hiring, motivating and training individuals like this and make sure they get rewarded for taking care of your patrons. I always go out of my way to frequent places that do this, even when they are not the cheapest or they are “big Corp”. Take care of your people and they will take care of the people you serve!

I had an issue with my Red Card. In essence my back declined the transaction. I got a dunning letter from Target and went to this Target to take care of this. The letter said I could go to customer service and settle up. I went cash in hand.I was told I could only pay with a check, not cash. I dont have a checkbook.I asked the clerk if there was any way to pay with cash. Nope. I asked for the manager. In my mind, a manager is a problem solver. I was wrong. Cant take cash. No other solution than to give them a check.I left without paying. Beyond disappointed with Target and their manager...I hate when managers cant solve simple problems. I have never been in a business that wont take cash.

Very frustrating shopping experience here. Checked stock online for items I wanted to purchase all said in stock available for pick up today. Went to the store and had a hard time tracking anything down. Had a harder time trying to track down someone to help. When I did they weren’t very helpful and that was not fault of their own they just did not know where stuff was. She checked stalked on stuff that literally said In stock online 15 minutes before I got there and suddenly it’s all out of stock. You might be wondering why the 5 stars then. No it’s not a mistake it’s because of one person and one person only. Serenity was called over to help us and she went above and beyond what I expected. She offered to help track down similar items. She cared and it showed. She is the only reason this is not a 1 star review. Serenity helped me make get my secret Santana present and did it with a smile. As a fellow retail worker I really appreciated the extra attention. Serenity if you are reading this you did amazing!! Thank you so much.

We ordered an online delivery order. The shopper changed our order and removed two items without our knowledge. We then contacted customer service and was hung up on 3 times before talking to anyone. Once we did get a hold of someone, they told us they could do nothing to rectify the situation. I am frustrated and disappointed that one person did a bad job and two more did nothing to fix it. We are still without our two items. We tried setting up a pickup order with the missing items, but we were told that (despite having the items), they could not add them to our order. We are just confused and annoyed.

I keep reading reviews about how clean this location is... I can say, nope. Not at all. I came in today to get out of the house and get some shopping done. The store was horribly disorganized and the stock was very low, like it had been ransacked. I found some of the items I needed, after looking for what seemed like forever. Does anyone work there that can actually organize the clothes and shelves? I blame the customers too. How about not throwing the clothes you looked at haphazardly on the shelf or rack? Do your part not to leave a trail of destruction and help everyone else out. Cripes!!

It’s always clean and sanitized and the cashiers and people at self checkout are great! I had an amazing cashier I’m pretty sure her name was Maddelyn she was such a nice young lady and the last time I was there she helped me at self checkout fast and efficiently!

Absolutely terrible customer service at the electronics department. Went there to grab a Nintendo Switch game, stood there for about 30 minutes and nobody even cared to ask or help me grab the game. Might as well just leave the games out so the customer can grab them and take them to the counter if your staffs are going to be that lazy.

It is my therapy. Heck, it is my three year old daughters therapy. Plus our store was just renovated and feels like heaven inside, but I now have to learn where everything is. Plus the cashier was a little angel and walked me through my cartwheel app which I FINALLY started using. I legit saved $54 and only spent $68 when my husband gave me a budget of $70 for that trip. HELL YES

Target is poorly stocked with the items I want. It would be logical to order more of those items that always sell out, but for some reason, Target does not do this.

I bought groceries there for convenience and it always seems the food is substandard.

While I usually prefer to take my business to stores other than Target, this location is an exception! Ive come here multiple times and every time has demonstrated cleanliness (especially after the renovation) and pleasant, helpful staff. If it werent so far away, I would shop here more often.

This store needs some attention from the management! Especially the manager that take care the front end! Ma’am you need to have patience on how to listen to your costumer! You need to have idea about your department because the time that we’re trying to buy item and we’re trying to explain to you what comes with it and you try to act like you know about it but no ma’am, you don’t have any idea about the product! I do not recommend Target because of their issues with their Red Card system. The folks who update your account information do not do so and you will never know. This happened to me. I made a purchased on my Red Card and left store with merchandise and receipt - nobody told me the sale was declined. days later I went in for medical procedure, after 3 to 4 weeks of that, I opened my mail to find a collection notice. Of course I went to pay it along with the 20$ fee they slapped on me. 3 hours later, 5 sales associates later and one abusive collection account specialist named Louis who threated to call my bank, a Target associate finally was able to accept 120.00 in cash to settle the matter. I warn you : dont get involved with their red card. They (Target) wont update the info properly or if a mistake is made they will beat you up, accuse you of wrong doing and threaten you - it is outlandish. I was hung up on, told they do not accept cash, turn away from a store when I tried to pay and treated like a crook. It was really like the third world. In the end that debit card system they have and the weird complex system of departments that manage it will cost you money. I am not a crook. I updated the account info but the person I spoke to did not save the new info. I recieved no confirmation about the info change and Target will charge you for their .mistake. You will never know until you are liable for fees. This kind of abuse after medical procedure is not what anyone needs. Its just poor business at your expense.

This is the target right across the street from my work and I love it. The staff at the checkouts or self checkouts are always friendly. Couple of dudes at the deli are always dropping f bombs which could maybe be lightened up due to the amount of kids that come through that place, but they just did some new remodeling to this location and it’s awesome. Very clean and looks really cool.

