I had some insurance problems with my scheduled drop off, and the manager / team here really went the extra mile to get me taken care of. They also kept me well informed about my rav4 bumper repair, which came out looking brand new. Its hard to find a place these days that understands customer service is more than just the final repair, but this place sure does!

The gentleman working on my car was amazing. He was able to make my car look almost like new... she is 2007. I was impressed start to finish. Very professional, personable, and made sure things were done completely and done well. They also kept me updated, and just did an overall amazing job. I would recommend them to anyone needing car repair.

My appraiser stated my car would take 9 days to repair. It took 25. Communication with the manager Justin proved to be a little difficult but Jim was wonderful and realistic with our timeline. My car was finished on a Friday and he drove it from Westerville to the Grove City location so we could get it before the weekend and put gas in the tank.

I enjoyed speaking with Justin. He explained the process to me better than others. He took plenty of pictures of my vehicle, showed me some areas that will need repaired!

It pays to be nice to people. I want to commend Jim he is a sweet great mechanic and educated. He fixed my repairs and has my side of the bumper looks like it never got into an accident. The professionalism the manager Anthony gave me was remarkable I have never met someone honest and understanding and willing to fixed slight repairs and even offered to take me home and bring my car back to me. As a woman, its truly hard to find a genuine honest mechanic and not money-hungry and management that leads by an example.

I came here because I had fairly minor incident with my cars front bumper on the passengers side. I want to give a shout out to Jim who is a great mechanic. Jim was not only very professional and nice but so was the rest of the staff at Gerber in Westerville. My car was fixed in 24 hours and the damage that was done to bumper looked like it had never even happened. I was incredibly impressed with the quality of the work that was done.If your car has been in an accident and you have to pick a repair shop please pick this one as they do great quality work here.

I’m finally getting around to posting my review of service I received in early January. Jim and the team at Gerber Collision Westerville were amazing to work with. The communication and efficiency was really appreciated and the quality of work done to get my car back to normal after an accident was top notch. Jim took me around to show me all he replaced on my vehicle and I could tell he takes so much pride in what he does. There were certainly closer body shops to me but I chose this Westerville location due to the good reviews and I’m here to say that this place has earned every single five star review. Great job, Jim and crew. They also worked with my insurance company and enterprise for my rental so the whole process was so painless.

Gerber Collision & Glass in Westerville has some of the best customer service I have seen in recent times. My vehicle had to go there after getting rear ended on Christmas Eve, and they worked with me and the other persons insurance to ensure that my vehicle would be out of the shop and paid for properly. I drive this vehicle all the time, on many long journeys. The vehicle had salt all over it, and was a little bit dirty on the inside. My vehicle was fixed within a day, and when I went to pick it up I discovered that they had not only done an amazing job, but had also washed and vacuumed my vehicle for me! I didnt ask for this, nor did I pay for it, but they cleaned my vehicle for me, which is awesome considering its much too cold this January for me to do it myself outdoors, and I was just waiting for some warm weather so I could clean my car. They went above and beyond my expectations, and were super friendly the entire time. Thank you Gerber Collision & Glass! You have most definitely earned your 5 star rating!

Through a series of unfortunate events, I had to use Gerber Westerville’s services twice in just over two weeks. They are fantastic. Kept me up on the progress of the work and were much faster than I ever expected. From the front desk to the service bays, everyone I dealt with were knowledgeable, super nice, and knew what they were doing ....unusual in this day and age. Jim Mulleniex, my service tech (?) went above and beyond what I expected. The best feeling was, a week after the repairs were completed, I took the car to my regular mechanic for an oil change. When my mechanic, whom I trust completely, told me“ whoever repaired this front end did a great job.”, I was thrilled ! Hope I don’t need to see them again any time soon, but if I do, I’ll be more than happy !

I was involved in a car accident where I was rear ended. I took my car to Gerber Westerville and worked with Jim. He was very professional and timely. We unfortunately were dealing with a difficult insurance company and Jim helped out to the fullest extent he could to try and help me. The car turned out great and looks brand new. My SUV looked brand new at pick-up, which is radical because my entire quarter panel was smashed so bad I couldnt open the driver side door. Im VERY impressed by Gerbers handiwork. Giving a 4 star rating as opposed to a 5 just because of inconsistencies in communication; at on point, Enterprise called me to return my rental because Gerber hadnt updated them to let them know I would need the car for an additional few days. I was in the hospital at the time, so this was aggravating, to say the least.

My car was hit by a deer and I needed a new passenger door and paint blend. Gerber did an excellent job! Paint looks perfect! Car was also cleaned on inside! We had used this shop in the past prior to being owned by Gerber and had excellent service. This time around was less than expected. First we were told that the work would be done in a couple days, yet every time we followed up it keeps getting extended. The original estimate for a headlight and some minor hood work from a deer collision has turned into a 10+ day scenario. At this point I would highly recommend looking for a different shop to handle your body work - one that is clear on estimates and clearly communicates delays.

