Matt has always been extremely helpful and goes out of his way to do the best job on each car. I send my whole family there for anything from a small ding in the door to a complete fix after an accident. We have always had great work done on the vehicles and service is done quickly and for the best price.

This is the second time we have used them, and they are the best ! First time our daughter broke off a side mirror, initial estimate with new mirror was high (understandable it is a BMW), asked them to find a used one and they did with a very reasonable price and excellent repair and paint match. A month later our son rear ended someone in the same BMW extensive damage. They worked with my insurance company and did another excellent job, keeping me posted of everything that was going on with the repair. I highly recommend their service, excellent craftsmanship and excellent customer service . Don’t hesitate use them for all your auto body repairs !

I think this place is great, no complaints. The people are all friendly and personable, with direct answers about how much it will cost (the fact that it is an estimate, not a final price). At the other places we went to, the people were shady in their responses and didnt want to ever say how much it was going to cost. Much appreciated! Also loved that there was coffee in the lounge.

I had an incident with my car on a late Sunday night. I was going to Cedar Point that Friday of the week and needed my car to be repaired by Thursday. A part was ordered for my car Monday evening and it arrived at Collision One on Wednesday. I was able to get my car repaired on Thursday, a day before Cedar Point. Collision One is awesome! They are truly the best and willing to work with you the best that they can.

I needed to have some body repairs done on my 2015 Honda Civic. Matt was very honest in the assessment of what needed done, options on what repairs were critical and what could be optional depending on what my goals were for the car repair. Since my daughter drives this vehicle for school, I wanted to make sure it was safe and secure, but didn’t need perfection since it would be a campus car. Matt walked me through the options, made sure to address any questions and we agreed on a plan. He was careful to set expectations on the repair timeline( a month) and kept me informed weekly on progress. The car was done on time, looks great and I’m extremely happy with the outstanding customer experience. Matt and his whole team, especially Tina who answer my calls most of the tone, were very focused on making sure I was happy with the service and results. I had to take the car back for a minor follow up (seeping radiator hose), and they took care of it no charge and made sure everything was good. I highly recommend this shop for all of your auto body repair needs!

My wifes car looks like it did the day it rolled off the lot. I really appreciated all of the advice I received from Matt about the insurance company for the insured that hit our car and the updates on our cars progress. Matt and his team are amazing, especially for getting our car done during the pandemic. We picked our car up and it was completely wiped down/swept and the high touch areas had paper or plastic coverings. I have never had to use a body shop before but if I ever need one again, I know where Im going.

We have worked with Collision One twice now and thought both times we received excellent customer service and most importantly high quality workmanship. We had quarter panel work done on a new Honda Pilot and a new bumper, grill, hood, etc on a Ford F150. Both came out beautifully and cant even tell anything was done other than it looking very sharp and like new.They are very communicative and keep you updated during the entire process, will work with the insurance companies for a seamless transition. I felt the pricing was fair and was easy to set up an estimate to get it taken care of! Just remember to call for an estimate before going to see them. I didnt the first time but they were great about it and got me in.

I had a fairly large gouge in the front of my Cayennes hood plus a few door dents that had accumulated over the years from the parking garage. This is the second vehicle Ive taken to Collision One, and the second time Ive been amazed at the quality of their work. They repaired a rear quarter panel on our Honda Odyssey that had been damaged in a parking lot. They fixed it so perfectly that its impossible to tell which side of the car was worked on. I could not possibly be happier. As well as the superior work, they did the repair in the time frame promised and for the amount estimated.

We purchased a used Acura TL which was in simply amazing condition for its age. Unfortunately, the right side of it was damaged in an accident shortly after we bought it. Best body shop around. They have always provided exceptional service and quality work on my vehicle. I purchased my 2008 Lexus IS250 brand new and have had a to take it in for minor work twice, the most recent time being when someone hit my unattended car in a parking lot (not leaving a note) and causing damage to the front left fender. They always kept me up to date on what was happening with the repairs and I never had to worry about a thing as they worked with my insurance company. I was sweet talked about deals and told they would fix a small additional spot while they were fixing my car. It took an additional two weeks of them pushing the date back with ME having to keep calling THEM on the day theyd keep telling me itd be done only for them to push it back more. They ended up not fixing the small extra spot and it came in 3x over their estimate.

