Do not come to this location. The blonde lady that are a manager there are the far worse I ever experienced. Verizon on the phone has messed up my order for a new device twice in row and I came in this store to see if they can fix it. She cut me off after explaining what happen and saying she can’t and doesn’t suggest anything. She said, it is what it is and refused to hear me out. I left immediately to another on Sheridan Blvd and they had no problem to cancel the order due to the wrong address and ended up got a new phone on the next day when iPhone 13 was released. Also after reading the reviews, looks like I’m not the only one who had a bad experience. Somebody got to shut this store down or fire that blonde lady manager that doesn’t do her job professional. After Verizon messed up my order twice in the row as they entered wrong address for shipping and bad experience at this store almost got me leave Verizon for good after being loyal customers for over 8 years. The Sheridan Blvd location definitely made it up.

Stop by to look at upgrading my phone this evening! The team was extremely helpful and in fact the issue with charging my current phone was resolved. They could of easily just sold me a new phone but instead took the time to see if my current phones issues could be rectified. Sure enough 10 minutes later it was working great. The team is very friendly and customer service is top notch in my opinion.

This location sucks. I tried going here onSep 4. I was excited at first because I bought a new unlocked phone Ultra S21 at Best Buy and tried to get a 5G SIM card. Guy with brown hair with beard had a disturbed look on his face and not helpful attitude. Says can I help you with attitude. Told him I just need to activate a new phone saysoh you need to turn it on bro being all sarcastic. Well duh Im thinking, why the hell am I coming in the first place if you would have gave me that response. Also tried telling me I can use my 4G SIM card to my new phone which is bullcrap response. So I wait around and I think her name is Stephanie she was willing to help not acting all arrogant like the guy. At that point I just didnt want to stay, was getting bad vibes and verbally attacked the store from walking in.I went to your indirect Channel store on 120th and Grant and they were able to help me with no issues or attitude. If you want good customer service go to 120th n Grant.This place sucks.

Just paid a visit to this store and dealt with the store manager Joel. He was extremely RUDE to my self and my wife. Tried to activate a prepaid phone and was not able to do so without switching to a more expensive plan. This phone is used for an elderly person for emergency use. Ended up returning the phone and will be happily going to a different carrier. I think the store manager should have customer service skills and Verizon should step back and re elevate their business plan TOO BIG FOR THEIR BRITCHES.

I never leave one star reviews but after the total lack of customer service I just experienced I have no choice. I was told by the woman at the door that they are appointment only and I understand that. She then told me she would help me find an open location because Verizon wireless over the phone told me I needed a location and not to just order it online. The woman then proceeded to tell me to get out my phone and that she was going to help me use the application to order a phone. I do not need to be spoken to like I don’t know what I’m doing, or like I’m a child. I’m a grown woman and loyal customer to Verizon for almost 20 years. She could have used her abilities to find a store allowing in store shopping as she promised. Instead she was rude and lacked any sense of real customer service. I’m totally disappointed in Verizon today.

My business partner and I came a month ago to get me as an admin to company account. They told us we had it all set up and would be ready in 24 hours. I came back to the store last week to get a new phone and the blonde lady said I wasn’t an admin. Then said it’s not something they could do in the store. I told her our experience and she pretty much called me a liar and said that no one here would do that. She told us she wouldn’t help us and had the email wrong on the account to even send the link to the other owner to set it up. Then I left and went to the Verizon store off 144th and the guy there was great and did everything for me with no problems. He just tried a little harder. After 20 years, she made me want to switch to another company. Thanks fully the other guy helped me and was great!

Store not open during posted business hours!Not sure what the point is of reviewing a store that has so many one star reviews but seriously it makes me SO MAD when a store is not open during their posted hours. Went there yesterday, June 14th 2021 at 6:30 pm and lights were off and door was locked. Both Google and the door sign listed the closing time as 7pm. This is the second time I have tried to go there. The first time, I was told there was a 30 min wait. Maybe the wait wouldnt be so long if you were actually open during your posted hours. Im honestly considering switching service providers over how difficult it has been just to stop in and speak to someone about upgrading!

