JUAN RIVERA IS THE BEST!!!!!!!!! Ive gone so many times to Verizon to get my phone number changed, transferred over and over etc - hes the only one that got the job done!!!! I had to make 4 VISITS total to get my phone service changed over, he was the only one able to get it done!!!! VERY VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE! WHOMEVER IS HIS BOSS NEEDD TO GIVE HIM A RAISE ALREADY!!!!!! So many reps Ive talked to on the phone etc couldnt get the job done even after an hour or hour and a half in the store but he was the only one that stuck it thru to completion!!!!!!!!!! Get your raise Juan you deserve it!!!!!
We came here to buy 2 new phones for my kids. The store manager & Juan. saleman were very nice. They even go to another store to get the phone we order but it was of stock. Thanks for their excellent service!🙂🙂🙂
I came for an upgrade and overall it was a really good experience. It was effortlessly easy to get everything set up and the place was not crowded at all. The staff was professional and helpful. The manager was very informative with the current promotions.
Had an appointment at 3:30, I walked in at 3:15 and they told me they would help me in a couple of minutes. Then waited until 4 without any help. Then asked how long do I still need to wait. They said 20 more minutes. Wasted an hour of my time even when I have an appointment. Highly disappointed and I don’t recommend them at all.

Employees need to learn how to do their job. The few times Ive been their for something simple Ive ended up waiting about 2 hours to pick up my modem. Waste of time. Overcharge my account for God knows what reason. Nothing but problems and problems. I would give no starts if I could.
I would have given lower star if I was able to. They lied to me that the Verizon in Westminster Mall is a Verizon subsidiary and they are a Verizon company. They switched me from consumer to business plan without disclosing that I will lose my hotspot. The representative Katlina or whatever she called herself was totally incompetent. I was there for 6 hours and she messed up everything. The next day my Apple Watch was disconnected and gave a profile for Apple Watch that it is SE phone! She said she had to remove one of the number to upgrade and give us a new number. Since it was my child’s phone I did not see any issues. She not only did not disconnect the old number and left it on my account, she added another number and I ended up with 4 lines while being charged by Verizon. I had no ability to access my account on Verizon app because they messed up my profile and All my history and bills for the past years were all gone. I have been working with Verizon to fix the issue. Stay away. They lie and they are incompetent.
Juan is simply one of the best phone salesperson I’ve dealt with, and I’ve been upgrading my phone every 2yrs so I’ve dealt with a lot of customer service people. Verizon has good specials right now with great plans to choose from .

Juan has a great attitude and always helped us with small phone issues. He now helped us buy a new phone that was the right one for our needs. He also helped us set up for use.He is a credit to your organization. I left the Huntington Bch. Facility because they were not interested in helping me. We will go out of our way to go to Westminster mall to see Juan.

Juan was very patient with me and listened assertively as I expressed my outrage over the newest methods by Apple to gouge its customers as they are now leveraging their IAT by removing both the charging cables and wall chargers from the iPhone package, forcing us now to purchase them separately. Since it is impractical to keep in our pockets, wall chargers and car chargers, etc, my spouse and I must both install charging set-ups in multiple locations (1-office, 1-home, 1-car, 1-travel). So today, in order to charge both of our new iPhones, our total purchase for Apples overpriced charging accessories came to $587.00. This cost should have been reduced by the amount it has always taken to include the accessory in the package.The Apple company, by removing these items from the iPhone package is clearly camouflaging the true cost of the newest iPhones. And THAT is as dishonest as selling a new car to a customer, then after the contract is signed and payments are made, exclaiming, Oh! My goodness! You didnt say you wanted wheels on that car!