Will not be back to shop at this store managers very rude asked why they require a mask to get into there store but once in the store you can take it off spoke to 4 different people and all said target does not enforce the rule. Why cant items be ordered on-line and shipped to store for free pickup? Ok, Ill pay the high shipping fee BUT then required to create a Target account. Dont need a Target account so shopping elsewhere.

Affordable prices and great costumer service!

This establishment requires masks to enter the building however once inside you are free to take off your mask with no signs or precautions of social distancing. Several customers got way too close without a mask on and the employees are not allowed to say anything about it. This is a pandemic with a rising mortality rate and you should be more concerned for the health and safety of your underpaid workers. Shame on you and I hope your business suffers consequences.

Not a bad place. Parking can be a pain. Usually good for a quick Target run. I’ve never had an issue with finding things that I go here for. Sometimes it takes me awhile to find what I’m looking for....because the place is so large. Staff is hit or miss on being helpful and helping to find things.

My family and I had a great experience tonight at this Target. Everything was up to par and normal until we went to check out. Our cashier was a respectable young man named Will. We immediately called to speak to a manager in the hopes that he would get praise for his amazing customer service. He went out of his way to make our night more enjoyable and to make our experience at Target, amazing. Overall, the Target gets a 4 out of 5 from us, but were leaving a 5 star review because Will is a 10 star guy.

I get it. We are in a pandemic and you are open. BUT, I cant return anything I bought there? I was stopped coming in the door with a return. I was rudely told to look at the Target website to return stuff. There is nothing on the website about returning items bought in a store.I am left with no fair option and no one to talk to about it. I have been holding for 47 minutes with Target customer service. I guess I will charge back the credit card because that is my only recourse.

The easy target run is a myth. Apparently they dont use registers anymore. They just have employees standing around and all these people with carts full of groceries have to use the self check-out. I hust came to get a few things but I put them back and Ill gladly pay someone else. What a ZOO!!

I have been going to this particular Target since they 1st opened and loved it UNTIL THE NEW REMODEL!!! There is a reason why people choose Target over Wal-Mart and now unfortunately I feel like I am at Wal-Mart 😢 There is no flow to the store and the grocery section is a JOKE!!! Shame on you Target

Ordered an item online because quantity was limited. Went to store which was 14 miles away due to limited stock. I got their earlier than pick occurred. Team member said to go get item and then they would cancel order. System would not let me cancel. Apple Pay had already processed payment. Needed to wait till all other orders were processed ahead of mine till I could sign for the item. 1 hour lost due to a system glitch

Its super sad how this target literally targets the non-white customers when it comes to security. The min I walked in the two security members immediately tried to see if I was stealing, Im 100 % its because they are choosing to racially profile people. I didnt even have a bag or BACKPACK. I also wore leggings. Its shows how companys train certain employees to look for certain customers. I feel sickened on how society still decides what a person is doing based on race or skin color or gender. If they saw my $50,000 vehicle parked in the lot would that determine their better judgement. Places like this truly sicken me, I shouldnt feel like someone is watching me and whispering to each other and following me just because of my skin color. Target cant deny this because its their employees on camera doing this to me. It has nothing to do with security because I never even posed a threat to anyone or situation. I cant believe this has happened yet again to me.

I love this Target location. It is always clean, the delivery workers and cashiers are always friendly and the shelves are pretty well stocked. They also have a great selection of clothes compared to others Ive been to. Its definitely worth the drive to shop here.

Good customer service and clean store

Every time I go into my local Target, I wait no less than 10 minutes at the check out. It doesnt matter if it is 10:00am on a Saturday, 5:30pm on a week night, they never have more than three lanes open and there is always a significant wait. The self-checkout lines are always long as well. If you are in a hurry, go to another location.

Excellent inventory, attractive store, very helpful employees. Does not stock all the products I like to buy. Unfortunately DOES stock ARCHER FARMS products, all of which are not microwaveable..

I like the cleanliness of this store. The customer service manager is on top of things and always does things for her customers with a great attitude and smile.

Exceptionally bad service the last few times Ive been here. I ordered a few things for pickup, got the notification that it was ready, and headed over. The woman at the counter had an over-the-top I dont care attitude, seemed very annoyed that I was trying to pick my order up, and would NOT let it go when I said I didnt want a red card. The cherry on top was that it took 20 minutes from the time I got there until the time I left. There was nobody ahead of me. I could have grabbed everything myself faster and without Miss Cheerys wonderful attitude if I hadnt ordered online. Ill go to a different location from here on.

Clean store - nice helpers - fresh produce

Not sure what has changed, but this Target is always out of stock on so many items. I am not exaggerating when I say that most of the time I cannot get half the items on my list. Target is the only store around that carries the diapers I buy, but they never have them in stock. I commented on their out of stocks in one of their surveys and got a response saying they have had a hard time getting items back in after Christmas. I would possibly buy that excuse if the other Targets were out of stock on items like they are. I am about the same distance from the Longmont Target so I have started going there and they have everything in stock that the Orchard one doesnt, so it isnt their warehouse. Hoping it changes soon because I usually love this Target!

Of all of the Targets we go to, the clothing selection at this location is unsurpassed. Looking at swimsuits, you could easily find many different color choices where other Targets only had one or two, this one had five-six to choose from in one style. They also have quite a good selection of clearance. Usually, there are 2 racks of clearance, when we went there were 5 racks (both sides filled). And we scored some great deals on decent quality clothing.Mens clothing has been declining (t-shirt and polos especially), but there is nothing wrong with this location. Wide aisles, folded clothes, and clean fitting rooms. Well go back to this location (not so much with the Superior location)
