Walked into boost Mobile today with my only friend who was having problems with her phone being hacked she walked in there very upset and there was a young man that was working there named Daniel he was very helpful and very friendly with very good customer skills he helped her out and actually got her on a new program they have cuz she is on limited income with disability Medicaid and social security he was helpful in getting here in enrolled in the program where she gets her phone monthly now for free she walked out of there very happy lady and I just have to say that Daniel is an invaluable employee to that company and he paid my friends day thank you Daniel so much!!

She was nice and helpful. Didnt buu anything because I hadnt had my phone long enough but Ive been using boost for years and everytime I go in store the people are always nice and helpful and charismatic. And the service is great for the price.

The young woman was super nice and helpful! BTW - The Boost on Sheridan was closed and locked at 5:35, even though the sign on the door said open till 7:00. Use the one on Federal, theyre great

Carlos Sanchez helped me today and he was SUPERB. He gave a thorough answer to every question i asked, he was extremely helpful, and he did everything in his power to satisfy my needs. I am super super pleased to have had him behind the counter today.