As of 10/7/20, I called the 800 # provided by the retailer. It is a Verizon Customer Svc Line. They do not have any understanding or communication on why I was directed to them by Victra. It continues to show how this retailer provides bad representation to Verizon.Original msg - I would like to provide some feedback regarding my purchase of the SE iPhone from your establishment over this past weekend. I worked with Juan to transfer my line from T-Mobile to Verizon. In speaking to JUAN, I was advised that the SE iPhone would be free. He did not mention a monthly credit on the bill. I have no issue with that, but it was never advised to me. Therefore, I had to contact the Verizon customer service line and have them advise me what was going on with the bill. Secondly, he never stated that would be an additional $40 transfer fee on the October bill. I provided my iPhone 7 because I was advised they could not work under Verizon‘s network. I was provided an $85 credit. With the understanding that that would be going toward any fees for transfer. I would only be paying five dollars total before my next bill. My next bill would be specifically $75 due to auto pay and that is my monthly rate. I’m confused on why I was never advised of any additional billing by your particular store or how the credit would be reflected on the bill monthly. I was in your store for two hours while JUAN was helping other customers and my data was being transferred from my old phone to my new phone. Juan had plenty of opportunities to go over my billing and provide me any outline of what to expect. I was not advise of any of that information. When I was provided a bill of $132 for next month, it no longer became an enjoyable transfer it became an issue. I don’t appreciate things not being disclosed at the beginning of a transaction like that. That is all that needed to occur in order to resolve the frustrations and the disheartened feelings I now have toward the situation. I will also be noting that on yelp and Google maps. Final note, after two hours, JUAN provided me back the SE iPhone and told me to complete the upgrade at home it wouldn’t work in the store. I literally had to start the whole process over again at home after being in the store for two hours. I would think that the representative being there for seven years would’ve thought more proactively in those situations. I guess it’s a new lesson learned for him.

If I could give Sonia more stars I would! She was off work. Saw us standing waiting our turn to be taken care of, walked over asked if we had any quick questions she could answer before leaving. We had our 2 children with us, a broken phone and no idea of what options we had to fix it. She put her stuff down, pulled up a chair and decided she was going to help us seeing how her one co-worker was taking care of another couple, and her only relief was on her dinner break. Talk about customer service! She gave me options, educated us on the services, and switched my phone over! When Sonia’s co-worker Grant was finished with his guests, he came over and assisted her in wrapping everything up for us! I can’t tell you how nice it was to finally walk into a place of business and be taken care with genuinely amazing, knowledgeable, competent staff! It is so rare anymore these days! I noticed they greeted every guest who walked in the store with a hello and welcome, letting them know they would be right with them! I personally am a Director of Operations for a chain of restaurants and bars! I have spent my life in customer service! Sonia and Grant have displayed the best customer service experience! Thank you both very much! Verizon is lucky to have employees such as yourselves! We will be customers forever with employee’s like them!The Sellers Family!!!
Eduardo was super friendly and really listened and helped me out. Not only that but when they didnt have the color of phone I wanted they sent someone to a different store to go get it.what excellent service.and what wonderful staff they have there.they made me feel like I was their friend.
My phone was having issues so I went in to the nearest Verizon. I usually go to the beach location but Ive never gotten past you need a new phone my phone is new . I was helped by Sonia, such a nice young lady who explained what was wrong, turns out my phone just had the volume down. This whole time going in and out of different locations telling me I need this and that when all I needed was to reset my volume settings. I appreciate her honesty and help, will definitely come to her again.

My husband and I both needed new screen protector covers. We went to the Verizon store and was helped by Sonia. She was very helpful and made sure that our phones were clean before she applied the new covers. She was also very friendly. We will definitely return to this store for future phone and accessory purchases.

I made a HUGE mistake buying and trading in an iPhone here. The manager at the time (who was later reported fired) oversold me a bunch of accessories stating they were “Free” and I was very suspicious. I called Verizon later and found out he billed the accessories against my trade in phone credit! I took the $170 in accessories back the next day and told him you billed me for these! They weren’t free! End of story.. it took over a Month to get my refund!! and Verizon account credited back. I spent hours on the phone with Verizon to get this cleared up!!! I’ll NEVER go back and I’ll ONLY use a true Verizon Corporate store! No more “authorized reseller stores for me!!
He took my number, but he was only one in store. I waited 30 minutes and went home.
Came at 8:55, they close at 9:00. One person was being helped, I was told that they would not be able to help me. Ill never come here again; its not my fault that youre understaffed. I would have happily have waited until 9:30 or whatever time the customer in front of me was done. I gave my new lines to another store instead :)
Gabriel is very helpful and knowledgeable. He explained what we pay today and monthly clearly, made the process of getting new phones fast, fun and easy, we even got a new tablet for the kid. Ask for him if you want to get the best service possible!

