The people who work here are nice and try to be professional but are insincere and dont follow through. Since were in a time when the supply chain is broken, I didnt expect them to have the parts I needed to service my laptop handy. I expected to have to wait. Instead of telling me the truth, the store told me theyd have the part in a week and would call me when it came in. Since no one called, I called them on day 8 and was told the delivery was going to be 3 days late. Five days later I called them and they just got a shipment, theyll go through it and call me to if it came in. Again no one called. When I went into the store 2 days later, I was told they were surprised it hadnt come in yet and will call the supplier to find out what was happening and promised again to call me by end of day. Of course, no one called. This is no way to do business. I decided to go to another repair place and asked them to order the parts. They told me that not only did I not need to leave a deposit, theyd have the parts in 3 days, guaranteed or theyd give us a 25% discount. Thats what I call good customer service.
DO NOT trust their reps with product/service knowledge!I walked in the store with a 1st gen IPAD to get fixed as it would not turn on. The rep kindly told me they didnt have the cables to test the problem, because its such an old iPad. However, he started to cross-sell me their affiliated insurance plan through Asurion. I was all ears.He explained to me that I could simply sign up for the plan for $24.99 a month, and wait 30 days, file a claim, and I would get it fixed under the asurion insurance plan or have them replace of a similar model.He then told me that not only would it cover my iPad, but ANY electronics within the household! I was absolutely intrigued. (This is where things start to go wrong)I specifically asked him, ANYTHING for only $25 a month!? That sounds way too good to be true. He goes, yeah, your gaming consoles, pcs, phones, tvs, etc he explained.I then told him, what about cameras? I am a videographer and I have 2 cameras that dont work right now or turn on. He simply said YEAH THATS COVERED TOOI asked, are you sure? Multiple times, he said YES.I then asked him, hey I got a drone that I crashed, would asurion cover that too? HE SAYS YES!Well then, sign me up I said, and he did. (They get an affiliate commission for this, as they should, it was a nice cross/up sell)4 months goes by now, I am $100 into my membership. I finally created an online account and started to proceed with my camera and drone claims the rep said would be covered.HOWEVER, asurion tells me CAMERAS AND DRONES ARE NOT COVERED.Thanks a lot, I wasted $100 and my time because this rep was completely misinformed and LIED about what asurion covers and does not cover in order to get a sale. Will never ever come to this store ever again and I dont recommend you should as well.**UPDATE** To make matters worse, I have contacted asurion 5 different times on 5 different days to cancel my service, they simply wont do it and are making me jump through so many hoops to try and cancel it, til this day, I am STILL not able to cancel it!

Charged $50 to assist my sister to transfer contacts from old phone to new 5G.RIDICULOUS COST, took the young man 10min. People in the back instructed him what to charge. $20 would of been more appropriate and fair. Store was NOT busy. Just us as a customer. People in the back were out of their mind.
They fixed my sons phone, but it took two days because there was only one person working. Otherwise they did a great job.
Brought my phone here to replace a cracked screen, got that replaced, but then it wouldnt read my sim card properly anymore. better off just send the phone directly to ss. Came back to the store but they told me none can do, unless 80 dollars extra.

Came in to have the screen replaced, and in the process they swapped out other device hardware. When I received the repaired phone, the phone was overheating -- which was a new phenomenon.Later they did some additional battery testing (suggested that the battery was in good health), factory reset the phone, insisting that overheating was likely the result of a software issue, however, agreed to replace the battery if the heating was not resolved after the factory reset.The overheating issue continued past the factory reset, I was able to return to the store and demonstrate as such, and they agreed to use the warranty to replace the battery. Im excited to share that the phone no longer overheats.All of this is to say that they have a process that they have to follow, and if you agree to go by that process, they will honor the warranty. You should not be deterred to complete the process if you think that you are encountering hardware related issues.Otherwise friendly people, and my phone now works good as new.

I would give zero stars but that is not an option. WHY DOES THIS BUSINESS REQUIRE PEOPLE TO PROVIDE PASSWORDS FOR PERSONAL DEVICES?While attempting to get my phone screen repaired through an Asurion claim I found numerous problematic issues arise with this business.1) phone repairs require a minimum of 2 hrs and in many cases can require overnight stay (While in store a customer who drove over an hr for repair was told to come back tomorrow to pickup the phone despite calling first to confirm stock and time the repair would take.) I was told to bring my phone in early in the day to ensure it was completed today and when trying to come in at 5p (2 hrs before close) they denied me service.2) Store Manager requires a diagnostic despite this issue being a hardware swap for the screen. (Documentation on why this is done is included below)Neither the insurance nor this company has any reference information as to the process they take, why they require it or the security parameters taken on their computer to secure my private information. This store is ripe for data intrusions and cyber security issues. There are no protections for customers in place to avoid IF their system is compromised.This is HIGHLY concerning!!!I have CONFIRMED with Asurion they do NOT suggest this is to be done.Samsung also does not require this to be done per Samsung.3) Manager confused the S9 with S10 which is concerning since this is a new-ish phone it was not identified properly4) Billing BOTH Samsung and Asurion (per manager) for repairs!!! (IM PRETTY SURE THAT INDICATES INSURANCE FRAUD🤔).

