Even though it was Christmas Eve or the day of Christmas Eve they had a great selection of coats and still had a good selection of a lot of things and reasonably priced I got things for my children and my grandchildren and managed to get all of my last minute Christmas shopping done at Burlington thanks guys

Burlington is pretty good. You can get some pretty good deal sometimes and nice clothes.

Good deals, it wasnt super busy and cashiers were quick. Had been into a different location (West Jordan) on this occasion this store seemed more organized than the other location and had a great variety of products . Easy to locate everything because of how its labeled.

This Burlington is bigger than the others and has a lot more variety too. The prices are good and you can get plenty of good bargains on game brand items. If you see something you like though it is best to just get it because if you wait and come back later it may not be there.

Kinda a mess but it was right after school started. So its understandable. Not much of a selection.

I love this ace I got a phone holder for my car .some acrylic art supplies. And a new shirt and pants and it only cost $30 plus no line and easy to find stuff

This is the best place to get a wide variety of things and save money on some well-known brands. You do have to look past the fact that there will be no sales people to help you, long checkout lines, but in spite of all this I always save money and come away with great stuff so its worth it. Also big selection in shoes, handbags, accessories, jewelry and toiletries.

I do believe I like this place better than Ross their competitor better organization and nicer clothing in my opinion. Staff was helpful and friendly. They have handicap ♿entrance and ramp for the entrance. Thanks you Burlington I do belive you found a new lifetime customer.

I think Burlington is clean, has a pretty good selection and has very good prices. I wish there was a bigger selection of shirts for teens that werent crop tops.

Hired on to cashier, the place is a daycare. Front end supervisors are barely legal, rude and definitely have their favorites. Allowing managers to behave the way they do will continue to create mass turnover. Good luck!

Really good prices better then Ross

We were looking for suitcases and they were mostly bought out. We went to two different Burlington stores and it was the same at both stores. We found luggage at Ross.

Ive always liked Burlington Coat Factory but todays experience in their dressing room was quite a shock.Evidently, someone made a rather disgusting mess in the mens dressing room and rather than dealing with it, the room was blocked off and the employee left one of the most direct out of order signs Ive ever seen in my life.Other than the dressing room experience, the selection was great, everywhere else in the store was fine and the prices were amazing.I would definitely recommend having a staff meeting about how to deal with situations like this and minimize customer impact in the future.

Brand new store clean and organized lots of good products with good discount.

If you wear 3, 4, and 5xl in mens clothing. This is most definitely the place for you. The prices can vary, but overall, theyre pretty fair! They have a variety of styles especially in their smaller sizes like 2xl and down. But Im only speaking for the mens clothing.

Great for home decor, not for fashion. Its been years since Ive been to Burlington. The last time I shopped at one, the set up was similar to a department store like JC Penney, Kohls or Dillards. I was immediately a little sad to see that it wasnt like that anymore. No, its like Ross. No more round racks and sections of dress, professional, casual, athletic. Nope, its all rows of knit long sleeve, knit short sleeve, pants, capris, etc. I had lost all hope until I started browsing their home decor section. Totally impressed! They had a large selection with quite a variety at exceptional prices. So, Ill be back. Never for clothes, but definitely for the home decor.

THE Place for Baby Items Right Now! If youre needing a crib, stroller, car seat, playpen or a swing, get here quick cause its all discounted BIG TIME! The rest of the store is picked pretty clean but still some great options as far as baby items.

My wife loves blowing her paychecks here. This is always a $200+ visit.

They make me so mad. They dont even ask if I want my receipts emailed or not. They just lean over and push it for me. I asked them to try to email it to me and the lady said all she could do is print me an extra copy of my receipt. I like them emailed. Because of the simple fact that I tend to loose my receipts. They should not be allowed to just pick for you!

Their stock was fairly low right now but thats a bit expected right after Christmas. Had to snap a pic of this shirt, too cute!! Found a top, some lavender infused loofahs, some boyshort panties, and lovely smelling candles for pretty cheap! Was able to exchange my shirt with ease! My man got a over the door coat rack and chocolates.

This place was as packed as a free disco I am sure that is good for them not so much for me though the line was way to long so i will have to go back another time for the item I wanted...woe is me!!! I think I might be okay though!

Found a coat at a really good price

Right next door to Ross, and the store is much cleaner, less chaotic than its neighbor too. This is much more than a mere coat store, as I assumed for so long. Burlington has great items, good for quality gifting on a budget. Brand name items for fractions of the cost. Ill be going here again, I suggest you check this place out.

I love the variety in this store! And the variety of needs that it meets. Definitely a fun place to shop. For people who just want to walk to a rack and look at everything in their size all together! And you can get a Burlington credit card!

The store is very large and fairly well organized for finding stuff. It is also quite clean, especially compared to Ross next door. The prices are pretty high though, sometimes not much below retail.

The best place to go Christmas shopping, I found all kinds of stuff, and put it on layaway! You find everything for a great price and fantastic customer service! I recommend Burlington to anybody great job Burlington keep it up!

I recently went to look at baby items for my daughter. I found some fantastic deals! Managed to find a great deal.on a super cute purse, some fun home decor and a few shirts for my other daughter. What a great store!

