We experienced some minor car trouble on our way to a quick getaway on Torch Lake. It was a Saturday afternoon, which alone is extremely difficult to find any repair service open, much less available! We found him through Google! My sister called and his wife answered and told my sister to bring it by and they could take a look. She gave us the directions and when we arrived he was standing outside to greet us! They are conveiniently located next to BIG Hoffas Smokehouse as well as a lovely antique mall that you couldnt even look at everything they have in an entire day!!!The gentleman did what he could to get us to our destination and was so entirely gracious and polite. I would recommend his service to anyone! I believe he is uniquely gifted in luxury vehicles, so he actually went slumming for us which was all the more endearing!!! Thank you Jon!!! Just wanted to post a recommendation for anyone looking for a great automotive shop. Last week I had my battery replaced in my BMW at Jon Fricker Automotive in Westfield. Jon and his team really went above and beyond to get the job done. The service was very affordable and performed in a timely manner, and my vehicle was disinfected prior to being returned to me. Jon even offered to pick it up and deliver it back to me! From talking to Jon it was clear to me that he and his team know exactly what they are talking about and are extremely experienced and professional. During this trying time I feel it’s more important than ever to support your local businesses like automotive shops, as opposed to taking your car to the dealership for service.
