The tech broke my grill trying to figure out how to open my hood. I told him Im sure you have super glue to fix it. He actually threw it away. If I wouldnt have asked if it was fixed it would have been missing. The supervisor glued it for me and said it didnt effect anything. Thats not the point 😕 I should have had them pay to replace the entire thing but Im not that hateful. I dont think 🤔 asking someone to fix something they broke is to much to ask.

They were good, fast, effective, efficient, and warned me about a few things I should get fixed when I could, would get an oil change again, maybe even more

If I had an option to rate them a zero I would. First they lied to me that my car only takes a certain oil for my oil change so I paid around $80 or more to find they didn’t put any oil in my car. They said there was a leak and no leak at all!! I called the next day to ask why my oil is low because I went to my dealership to check my battery & they informed me wow you just got an oil change but you have no oil in your car. When I called to ask them why they couldn’t find me in the system & I told them I have paperwork & sticker on my car to prove it. PLEASE WATCH OUT they are scamming people !

If I could take no stars as an option I would, had to wait for them to get my tires over and hour on curb side pick up. I ordered off of Walmart. Com, I am also then told they cant install them. They would have been able to install them one day prior, which is when they were going to be deliver, but due to an earthquake got set back. I can understand that, but not holding open to install the tires that are already bought. Wow not impressed with customer service. Would not recommend to friend or family. Would recommend getting your tires Done somewhere else!

Im officially done going there for oil changes first they forgot to put oil back in my husbands car after his oil change and now they forgot to put oil in my car.

We went to get new tires. They said, hour. Hour and 45 minutes and watching the only cashier help get tortured by verbal assult we finally were able to pay and leave. The tires were good but not worth that wait. It would have been a lot easier seeing more than one working cashier back there.

Bad Customer service. I was calling different places for prices on mounting a tire. A lady answered the call and gave me a price of $12 per tire and it came balance included. Well once I arrived there they said it was the wrong price and it turned put to be 22 per tire. In my opinion as an ex costumer service rep. You always help put the costumer in some way when your own employees mess up giving wrong information. To keep the costumer happy and willing to come back for future services. Well not what the supervisor thought. He just told me it was a wrong quote and nothing he could do about it. Even after telling him that discount tire gave me a better deal plus military discount. He could of at least price matched it and kept a costumer. Smh. Waste of gas and time for nothing. They need a better supervisor from what I now have read on other comments. Is Walmart not taking this as a clue.

Took their sweet time while working on other vehicles coming in after me. 2 hours for a 45 minute qoute of having me done. Didnt appreciate the wait time. Different if they had been working on my car for that long not just in between doing others.

Took forever. Pack a charger. Youll be here for a minute. Great cheap tires. Only thing I didnt like is that the technician got my name wrong. Lol

Normally they are pretty quick but this time I was there much longer then I should have been. Not sure if they were having issues with my van or not. They did not communicate with me about the delay in completing. They do have free coffee and a TV in the waiting room which as you can see in the picture they need lessons on cleaning it but for the most part the department is pretty good.

Hey there center mgr Brian and service mgr Adam. Arrived at 11:50am-ish there was one other car in the bay ahead. I’m quoted a half hour for the pit crew oil change. No hustle or sense of urgency. After an hour and 50 minutes or so I finally get to leave. Just be honest about what you’re capable of. And respect other people’s time. Utterly disappointed.

If I could give them a zero I would, I took my truck to get an oil change its a 2018 Dodge Ram 1500 they told me they couldnt do it because my truck was to new, so I spoke to the manager and he said the was nothing he could do so I called the 7800 s location and they did it 30 min later! The manager was very rude and just wanted me gone didnt suggest anything just said we cant do it and turned around and walked back in the shop! Good Luck if you decide to use their service and have a newer vehicle!

Friendly and helpful. Most of all convenient. Went and had an oil change done on my F350 diesel and a tire patched in one shot.

Every time Im in, morning noon or night, they tell me 1.5-2 hour wait for an oil change. When you tell them thats ok, Ill wait you can almost always hear an audible sigh as though they hoped youd leave. I think they use the wait time quote to eliminate work they dont want to do.

Website said they close at 7. Called them they said they close at 7. Went in to get my oil changed at 2:40 and wasn’t told they won’t be accepting anymore people and that they closed at 4 today. What else would I expect at Walmart? I should have known.

I had an oil change here. It was Great! They did it at the same price it would of cost for me to buy the supplies and do it myself. All I had to do is sit back and read a magazine.

I pulled in an hour before closing with a fast leaking tire and they wouldnt even help me find the leak. I would recommend Kellys tires instead just down the street.

My daughter bought 1 tire and they never asked her if she wanted all these 3 and 4 $ charges were okay. So a 47$ tire cost 87$ Im really disappointed. Just because shes 17 doea not make it okay to gouge her wallet.Wont go back.

Excellent customer service. These nice gentleman diagnosed my flat tire and put a spare on my car at no charge. Saved my morning.

Service is rude, but prices are low. I wont go back. Staff was not interested in helping with answering questions, but in their defense, they had a line of cars and only 3 workers. Sadly under staffed.

Honestly they do not deserve my store I waited 1 hours for a oil change one car ahead of me and no car in the garage. Three guys, it takes three guys just to help one car with a tire change my wife can do that by herself . They are the worst place to go to for a oil change most of the time I have to wait an hour but over a 1 1/2 hour that’s ridiculous. I do not recommend this place to my family it’s up to you to go and live the experience.

The wait always always sucks. The tires are cheap, but are cheap tires. Its exactly what you would expect from a Wal-Mart tire center.

It was slow but I did come in late and they still changed the battery in my van. I could have done it faster myself but it winter and cold outside .

Said it would be about an hour and in reality it was a bit over two hours just to get a new tire put on. I dont like bring mislead.

Great customer service and super nice and they were really fast! Plus they were open on Labor day when my tire went flat.

Waited for 2 hours first in line watched them bring in multiple cars ahead of me and all I need was a tire change. Their service department is despicable. No help from management just absolutely ridiculous.

Oil change and tire rotation took two and a half hour. Granted I expected it to take an hour to an hour and a half, like they said.... But two and a half hour? Such a joke. An hour and a half into it they told me it was almost done, later when I checked they said they hadnt even started. Worst customer service ever.

2hrs for oil change

Let me start off by saying their staff is very friendly. However, every time I have come here to use my warranty to fix a flat or rotate tires the wait times are high. Today it took just over 2 hours to repair a flat tire. If you plan on coming here make sure you can drop your vehicle off for the day and pick it up later.

Was out of car battery but called another store for me.