I love this store! The staff is always super friendly! We came to buy shoes today and the shoe section is always a mess, but I know that is not the fault of the staff at all. For the most part prices are pretty good. Product quality is great. I shop here often.

They have mens, womens and childrens departments with clothing and shoes. They also have miscellaneous beauty items. As well as some kitchen items too. Free parking and easy access.

I love Burlington. Their prices are very good, and Ive had very good experiences every time Ive been there. I still have a leather coat that my boyfriend bought for me when they were just the coat factory some 20 yrs. ago. And Im still wearing it.

Great place for deals and friendly staff low prices

Tons of styles of clothing and Shoes for women, men, children, and babies. Home goods, from furniture to rugs for the hall, bathroom, and other rooms. Outdoor items for the patio/deck, gardening, and figurines. Kitchen items for cooking/baking, to spices and miscellaneous food items. Pet supplies and toys. If you come here you better have some time on your side to look through all they have in these stores. Lines to check out on weekends can be a downside of shopping here, on the weekends

We went to this store in hopes of buying a car seat for my toddler daughter. We found one, researched it, and took it to the front for purchase. It was on sale and it was a great price for the value. However once we were checking out we were told that the seat was actually a floor model and they wouldnt be able to sell it to us. We were extremely put out and asked if any other stores near us had it in stock. The cashier may have been new because she was incompetent and took 15 minutes, and the help of another employee to make a phone call. When it turned out there were no other stores with the seat in stock, we went back to find another seat and asked for a discount based the inconveniences we were caused with the first seat. The supervisor was congenial but unwilling to provide any customer service. We spoke to the manager who was absolutely unpleasant and told us that we should have realized the seat was a floor model because it had tags on it. There was nothing noting that it was not for sale and it had been placed in the clearance section with a clearance tag, how were we supposed to know? While we were still talking with her, she walked away, obviously inept at handling confrontation. Despite our frustrations, we were in desperate need of a seat, and ended up purchasing a newer model of the same seat for a more expsive price. This experience was absolutely ridiculous!

They only let the number of people in that came outThen the line to pay is another 2 to 3 hours..so if you have the time and patience it is worth it. Just be forewarned. This was my second visit here, and my friends first. He sounds a perfect knife set for his kitchen. Ive been looking for a new pair of pants and the price was adorable. If your on a tight budget and need clothing or housewares this is a great place to visit.

I had a terrible experience with this specific Burlington location. The manager, Faith, was very rude and unprofessional when it came to honoring a discount that I was told I’d be given by the rep. I also work in customer service and this whole experience was terrible.

Wife cam to Burlington to shop with sister and our little boy. Our little boy was making a fuss like 2 year olds do. Trip to Burlington ended up being a lecture by some no life wannabe know it all rent a cop security guy. Apparently he thought it would be a good idea to badger my wife about how she is supposed to be parenting and how to handle our child. Fire this dim wit! My wife felt extremely uncomfortable and attacked. Will never be shopping here again so unprofessional!

I almost always find something for a good price and fits great when I go to Burlington. You have to sift though everything to find that one gem but overall I do find good deals with clothing. Sometimes the labels and sections arent clearly defined and they are almost in a random order, but for the most part there are employees constantly organizing to help fight that.

I went to get a few items today, I really like this place, however, when I went home found out that 4 of my items were missing. The store was closed by the time I checked that everything in my receipt was in my bag. I am coming back tomorrow to request the items. I think a little more attention to detail would be nice. Depending on my experience tomorrow I might change my rating.Next day: Called next day and the person who answered said, yes you forgot your bag. It was more like the associate did not put my stuff in the bag!. But anyways, I went and got my stuff. How I said if you want to find great deals this place is the right place; expecting to have an excellent customer service experience; not the place. So, 5 🌟 for the place. Customer service 2 🌟.

I bought socks there about three weeks ago and I was wearing them and they were just too tight and just not working out for me and I took them back even though I had worn them and they gave me a full refund they have a good selection of clothing and items there I would recommend them

Good discount clothing store. Its best to visit multiple locations as they dont all have the same inventory so be prepared to spend some time at each location.

Besides that they have really cute Easter dresses,hats little girls,etc. Little boys shirts,ties along with mens shirts,,etc. They some auto accessories, cleaning supplies, food items, some vitamin supplements, some spices, pots and pans, scenic pictures, bathroom accessories, bedding supplies, some pet accessories,Women have cute skirts, makeup, jewelry, watches, lotions, perfume, clothes,etc. This store has a lot of items too many to even mention! This store is huge! Im amazed at the items we bought with awesome savings! Tell your family, friends,etc. Get some great quality items and save money! Youve just got to go there and youll be amazed!! Holy cow took forever to check out. 6 registers is not enough for this store. Maybe take a page from chic-fila and have someone prescan so all you have to do is pay. Also not a great selection of coats for October I expected more.

Lots of stock to choose from. Big store usually well stocked and clean. I find some pretty good deal here frequently. Decent prices and new merchandise arrives on a regular basis.

The store was nice, but the person who checked us out, which I believe was a manager, was just not a nice person. She was angry from the time we walked up. Thinking she was just having a bad day, I tried to make casual conversation. Her response was just as nasty and rude as it had been before. It was a nice store, but due to the poor customer service, I will be going to another Burlington from now on
