I walked in there thinking I was going to spend slightly under 500. This was not the case. The owner is kind and far too honest!!! He taught me how to fix the issues and didnt charge me anything. Its a small business, the type where youre going to get more help by walking in than calling. The owner is very well informed, and I very much appreciate his help!!! I strongly recommend this place!!! My mother was in disbelief and grateful for his help. He offers many services & has items for sale, lets support this shop because we need kind people like him to succeed!!!

My family and i spend a lot of money there anytime we need our phones repaired. it’s usually good quality but the screens lately i feel like have been cheap quality. i had a screen cover and everything on my iphone and i was working underneath my car using my phone light and it fell on my chest slid off my chest and it shattered. should not have done that from just barely hitting the ground. definitely not happy at all.

They removed the vibrator motor out of my husbands S21+. It didn’t work and after subsequent repair he was informed it was missing. They charged him $407 with tax to repair screen and back panel and took out $100 vibrator motor. UBreakIFix charged $300 with tax for same.He’s an attorney and has photos documenting and Declaration from repair facility regarding missing motor. He will be referring it to the DA who have opened a new unit investigating cell phone repair shops that steal internal parts.

My phone was not charging properly and a friend told me I need a new charging port and battery. I shopped around and was told it would cost around $90. I took my phone to Cell Phone Repair Pros and they said I only need a new battery. They refused to charge me for the phone diagnostic and it took five minutes to convince them to accept a tip for the advice. They could have ripped me off but they did the right thing. THESE PEOPLE ARE HONEST!

DO NOT get your iPhone 10 screen replaced here! The guy replaced ours with one that has a black boarder around the edge making the screen smaller and charged us $250!! Afterward I noticed in the parking lot and went back in he said “Oh You can’t get a replacement screen that goes all the way to the edge without going directly to Apple” well that may be true but I wish he would have been upfront and said that before taking my money.

Great place to get this stuff fixed instead of going to provider who only will sell you a new device along with a new 2 year deal. Now Im going over there to buy a used one. whats great about it is that it comes with a 6 month guarantee.

Had to get the back of my phone replaced. Sent an email for a quote and received an answer within an hour. Stopped by after work and the 30 minutes I was quoted took less than 10! I had them repair the charging port on my Kindle and had to bring it back three different times during the warranty because the repair didnt work. Then it broke again a month and a half after the warranty expired. Go elsewhere or just buy a new notepad because the repair will not last.

Galaxy Note 3: Replaced Docking PortTony replaced the port, checked his work, charged me exactly what he quoted and returned the old parts to me. He was very professional, honest and easy to work with.My phone was charging very slowly and continuously docking and un-docking when plugged into the cord. I took the phone to XCell Mobile Phone Repair Center and Jerry Cisneros kept the phone for about 24 hours. They told me it wasnt a docking port issue, charged me for a battery and power outlet, and returned the phone to me.Once I got back to my office and plugged in the phone, I noticed the same problem was going on. I called and texted Xcell with no response.Im glad I found Tony and well use him in the future.

I was very satisfied with the repair of my Samsoung Galaxy 6 screen. I considered attempting to repair it myself but the difficulty seemed high, and the price he quoted for the repair wasnt much more than what it would cost to buy the parts on amazon. I was worried because I saw reviews of other local shops which used inferior after market screens which affected image quality or charged extra to replace the lcd if that was also damaged. The owner assured me he uses samsoung parts and did not try to add on additional costs. He qouted my 90mins and my phone was ready in 60mins. I hope I wont have need of repair services any time soon but if I do I will come here.

My Samsung galaxy s3 had fallen for the last time. although the glass screen appeared unharmed, the internal screen was very damaged. my screen was black and functionless.
