I had my hair cut and colored by Justin, it turned out even more beautiful than I could have imagined! I’ve never had my hair so perfectly colored before. He was also able to fix my previous haircut (from a different salon) with no problem! I’m so grateful, thanks Justin and Aveda!

Never got the chance to actually use their services. I made an appointment for a Thur morning. First, I am a male. I show up 7 mins prior and am told they cant find my appointment. Eventually realize they made it for the following day on accident. They state that they have another person who can honor the appointment in 20 minutes and I accept. I leave and return 5 minutes prior to my new appt. They state they can no longer honor it. I tell them that they have lost a customer, and they say, have a nice day.