This is the worst verizon store there is. When you walk in the vibe is horrible and the employee dont seem to care, it kinda feels like everyone wants to die. Also I have been a customer for a long time and they wont help me. Not only that but their phone service is really weird if you have 3 bars you can load somthing no problem but if you have 2 then you cant load anything and it doesnt even try.

My partner and I went to the store together because we wanted to see if our cellular bills would be cheaper if we got on one another’s plan and/or to explore other options for myself to lower my monthly bill. We arrived and were approached by Verizon Representative, Brenda. My partner started to explain the reason for our visit and she basically cut him off mid sentence and said she there was nothing she could do for us at the store. She said we would have to call the Transfer of Accounts Department. She did give us the number however, when I had further questions, she again interrupted telling me that she couldn’t help and that everything had to be online or on the phone. She was rude and had a bad attitude. I asked her her name when our conversation was done and then my partner asked how we could write a complaint. This is not acceptable customer service and I will not use this location again.After we got back in the car, we were both pretty upset, but I suggested that we go to another Verizon store, the Victra Location on 120th in Northglenn. We went there, walked in, was greeted by AdriAnna and she was a huge help. She was kind and friendly and she was able to lower both our cellular bills without any issues at all.

I have been with Verizon for nearly two decades because I have always appreciated their service. This place is no exception. I have recently moved to the area and been here several times for help. I always get professional, friendly service. Theres occasionally a wait if they are busy, but they expedite that as possible, and theres a great joint next store to grab a snack. Excellent.

I was dreading going into the store today to upgrade my phone with my 18 month old because things like this have always taken forever. I was greeted right away and within 5 minutes had my new phone in hand, with everything transferring over. The transfer part was taking a while but I appreciated that the rep wanted to make sure everything was perfect before I left. Meanwhile, another employee came over and played with my daughter (I was one of 2 customers in the store). They drew pictures on sticky notes and she let her decorate the store. It was so appreciated to have employees who took time to make our visit enjoyable. The process was super easy- I was very impressed.

I had an amazing experience getting the Gizmo watch for my son. Joshua King helped answer all my questions with honesty and was very helpful in making sure I fully understood what it came with, the price, and made sure I got it set up correctly. Admittedly, we were in the store at a non-peak time. I say that because I dont like going in the store: the process to be waited on is cumbersome and lengthy. Today though, we were greeted immediately, had a service rep assinged to us and the person, Mike (and Brenda initially) spent adequate and lengthy time with us; answering all our questions and explaining all options. We felt well informed, felt appreciated and not rushed, and we felt we made a great purchase! Good job team!

I don’t typically post negative reviews but our experience here was absolutely terrible. We are currently waiting to be served. We have been here an hour already. I understand that a Verizon trip is never a quick fix but currently, a Verizon staff member is talking about baseball games to another customer while we are waiting here for service. It would have been nice to have been acknowledged that we were waiting, like a “we will be right with you,” rather than continuously and obviously ignore that we are a customer needing service as well.If you are considering this store, go to another Verizon store. Very, very poor customer service. Shocking really.

Went to this store while dealing with a phone issue that felt like a never ending circle with Verizons 1-800 number. Derrick the store manager helped me with my problem. He committed to helping me and made sure my proble was solved and we had a backup plan if it was going to take longer. Overall a great experience. I will definitely go back to this location.

Liars, cheats, and thieves. Dishonest practices. Ben openly lied to me, openly recommended products known to be worthless, and didnt care. Added protection to my phone without asking if I wanted it or explaining it. Lied to me about a promotion as well. All costing me more and more money.These folks just dont care. Not sure if it is management led or just individual personnel at this store. But they have lost my business, cant trust anything they say. Verizon apparently is so big they really dont care if they lose customers.In response to your response - I gave you an opportunity to make it right and you failed. How many chances should I give you? I gave you an opportunity to do it right the first time and your team failed. I gave you another opportunity to make it right when I visited your store two weeks ago and you failed again. I specifically spoke to Ben and he lied to my face. I was very clear when I left the store that you have broken my trust by lying to me, stealing from me, and I will not give you my business. I vote with my pocket book, and I choose to live up to what I said I would do, even though you wont. One day you will learn that there are not infinite customers out there in the market and will learn to stand by your word and treat your customers like you should. I am not sure if you understand the concept, but customers pay your paycheck. Without customers, you dont have a job.

