After two weeks of delays beyond the original installation date, Gerber finally replaced the windshield on my Mini Cooper. The installer broke the pillar trim on the drivers side, broke the clips on the gutter gaskets, and left the top gasket loose and misaligned. I called Gerber the next day. The agent took my information and told me that I would receive a callback. Two days later, Ive yet to hear from anyone at Gerber. Take my advice and buy your windshield from a professional organization that stands by its work. Stay away from Gerber.

They did a great job on the repairs after I was in an accident. Kept me up to date on their progress. They even cleaned the inside of my car. It looks brand new.

Place to go for the bent fender. I cant say enough about this place. The reception area is relaxing with refreshments and comfortable seating. They also have a kid area. The receptionist is welcoming and thorough. Just let her lead, she will explain each step with reassuring accuracy. The actual job was complete 4 days early and under budget. They arranged for rental pick up and drop off. In short they give you the VIP treatment.

Poor service, vehicle was there for a week for a simple repair. Had no idea who we were when we arrived for pickup or what vehicle we wanted, then it wasnt ready. We are required to take fleet vehicles there, always same poor service. Hope to find another service soon.

Gerber Collision of Westfield IN will not provide any updates on the status of a $500.00 refund that is due me. It has now been over 30days since I pointed out their error and they have promised me on two different occasions that they would either call or email me with a status. Both times they never followed through to contact me. I’d be willing to bet that had I not made them aware of the overpayment, they would just keep it. Very unethical company to deal with.This was the third repair I have had done with them and I will never go back again. I am also advising my Insurance company that they should never deal with or recommend this company again to their customers.

My wrecked car was towed here April 28 by insurance. Completion date was to be May 12. I went on May 12 to pick it up, requested my $2,000 deductible paid before I could drive it, CRAZY! After paying and driving it the alignment wasn’t correct so took it back immediately. The next day exact same thing, still wasn’t corrected and pulled off the road when driving. I also found damage on my rear bumper that I had never noticed previously but Eric argued up and down with me that it was there when they received it. I requested the pictures taken at intake and he tried to claim the damage was in the picture but it clearly was not but he was grabbing for anything he could to convince me. I requested to speak to the GM who looked at the pictures, then the damage, called HIS boss and said he it may have been there but you cannot see it int he pictures. It is now May 18 and they still have my car and my $2000 plus Eric told my insurance it was completed and returned to me on the 13th, which it was not, so they also was paid $6k by insurance. Insurance closed my claim but today I spoke with my insurance and now THEY are wondering wth is going on over there. The front desk lady and GM are both exceptional with customer service, Eric is not even close when it comes to a discrepancy.Update: 5/20 I finally got my car back today 100% fixed. The GM Bill had me look at pictures from a different computer monitor than previously and I could see 1 Mark that was there at intake but not the others so I just chalked it up that it could be possible the others were their also and the picture quality they have is just bad. Regardless, Bill the GM went above and beyond to ensure everything was up to par, fixed the damage anyways, then drove my car himself which I found extremely professional and helpful. He is a very honest and genuine guy and did great explaining things to me today in detail. I feel much better about the entire situation and would definitely use Bill again in the future. Bill was understanding, compassionate and in no way defensive about any concerns I had through the entire process. He also called me every step of the way to give me updates.

A car I brought in 3 1/2 weeks ago that was totaled, but the car was in good condition just a small back end collision. After waiting weeks for a call we finally called them and were told that Gerber didn’t repair totaled cars, but this was not made aware to us until we called them after 3 1/2 weeks. To make matters worse Gerber has removed the bumper and brake lights and refused to put the car back together leaving us with an unusable car. When before even thought it was totaled the damage was barely noticeable and very minimal and most importantly still drivable.

They are only interested in insurance repair work. They will not assist with custom painting or body work requests. Not enough money to be made I guess. I was told you dont go to McDonalds to buy ingredients for a burger. Kind of confused how some businesses turn away work...

Unfortunately, during the past year we have had to use collision cure twice. Once for a car that was nearly totaled and once for a small rear collision. Each time the repair was done quickly and the cars looked as good as new. These guys have a great process for estimating, repair, and customer follow up.

I could tell why all the low rates review lands here, I got a call from my insurance company asked me to take my car to this overly professional place where they care about saving for the insurance company and not at all care about customer, 0 zero customer care oriented place, they basically told me 3 damages in three sides are from different incidents and they let my insurance company know the same. I decided to go to the other place in the Westfield they fixed everything still worked with the same insurance company.

I have a 2014 BMW 535 and theres folks did a better job than I could have imagined repairing a scratch on the rear bumper and repairing curb rash on the rims. Phenomenal job and great communication throughout the process.

Please update your current hours on your website. I was able to make an appointment at 8:30 on a Saturday morning just to show up and have the location closed.
