Awesome store!!!

This store is amazing! There employees are nice and fun. This store is an amazing shoe store to go at. Highly recommend!

Don’t understand why this place is even open in valley fair mall. Staff is extremely unprofessional, they would rather talk and fool around with friends/boyfriends and bring high school drama to work instead of doing their job by helping customers. I highly recommend avoiding this place until some respect is shown towards costumers and other employees that work in the valley fair mall.

I was super impressed with this store. I came into the store and apparently had just missed a lot (around 8:30pm). Seems as though there was a tough customer that had made one of the employees cry. The manager went out to the customers who had just left and seemed to be working things out with them. Very impressed with how he handed it. Not all managers will have their employees back and defend them if there was a rude customer. I’ve recently started seeing Gab, I think he’s a new manager, but he seems very nice and he’s been fun to talk with. 5 stars for the store manager and his staff, 1 star for those girls, very poor attitude. I love this location and the employees, and will continue to keep shopping here.

Very helpful. They didnt have the item in stock so they ordered it for me and shipped it to my house for free.

This place is annoying I went in with my wife so we can buy her vans and they brought the vans out with other two shoes we didnt ask them to bring trying to promote it and trying to convince us to buy it after we just got the vans to buy them and again they tried to bug us my trying to sell socks to us and a spray thing for the shoes it was way ANNOYING!!! Made us feel uncomfortable and after that they even gave us the wrong shoe size why because they focused more on selling their stupid product instead of us. If i want the stuff getting promoted i will ask questions about it if I dont say nothing is because I dont want it. Never going here again.

Went in to return shoes I ordered online because they didnt fit. A girl was helping me but she wasnt sure how to process the return, the guy helping her had a horrible attitude and said thats why you buy them in the store I said I would if you had them and he insisted they did when they really didnt. Then he said these shoes were cheap, just keep them and stretch them out the service was horrible!

Under new management great customer service I got treated with respect new manager is great!

I just left the store, Gabe the manager was helpful at first but the one star is for Jessica that works there talking bad about costumers that were recently in there. She kept using vulgar language and said several times she was irritated because the other girl was “cocky”. I was disgusted and didn’t want to be in there. I mentioned it to the manager and the other girl she was talking to because Jessica had left to go get food. It was honestly disturbing. I then got approached by the manager (GABE) outside of the store and was told I was the one being unprofessional and I could’ve handled the situation different. Honestly so disappointing. I felt as if it created a hostile environment, and made me feel very uncomfortable. The front of the house is everything to a store and if you don’t have people who care about good customer service and making your store look like a hangout spot than they should go work somewhere else. I hope they’re honestly talked to because the end of me and Gabe’s conversation it looks like he could care less.

Girl charged us for socks. We didn’t want any and we didn’t ask for any. 👎🏼

I went in about three years ago and the place was ran by irresponsible teenagers then today I went on to give it a second try and once again, disappointment. I give up on this place. Three years, no change, then there is no hope.

Bad customer service lazy teenagers. Visited in the afternoon 11/23/16 not reliable.

Nasty customer service from an even nastier employee. I believe the employee I first dealt with was shalice and when I asked for the manager they acted with the same disrespectful manner.