I love this location! This is the only location in the Thornton area that let me buy my phone out right. I wasn’t going to lease my phone due to issues I’ve had in the past. Indeed, a one star rating from me. The reason for the abysmal rating is because this Verizon store lied to my wife and me. Yes, they really lied. We had been with Verizon for a few years, and our contract ran out. We were ok to be on month to month billing as we had unlimited data and texts, and plenty of minutes. But, given that we never exceeded 2G of data, we thought wed check out new plans that might be cheaper than we were paying. The sales rep, whose name we forgot unfortunately, assured us that we would spend ~$25 less per month by going on a 4G data plan (2Gs each) with unlimited talk and text. He really seemed to be on the up-and-up, so we signed up and even declined to get a receipt. (Shame on us for that!)Fast forward to billing cycle number one. It was considerably more than we paid on the previous month to month, but we chalked that up to whatever prorating stuff for the first month.Fast forward another month. To our shock, the bill was actually about $20 MORE than the previous month to month. Billing month number three was identical.I went to the Verizon store, but I didnt see the sales guy. So, I talked to another rep and described why we signed up for another contract ... less data for less money. Even he agreed that it would have been far better to just stay on the previous month to month. In the end, he couldnt help, so my wife any I were stuck in the more expensive (for less data) contract.Note, we were quite happy with our old phones, so new phones was not a driving force for us.We switched to Sprint, who bought out our Verizon contract.The one star rating is for this particular store. Verizon service and coverage is really great, though.

I have no idea what to say. Yesterday I went in and three of them sat at the table and laughed about who was going to help me and none of them wanted to get up. One finally got up slowly and walk slowly towards me. He asked what the problem was and I told him I was having problems with my work phone and that it was very important to me. His reply was “Everyone uses their phone for work” Like it was no big deal. I asked it he could help me switch my new phone and transfer data and he said usually people do it on their own and he handed my phone back to me. I own a demolition company and will never go back. It was my third time going in there and being treated rudely. I left drove 10 minutes to the store on 72nd and Sheridan and bought two phones. I ended up waiting 2 hours but their service was amazing. Thank you Chase!

Not sure why this store is rated so badly, but Ive never encountered one rude employee there and have been going for years. Theyve always greeted me nicely, even opening the door for me while coming and going, they all are working and not wandering around, they spend as much time as Ive needed and i never feel rushed and a couple have provided their cell numbers in case I need their direct help. This is not a 2-3 star store, just not enough positive reviews because too many negative people are the ones leaving the most reviews almost always.

I cannot thank the people at THIS Verizon enough. I was stuck in a very uncomfortable personal situation, without the ability to control the phone plan I was part of. The people at Verizon, specifically Julia and Brandon were incredibly patient and non-judgemental over my sticky situation, and continuously assured me that everything would be okay and that we would work through it together with me getting out of this plan TODAY and with a new phone TODAY.They were able to acheive everything they promised. Not only was I a difficult client, but my requests were also time-intensive. They took all the time I needed, not once complaining or making me feel like I was anything but a priority.Brandon and Josh even took the time to help me set up my new phone, again without complaint. They felt much more like friends versus sales associates. They offered straightforward feedback on products and were eager to help me get exactly what I wanted. I could not be more grateful.Also, during the time I was there, I heard multiple people say thank you! and you guys are the best! so I know that my thoughts are not unique. I give this a one star rating. I went to have I phone 4 uploaded to my new I-7, told them I had forgotten my password and they would not help me. Wouldnt even really tell me how. I went the store on Sheridan and they helped including helping me to get my password. Thats where my biz is going in the future. Worst experience ever. My sales representative Josh was so quick to rush me out of the door. He told me with confidence that my number would be transferred with ease, and that I could finish the process outside of the store. What ensued was beyond the quoted expectation. That over three weeks ago. Now my old phone number has been given to another Verizon customer and we are having to get in contact to see if he’ll give it back (ten minute difference!) I completely agree that the service will be worth it but the lack of support has been surprising!!