The five stars are for Roumanos because he had great customer service. He explained everything in my contract with great detail and took his time. I did not felt rushed by him at all which I loved! He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. And believe me I had many. If you need help go ask Roumanos. He knows how to treat his customers.
Excellent service at the Westminster Mall from Rasha and Brandon. They made switching easy, and even to setting up My Verizon. They were patient and as a result I felt that I am important to them. Even when another customer came in and wanted to be helped right then and not wait, Rasha handled the customer with respect and didn’t stop helping me. I felt both of were respected with our time. Way to go!

Super duper helpful answering every single one of my questions. I highly recommend asking for her if you’re looking for someone who actually cares to help. Worst service ever. Overcharge on thing that you dont even ask for. Theyre not going to help customers without cost customers a fortune. They are a ripoff service. Dont ever goes into this store, if they offer something with their promotion be careful with it cuz they totally charge you after with Verizon. Better dealing straight with Verizon then the retailer especially this store. When you come in the store they will help you to buying their stuff after paying walkout they dont know you anymore. The employees not clearly explain to the customer about their services charge until after you sign for the contracts then they just acting like I told you already... blah...blah. And of course blamed customer for not reading their policies. Like I said this is the RIPOFF CUSTOMER SERVICE RETAILER STORE I EVER EXPERIENCE... TRUST ME DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE FOR ANYTHING.
Bought my prepaid phone at Walmart they couldnt help me set it up, I had been going crazy trying to figure out how to make a call, thankfully the nice lady at this location walk me thru how to use it.
This was the easiest phone purchase and transferring of apps etc that I have ever experienced.Great customer service. My salesperson, Airica, at the Verizon Store at the Westminster, CA mall was extremely helpful and calmed all my anxiety with buying my iPhone 8 Plus and making sure all my data transferred properly.

I am from out of state and, while I was in So Cal,, at the Westminster Mall, my phone was locking up. I stopped by the Verizon store and the sales associate, Romanos, was very helpful. He took care of the problem in a jiffy. I was very impressed by his courteous and prompt attention and his professionalism.
Do not spend any money here! It is not a Verizon store, Its VICTRA! They scam and screw up your orders and any discount that Verizon has they forget them! 4-8 hours on the phone with Verizon and still havent cleared it up. Also, dont pay cash for anything - they pocket it and conveniently forget to give you a receipt. One couple was out $1000 for a phone they ordered, and later found out, it was never even entered into the vzw system. Try and find a verizon corporate store or even better Costco.

If you wanna be made fun of and feel stupidand feel disrespected then come here. My wife and I came into the store today and spoke to some Romanos guy and I have never felt more disrespected in my life I came in to ask a couple questions and the employee talks to me like Im stupid I almost felt like apologizing that I didnt know but on the other hand Im sorry I dont work with phones every single day like he does and worst of all he talks to me in an asian accent when clearly the gentleman has to be Persian or Middle East. I guess they teach their employees to prejudge customer I guess because im Asian he automatically assumes I dont know English. I would highly suggest just going to a different Verizon store or just not working with this particular employee.

Roumanos went above and beyond to make sure my visit to Verizon went smoothly. My phone decided to give up on me and he tried everything possible to retrieve my pictures, contacts. I didn’t have my phone backed up and unfortunately we weren’t able to get any of this off the old phone. However roumanos, was patient in trying all options and answered all my questions about my new phone.

I waited 1 hour and 10 minutes to pay my bill. I had to take a photo on my phone of paperwork. ON his tablet. Do to the fact that his tablet was not hooked up to his printer will be glad when the contract is over
Beware. Victra is not a Verizon Wireless corporate store. They are Authorized Retailers and can scam you in to buying unwanted items and contracts with very little oversight from Verizon Wireless. Good luck if you want to try to return something to them...
The customer service was amazing Airica was exremly patient with me. Im not the best smartphone user so I was scared to go into the store because I didnt want to feel like an idiot asking a stupid question which I know most people would answer in a second, but Airica did not make me feel dumb whats so ever. Definitely go in and ask for her if youre looking the best service.
The kid reset my settings on my phone without asking me. I lost all my WIFI passwords to 8 different networks, lost all settings that makes my phone easier to read because I am visually impaired, and many many more settings. On top of that, my phone still has the problem.When I polietely told him he should warn the customer before resetting the phone, he got all defensive saying he is right in doing so, and kept being defensive and raising his voice.Poor service, this franchise should really train their employees.Never giving this store my business again. Should have gone to Best Buy.