A very honest shop with excellent service.I came in with charging problems for my iPhone and asked the shop about replacing my charging port. They took a look and cleaned out the charging port and it worked like new!Could have easily just replaced my port. I’m surprised by the honesty of this shop!

I came here for a front-screen replacement warranty for my Galaxy S9 Plus and I have to say that my experience was awesome. The technician who was helping me was very friendly, knowledgeable, and super helpful. Timely service as well, I add. In just 2 hours, my S9 Plus came out with a brand new screen like day one and all functions worked normally. Also, I purchased the Liquid Glass screen protection from them and I have to say it really works, all smudges and fingerprints are instantly gone with a light wipe using my microfiber cloth.

Took my Samsung tablet there and they told me twice they had to reorder the battery because it was “lost in the mail”. They had my tablet for 20 days. I told them over the phone I just wanted to pick it up and they miraculously found the battery and would have it ready same day. They then called me back and told me it was something else. Very negligent and unprofessional. I would not recommend this location at all.

I took my device to get it fixed and they told me it would be a few days before there were others ahead of me. 1 week went by and I didnt hear from them so I called them. They told me they took my device apart and that they were still working on it. Another week went by without hearing from them so I called. They made up a story telling me that I said not to fix it. Why would I leave it for 2 weeks if they werent supposed to fix it? 10 minutes later I was there picking up my device. It had not been opened or worked on as the seals were not broken. They basically lied.

Horrendous. Promised No Charge while investigating the problem with our device. They told us how much the repair would be and we declined the work which was much more than the value of the device. Days later they then charged us $49.99 for cleaning. When we reminded them they promised us no charge they denied knowledge and claimed their $50 for cleaning was valid.Dont trust these people they will rob you.

What a CF. The S6 phone screen was broken but I knew the phone was alive because you could call it, pair it to the car, etc.So first they are clear as mud on timelines and lead you to believe the phone will be done in days. HA! Days to get parts! So many excuses.In the end they fully killed the phone installing the new screen. More waiting. In the end rather than fix the phone we just got Note 8s and any money I spent was refunded.Id give one star but one employee made an effort and I she made the second star. In reality she probably didnt know what she was doing. I imagine most shattered screens are on iPhones. But she didnt get defensive and start trying to blame me, so that was a plus.Now Samsung says they are an authorized repair facility. Uh. Hopefully they are providing training. Well, no plans to ever return unless forced to because of Samsung.Next time Ill fix my own phone if the parts dont cost more than its worth. I should have done that last time but I didnt want to take a chance screwing it up. Lesson learned. If you want it done right, do it yourself.

Six Stars out of Five!I am an electronic engineer. During my career I have held the position of Chief Electronics Engineer and Chief Electronic Maintenance Engineer with two major record labels. I am also 77 years old and the circuitry has gotten smaller and my fingers fatter and slower.We are in the Information Age and the Age of Connectivity. When my Samsung Galaxy Tab S failed to charge, I felt the quality of my life draining away. I called my regular computer repair shop and they said they would take a look at it but they hadn’t done tablets for a while.On a hunch, I checked with yelp and Youbreakifix was highly rated. The moment a man answered the phone with, “You-break-I-fix, what can I fix for you today?” I knew I had the right place. He was well spoken and confident and I knew he could fix anything.I explained to Tommy what the problem was and without hesitation he gave me two reasons the tablet wasn’t charging. He asked me to bring it in and would diagnose it for free. He also quoted me the price for both of the suspected options. I had the impression he was a good technician and honest as well. A rare combination.His quote for installing a new battery was ten dollars less than a do-it-yourself kit with video instructions offered on Ebay.The repair was done and on testing, the charging current was 1/3 of normal. He had replaced the jack (mine was worn and loose) and the battery. The problem was the motherboard. We ordered a new one with upgraded memory and the installation went perfectly.I find both Tommy and his facility to be better than excellent and the whole experience was pleasant and professional.I, myself always tried to be pleasant, professional and talented and I strongly recommend Ubreakifix.John
