Went there this morning with one more vehicle for some new tires and to rotate the tires on my daughters car. My apt was for 8. They got me in right away. As the Sienna was getting tires, the Camrys tires were being rotated. They found a screw in a tire. Patched it up, filled it and rotated tires all within 15 min. They also gave us a $43.27 credit for tires we were replacing on the van. Again, Discount Tires integrity shines through. They definitely have a customers for life from my household...

Came in to get a nail out of my tire and asked that all my tires get inspected. The rep was very responsive in checking the tires and made me aware of their status. Friendly staff and charged all 4 tires in 30 mins. Very pleased!

Honestly my favorite tire place in the valley.Ive never once had a bad experience.They are pretty quick as long as they arent busy (recommend making an appointment).Plus they repair my tires if eligible for free. And if it isnt repairable and I bought warranty from them, they will replace it so Im not buying a new tire straight out.I love this place and highly recommend everyone to go here :)

Stopped by the West Valley location on 5600 w. These guys are great, customer service was excellent, they went above and beyond to repair a tire that had a nail stuck in it. I usually frequent the bountiful location as I live in NSL. The Bountiful location is awesome as well. I’d recommend either one of the places, very honest, knowledgeable and enthusiastic people.

I love discount tire and I have used them for 10+ years. I will continue to go there but today was a very bad experience. The customer care was not good at all. There was no communication. My time is valuable as is everyones. I was told that it would take 45-50 minutes. I sat down to get some paperwork done for work and threw in my headphones.They were very busy so I didnt want to go up and keep bugging them. So when it had been 50 minutes, I just kept waiting. At 1 hour and 20 minutes I went up and said, Im sorry for asking but can I check on the status of my car? The employee said, it was done a while ago. I called for you but no-one answered. He was very smug. That kind of attitude like I had inconvenienced him by not being right there and ready when he called was off putting. On top of that, he has my phone number on file and didnt call me. He didnt try saying my name a second time later. He just assumed Id come up to the desk when I was ready.I get it. They have a lot going on and called and I didnt hear it. I just wish that they had told me to not have headphones in because they only give you one notice. I told the employee where I would be sitting too. I had not moved. Could he not look around their waiting area and see me. Anyways, Im very off put by this and I will update this review in the future because it really is a good company but they need to update their customer communication training. Waiting 50 minutes was already a good amount of time out of my day. Adding a half hour to that for no reason is frustrating.

Always a good experience here. The best part, you can make an appointment (why does Big-O and Les Schwab make you sit for hours as opposed to scheduling the work for both their sake and ours?). Great selection of tires. Definitely my go to for passenger car/light duty truck tires.

This has been my go-to store for 15 years or so and have had great service. Sadly something has changed. The last 2 times I have been in for rotation and balance on tires I purchased from them on different vehicles, they have found reasons to put me off. A few months ago they tried telling me they couldnt balance and rotate my tires because they were worn out, they measured 8/32, hardly worn out. When I challenged them, they balanced my tires. Recently I was in the store and was told they couldnt get me in without an appointment, there were 3 cars in the service lanes counting mine- they wasnt that busy. It seems they dont want to honor the free balance and rotations any longer. I wont be back.

This is by far the best Discount Tire I have ever used. We were visiting from out of town and got a screw in our tire. They were friendly and helpful and had our tire repaired in about 15 minutes. I wish the locations in our home town were this helpful.

I had a slow leak in my tire and did not make an appointment as I didnt want my tire to lose anymore air. They got me right in and were very friendly and helpful! They gave me an estimated time on how long the wait would be and got out of there 20 minutes earlier than what they said! Also the patching of a small hole was free! 10/10 recommend

I needed a rim mounted on one of my tires and the tires to be balanced. Brandon who helped me, also suggested taking the wheel off one of the tires and using it as a spare. I needed a new spare and hadn’t even thought of that. So grateful for the suggestion and how quickly they were able to get my car in. This location is amazing and I won’t go anywhere else for tire service.

Absolutely do not get a friends and family discount. I was told if I didn’t like the tires that I could bring them back and when I got there they told me no you have to keep them since you got the friends and family discount and then they stripped my lug nut out and told me oh since you got the friends and family discount We’re not gonna fix it when another discount told me that they are fully responsible for that and should fix it I just don’t want these things to happen to anybody else.

Their installers are great. Ive had 2 experiences where there is a huge disconnect in communication. The first time led me to driving across town to pick up the right size tires that were suppose to be ordered, and the second was them just not listening to what I was trying to convey. I explained that my spare tire might have my tpms sensor and that might be the one that needs the new tire. They asked me that it would be taken care of. Went to leave and the tech said he couldnt get the front tire to connect due to the fact that there wasnt a sensor present. I asked if he checked the spare, he said no. This want relayed to him. They ended up putting a new sensor in my tire, free of charge. I feel like their communication is lacking. While I will still do business with discount, I wont be returning to this one any time soon

I got my tires rotated and balanced today, I was in and out in under 35 minutes. Wow! The staff here was great to work with, thanks a bunch discount crew. They totally took care of my sister and me today.My sister lives in Ogden where the Big O Tires closed their store because of power problems and werent able to call her and tell her until much later in the day . She had taken time off work to make the appointment from her job here in Salt Lake City.Since she was here in Salt Lake City, I called the fellas at this location and they took us in and got us set up with the same tires that day. And they even helped us out with some technical problems that sprung up.Thanks guys.

I use to love going to this location but the last two times I visited this location they were not helpful at all. The first time the guy wasnt very helpful at all and so I eneded up going to discount tires on redwood and they gave me just what I needed, yesterday i went in because my tire light came on I let the guy know that and also wanted to get them rotated and balance which they did I took my car to get my head light fixed and they did a full inspection and showed me I have a nail in my tire when the guy who checked it said my tires were fine 🤦 now I have to take it back but definitely not going back here.

7/14/21 New wheels and Michelin defenders $1500, one day and 30 miles later a blowout and they charged me another warranty for the new tire. 15 years I have been a customer mostly at this location, Never again.

Stellar service!! I showed up 1/2 hour before closing with an emergency need for my work van which just had a blowout a mile and a half back. My schedule is so busy that I really dont have time for a flat tire, and I need to hit the ground running in the morning. These guys were all smiles as they installed for new tires and even remounted my spare back underneath the truck. Hubcaps and all, above and beyond! Im usually not the guy that shows up at closing time to get a bunch of work done, but these guys were awesome. Kudos guys!!

I buy all my tires from discount tire, and typically in the past Ive bought them from this store. bought a new set of tires in load range E. the ride home the tires were much too stiff. I called and asked if they can swap the tires out. The store is only willing to swap me out for a lesser tire and not refund the difference. This is extremely poor service Im disappointed. Ive given tons of business to discount tire. This is the first Ive asked for help.

I LOVE these guys! I am a lady, and I dont know much about tires, they are simply not my thing. These guys never try to con me to get me to buy stuff I dont need. When something is bad they show it to me and explain why. They have great tires at good prices. What I like is their backup of their product. Their guarantee is great and they stand behind it. We have been good customers for 20 years and when I got a flat on a tire that came with my new Subaru, they fixed it for free. THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE! Above and beyond actually. Discount Tire doesnt have trouble getting folks in the door due to their great prices, but they keep their customers with GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