Just got our Camry back after having extensive bodywork done to the vehicle. Looks like a shiny new penny! Excellent work and attention to detail. I especially appreciated the regular progress updates via text and they were always available to answer any questions. Paintwork is outstanding as is the bodywork. This is the 4th car weve had repaired by Gerber (thanks to terrible Columbus drivers) and all the jobs were done to 100% satisfaction. Highly recommended!

I am writing this to advise you to take your business elsewhere.First the appraisal was 2,000. I took my car there and was called to say it is now 5,000. How do you miss quite by that much. Very unprofessionalI was told by JJ that I could come pick up my car to take elsewhere, they would put it back together. Really !!!! Waste time already getting in on 3 weeks waiting list to do again. Very bad decision to tell customer come get your vehicle and take elsewhere. I should of listened but didn’t want to waste more time, just wanted vehicle fixed.Then it was to be completed in 2 weeks. After 3 dates to pick up my vehicle I was able to get it after a month. How can you miss this many dates of telling me it would be ready. Got an estimate to remove some rust on the wheel well, and some touch ups on the trunk and door handle. They cleaned up the rust on the wheel well, but then told me that they werent going to complete the touch ups, after my first visit they asked for a check and cashed it before finishing the job to my liking. After 4 visits to their shop, and 6 weeks later telling them I wasnt satisfied with the results I finally gave in and took the car home. I feel as if Ive been scammed.1 year later and the wheel well is starting to rust again

Unfortunately, Ive had to use Glassburn Body Shop several times over several years. I have always had wonderful service and outstanding body work. This last time, a young man destroyed my brand new Cameros right side. Glassburn Body Shop repaired the car so well that even real car buffs cant see any disruption in the body or paint. They also do outstanding mechanical engine repair work. I am very pleased with these folks and if necessary, use them in the future.

When I got my car back it looked like it had been detailed. Awesome!

I’m getting ready to take my car here for repairs, I’m concerened... I notice the owner responds quicklyTo positive feedback but ignores negative ones. Never responds to negative reviews at all??? The person that quoted my estimate is no longer there, I called to make sure my parts were ordered spoke with the receptionist and asked to have the estimating supervisor to call me to review my estimate. I’m concerned that the person I spoke with is gone and the new people are not on the same page with my project. It’s been two weeks and still no returned call.No one ever named Anthony called me back. In fact a guy named Adam finally called me today. I left a message with the receptionist to have the manager call me 2 weeks ago no one ever returned my call. I hate bad follow up I’m going to another shop I don’t have time to constantly monitor a car repair .Bad follow up...,

I just cannot recommend these people and then sleep well at night. They will cut corners and save insurance as much money as possible- at your vehicles expense. And when you try to ask or argue it they will play it down and laugh at you. Beware if your insurance sends you here! Shop around, I’m glad I did!

I was the not-at-fault party in a fender-bender and they worked with the other driver to explain the estimate and coordinate payment.Pleasant surprise to find my car washed and vacuumed upon pickup. Id lost the cap to a tube of chapstick like a month earlier and still couldnt find it after scouring my car. What really set them apart was that, in the course of vacuuming, they mustve found the cap and put it back on the tube which was in the door compartment. Really appreciated that!Only callout is that their Westerville hours are 7:30 - 5:30 but Google lists them open from 8-6

I have had two experiences with Glassburn Body Shop; Once about 10 to 15 years ago with one of my first cars, a Mitsubishi Galant that got side swiped and then more recently, November of 2013, I had my Hyundai Sonata in for a front bumper replacement and after-market grille and headlight installation. Both vehicles were repaired quickly and correctly. The Indigo Blue Pearl paint on the new bumper was well done; No swirling or sloppy edge work and that’s important to me because I’ve had less than stellar paint work done before… And it’s annoying.The headlight installation was nicely done, although I did have to take it back in the next day for a lamp adjustment; I was blinding on-coming traffic in the worst way and could not see the road in front of me to save my life, which is a major problem as I work nights, driving, along rural roads and poorly lit freeway stretches. I called first thing in the morning (about 7:30am) and they told me to bring it in whenever; I did just that, and they had the lights re-adjusted perfectly in about 15 minutes.All things considered, if you have to have body work done, you need to choose a shop where YOU feel comfortable; I am particularly sensitive to issues of customer service (or the lack thereof) and although some other users/reviewers said they didn’t get a good vide from Glassburn’s employee’s, I must say that everyone I saw, talked/interacted with was polite and friendly towards me.This isn’t a beach resort, it’s a body shop, so if you’re looking for nurturing and caring attention to your personal feelings, maybe you’re in the wrong place. However, if you’d like your car, truck or SUV repaired by folks who’ll stand behind their work, then consider Glassburn if you’re on the North side of Columbus/Westerville.

My experience with Glassburn body shop was terrible. Their communication is putrid, and their customer service is horrible. They make you feel like you are impositioning them every time you talk with them. The work they do is very subpar for the price they charge. I dont have a problem paying a high price for excellent work, their work is very subpar. Factor in the poor communication and service, mix that with average body work repair, and you have a connoction of very overpriced body work. Definitely should have went somewhere else. My recommendations would be to go elsewhere unless you are a masochist.