Collision One just repaired a dent in my car and they did a fantastic job. The repair was a paintless dent removal process of a large dent on my front fender, and two small door dings. When I saw the results I couldnt believe it was the same fender, it was perfect and it didnt require any paint work which was important to me because the car was less than one year old. After hitting a deer with my truck, I called Collision One for repairs. Matt was incredibly helpful and was able to take my tuck in first thing Monday morning. He called with weekly updates of the progress and stayed in constant contact with my insurance company eliminating the need for me to relay information back and forth. I was shocked when I got a call that I could pick it up a week ahead of my estimated completion date! The truck looks great and I can’t even tell that anything was ever damaged. With only a few days notice Matt was able to accommodate our tight schedule and the work performed looks perfect. Pearlescent black is notoriously difficult to work with but the paint work now appears to be flawless.

Too much delays on delivery but not yet done to talk about quality of workBecause i said the truth, instead of them improving they rather rejected my work. The manager should know that to learn they must be ready to accept criticism and to grow they must take responsibility of their mistakes.I would never recommend this attitude on work to any body.

I unfortunately had to have my car repaired twice in about 2 months time. I initially selected them because of high reviews and they were a preferred shop with my insurance. They did nice work the first time so i went back a second. The second time the work was much more extensive however they once again delivered. The autobody work performed was done nicely, my car looks very great, clean, and the paint matching. These guys were professional from beginning to end, great communication, and seemed to go above and beyond to get better parts that were up to their quality standard. Gave me multiple updates which i appreciated and if any problems arised, Matt the owner is sincere/professional and quick to correct anything. Hopefully wont need to go back but would choose them over any one else!!

Recently had my second collision repair here. Pleased with the work.

I never got my car in to Collision One, but not for the lack of trying. I originally reached out to them on 4/13 and emailed them my insurance estimate to the address listed on their website. After not hearing anything back for a few days I then called them again on the morning of 4/16 and spoke to someone there who I again emailed my estimate (new email address) and was told that was the first step and that someone would be reaching out to me shortly. I again waited a few more days with no response and then called again. This time I left a VM (it was after hours) for someone to call me back. Again, no response. So on April 19th I emailed the second address (the one in which I spoke to the Collision One representative) asking if the estimate was received and if they needed anything else. Yet again, no response. I decided to take my car to Fine Line Auto as they were well reviewed and, frankly, closer to where I live. Fast forward to 4/21 and I get a call/vm from Collision One letting me know that they have reserved me a spot in the middle of May and to call to confirm my appointment. Needless to say I called back today to let them know not to save a spot and that I went with a shop that bothered to call me back. I’ve heard good things about Collision One. It’s a shame their customer service doesn’t match their work. Apparently they are too busy to call a perspective client back-business must be good.-Owner called to express his apologies and make things right. A great gesture on his part. I highly recommend Collision One! Matt Mondlak, the owner, takes pride in his work and how his customers are treated. He takes the time to go through the estimate and answer all questions. When I dropped my car off, he drove me home and came and picked me up, two days later, when it was finished. The car was completed just when they said it would be and it cost less than the estimate! When does that ever happen?! To top it off, when I got in my car to leave, it had been washed, inside and out. As I told Matt, I hope I never have to come back, but if needed, thats where I will go!

Paint match was near perfect. My car was returned in a timely fashion. Theyre very friendly and up front about timelines. Work is likely good enough for the untrained eye.However: Im extremely meticulous. Every day that I walk up to my car I can tell it was repaired. Unfortunately I was borderline forced to use this shop and use NON-OEM parts by Allstate insurance (this was the the insurer of who hit me). The paint seems to be chipping faster than OEM and there is an area on a sharp curve in the plastic of my bumper where the paint is peeling away very minutely.

Got me in last minute

I had a 10 diameter tree limb fall on my 5 year old SUV requiring body work and paint to the hood, front fender, rear fender, rear driver side door, and they had to replace the roof. It was an insurance claim, and Collision One was a State Farm recommended shop. I was worried that the paint wouldnt match and that the vehicle would never feel the same with the roof having to be cut off, but those fears were unfounded. The roof looks brand new (because it is), the paint work matches perfectly, and it drives just like it did before. If you didnt know the work had been done, you wouldnt be able to tell. Initially I had some misgivings dropping my car off at Collision Ones facilities. The buildings have clearly been there a long time, and their metal skin is faded and worn, but that was not indicative of the staffs abilities or the service I received. Both were excellent and I wouldnt hesitate to take my vehicles back there again.

100% recommended, they have an excellent service at the best price and without a doubt the best quality, I am completely satisfied with the results they did an excellent job with my car, regularly when you have a problem with your car it is annoying and worrisome for such high prices and quality, this does not happen here since they are professionals in what they do and handle the best prices in the market, believe me that your car will be safe and you will have results beyond your expectations!
