I was actually just trying on a pair of Nikes to make sure they fit. I am getting them online, but the sales guy was so nice and not pushy. That was great!

Chick had an attitude tried to ignore us as when we asked for help as if werent good enough to be in the store and then tried to tell us we had to take the shoes on display but brought a new pair to replace them, I had to get snappy with her which is not okay. Dont take it out on us if you dont Like your job. Like if someone is ready and willing to spend money on over priced shoes a little service with a smile would be nice will not be returning

We had great customer service. I wanted a shirt they didnt have in my size. I wish I could remember her name but the lady working the cash register made sure to get one ordered for me. She was very friendly.

I went to footlocker store at murray last night they had a Nike Foamposite color Anthracite, I wanted a size 10, they did not have it, but they said West Valley had 2 pairs and City Creek had 1 pair. Because I wanted that pair for my son birthday 2/7, they recommended me to go next day to WestValley store because City Creek will be closed. I had to drive to West Valley today, I asked an employee CESAR for the shoes, he never checked on the system, he just told me if the shoes are not on display, they probably have them saved for the store managers in the back. Then I talked to the store manager Quincy, he said the shoes are in the system, he went to check at the back, it was a quick 30 seconds check, came out and said that he couldn’t find them. He asked me to go to Foot Action, I went there and they don’t have anything. I went back to the store looking to talk to the manager, I waited 20 minutes because he was in the “bathroom”, made me wait and he came out telling me “is there anything I can help you with”, like nothing happened. Ask him about the shoe again, he said they only have size 9. That’s it. Very disappointed, I had to drive 45 min and they are hiding shoes to customers. I know footlocker policy. They shouldn’t do that, I need a call and talk to you. I called DISTRICT MANAGER several times, left a message and texted him and he never answered me back. My worst experience in a footlocker ever, this is the worst Footlocker in UTAH by far. Worst customer service, what can you expect if DISTRICT MANAGER is the same.

Horrible customer service.Every time I call they answer my question(if they answer) and they hang up literally while I’m asking for certain shoes. I’m sure these fellas are working hard on the floor (hopefully) with the customers that are there but cmon guys step up your game and be more professional...main reason why I never shop there..

I never leave store reviews, but I just had to say how nice, helpful, and clever one of the employees was here. I believe his name was Nate/Nathan, and he was so quick to serve anyone who came through the store and did it with a smile, something other footlocker employees have unfortunately lacked. It took awhile to locate the item number of a pair of shoes I wanted, but it’s just because he took his time to ensure I got what I wanted instead of writing it off as too difficult because the number wasn’t on the Footlocker website. It was truly nice to see employees like Nate/Nathan still exist.

I don’t understand why they put there phone number if there not even going to answer...

Friday night closing crew....not all but 1 of the employees needs to work on some customer communication skills. According to google they close at 10pm. Showed up at 9:15pm and they were already closed. When asking if they can update their google times online the employee replied back with “it’s the mall that updates them.” Asking if she can relay the message, she says “You can contact them.” Haha 🤦🏽‍♂️I was upset but, she’s young (I guess.) and was “off” of work....way to handle a customer concern young lady. Footlocker managers, what kind of customer service training processes are you running over there?Long story short, they close at 9 👏🏾👏🏾

I went to return shoes and they said they couldn’t take them even though they were wore once, Then I took them too foot action and they were able to exchange them

The people at this place are really rude they don’t even care about the job like if your going to work at least put some dedication into it or just don’t work. I know we are in rough times but that’s no excuse for slacking. Overall I don’t recommend this foot locker to anybody probably because it’s the “ West Valley Mall” that’s why the people are so negative!

You know, Foot Locker is know for having the new, in trend style shoes. But their prices are over the top. No shoes should cost what they charge. Its my opinion and Ive had alot of friends agree. Theyre just not worth it in the end.

The valley Fair Mall foot locker was good...quick helpful people and good shoe selection especially for people with bigger feet!!!

Always a great place to buy Basketball shoes, just wish they had more selection, and sizes. Sure miss them having Kobe shoes also.