Went in with phone connectivity issues, and Trey was able to address and answer all of my questions. I had been into this Verizon as well as the one in Boulder prior to coming in again, and hadnt been helped in such a friendly manner as Trey was able to. Trey helped me find a solution so that I didnt have anymore phone connectivity issues. His customer service is very attentive and understanding, and he doesnt give you the feeling like youre being rushed out of the store. If you want to be helped in a traditional way, I definitely reccomend Trey!

I am truly am grateful to Mike and Mike at the 120th Westminster Verizon store!!! I came into the store to do an in-store pick-up after three days of back and forth with Verizon customer service, fraud department, on-line chat and an additional store. The summary of this situation is this, DONT EVER UPGRADE OR ORDER NEW PHONES THROUGH THE VERIZON ON-LINE CHAT FUNCTION!! Your order(s) will be automatically flagged for fraud. I ran into issue after issue after issue with the 3 orders I had placed. By the time I went to the 120th location to get my new pixel I was truly done with dealing with customer service. And once again they had screwed up my order and I couldnt pick up the phone. Mike, Mike and all of the staff were beyond helpful. To resolve the multiple mistakes and problems it took two days multiple phone calls by Mike and Mike explaining and thinking outside the box to resolve everything and get me the phone. Their professionalism empathy for my situation and their approach-ability made a very difficult situation 100% better. Ultimately, not only was I able to get my new phone, they took the time to review my account update my plan and save me about $50.00 a month. Guys thank you again for everything!!! I will definitely recommend this store to any one wanting to be treated with respect and dignity!!I read some the negative reviews, and all I can say is I watched some truly ridiculous behavior today by customers that came in the store, and I saw nothing but professional polite and honest customer service from all of the Verizon staff...GREAT JOB!! This place is a joke. Spent an hour inside waiting to be helped by one of the sales team members, one of whom spent literally 20 minutes sharing childhood baseball stories and photos with a customer while there was a line of customers waiting. The two sales team members were helping the same customers when I left as they were when I entered, an hour’s duration. Maybe this was so neither had to “start a new customer” in the last open hour of the business day? Regardless, I will for sure seek out a different location in the future.

They sold me a Galaxy Phone and never told me 5G is available in 4 weeks. I was never told that I could get the same phone in 4 weeks that is 5G compatible and its very shady and wrong. Why would you launch 5G and sell NEW phones that are not 5G compatible?? I use Verizon for the service, not the phone. This is wrong what Verizon did to loyal customers and I think its time to move my family to another service provider.

Worst experience Ive ever had with Verizon! The sales rep totally messed up my account. Now I have $2,000 worth of paper weights. The phones are useless because he messed up my account and they cannot be activated. I spent multiple hours on the phone yesterday with the representatives trying to get this problem resolved. Dumbass got rid of my grandfather plan, set it up as though the devices were being mailed to us instead of picked up at the store, screwed up the family plan that I had, told us that Verizon stores dont activate the phones anymore said that we had to do it on our own. Verizon technical support Representatives told me to take it back to the store for a full refund so I can start the process all over again because they messed it up so bad. When I tried they shut the door two minutes before they were supposed to and refused to help us. They should not hire sales reps that dont have a clue. How many days do I have to waist to get this problem resolved!

Everyone who works there noticed I walked in but didnt say a thing to me. I felt like the only way to get someone to approach me and help is if I act suspicious or if I act like I was going to steal something. You guys really need to at least act like you care about your customers walking in. This is where a secret shopper needs to come in and experience what I just did. Horrible experience at this store. To start, I had an APPOINTMENT, which normally indicates that you will not have the wait associated with just walking in. NOT the case. I dont really understand why they bother having online appointment registration at all, if they still take people in the order they walk in. Waited a good 20 minutes just to speak with someone, and the appointment left me in the same place as when I walked in.Will not go into this store ever again.

I came in to upgrade for free and found out that was a lie. I was also told I would have no activation fees, that was a lie. I was told they were giving a LG Stylo V2 for $1/month and would not have to activate it, another lie. I spoke to customer service who were awesome and said I could go back into the store and would not be charged a restocking fee for the error and because the phones were in their packaging and not used. Guess what, that was a lie and the store says that customer service cant make that call. I do not recommend this store unless youre fine being ripped off!

I ordered an iPhone at this location. They did not have it in stock so they ordered one and had it shipped to my house. Upon reviewing the shipping address, they misspelled a word. When I pointed it out, the worker assured me 100% that it wasn’t going to be a problem. Guess what, at the time of the delivery date, upon checking the delivery status it showed as “undeliverable address”. Went back to the store and confronted the same worker. He now tells ME to call fedex and work it out with them. So I should work out for the mistake they made? Very good customer service there~

After waiting for him walking around since he couldnt upsale me anything he didnt seem interested in helping us. I see why this place has bad reviews,

My phone stopped working, and I needed to replace it. I pay Verizon for insurance, so expected that they would handle getting me a new phone (as they have in the past). When I got there they gave me a phone number to call. Let me just whip out my phone and make the ... oh wait, thats right -- its broken. Thanks. At least they let me borrow a phone to make the call.In the past Ive been able to walk out from a Verizon store with a replacement phone, but now Ill have to wait for the insurance company to ship it. I would have hoped for some more help from the staff and bit more integrated experience, rather than shipping me off to deal with some other company.

Your better off just calling Verizon customer service if you have an issue, because I waited 30 minutes to be helped, and then they went ahead and told me to call customer service. Great people here. Im a loyal Verizon user and travel all over the country. Ive never been without service when others have been. This store was just renovated too. I was given my salespersons personal contact info and he kept me informed throughout the entire process of getting my pixel phone while they were on such a heavy backorder. Verizon even sent me a free daydream view because I had to wait so long. I love VZW

Horrible experience. We were lied to, inconvenienced, shuffled around and eventually walked out with nothing. Is this quality customer service? I had every intention of switching over to Verizon from Sprint, but after my experience in THIS store, Ill go elsewhere. DO NOT waste your time in this store if in fact you want to go with Verizon. They are uncaring, inexperienced and have no idea what providing outstanding customer service is all about.

They messed up my order and had my phone being mailed to the wrong state, so they asked me to come back to the store to sign something in order to fix it. When I got there, they told me I needed to wait in line for an hour. When I explained that I shouldnt have to wait since they are the ones who screwed up, they didnt care. I cancelled my order and took my business elsewhere. These are the rudest employees I have ever encountered.

I wish it would let you review with 0 stars. I was in the store today to resolve an issue with my bill and the lack of cell phone service I have been experiencing on my iPhone. I have been with Verizon for 13 years, and have never, ever had as horrible service as I had today. I had already had the SIM replaced at the store, and begrudgingly so, (I had the phone checked at Apple, the SIM reader and Sat Band work fine, they tested the SIM in another phone and it didnt work), and when I told the Rep that the phone was not the issue, it was the service, he immediately resorted to getting me into a refurbished phone. I told him that I did not feel comfortable replacing a phone that operates fine with someone elses refurb phone, he started yelling that Im sending in a used one, so thats all I get in return. Im paying 190 bucks a month to receive someone elses problem. NICE. When I voiced my concern about a refurb phone, he started cussing and told me to leave. Real professional. Dont go here unless you want to be treated like the scum they are.

Normally I wouldnt take the time to write a review but I am livid. Someone by the name of Shannon (a completely untrained, dimwitted, bimbo BLONDE) made my experience HORRIBLE. Can you please train your sales staff before unleashing them on the general public? She was extremely rude, pushy, sarcastic, and annoying as hell. I got out of there as fast as I could for fear she would eff up my account information out of spite. If you go to this lovely location and someone named Shannon comes up to help you run like you are being chased by a pack of demonic pit bulls.
