I love the Publix Super Market at City Place location. The staff takes care of the clients and I enjoy coming into this location because of the distance to the beach and the fact that the location is beautiful.

Nice and clean but no place to sit and eat your food you bought at Publixs

I love my City Place Publix. Its a boutique shopping experience. Discount groceries cant compare to the outstanding customer service Publix provides not only to its customers but the benefits and diversified fair hiring practices it extends to its employees. Their staff and stores are there for the shoppers it serves. Someone is always visible on there floors restocking and open for assistance or answer any questions you may need in deciding whats the best purchase to make. You are never lost. Staff from all departments understand the store layout and aisle numerical assignments. The produce, and meats are legendary for quality. Best sushi in town and deli to stand in line for. Seafood is straight from the fishermans wharf. Its the ultimate grocery and more shopping trip.

Best bakery. Needs more space Im the deli and sandwich area can get busy at lunch time. Everyone is friendly Ive only encountered 3 negative workers in my many visits.

Decided that Publix deli was best option for July 4th meal. Store very crowded bit we were to find all the items we were looking for and the fried chicken and salads were very good. Staff was friendly and there were enough checkout lanes open to serve their customers quickly & efficiently. Was surprised how upbeat the staff were considering they were working a holiday. This location is much smaller than most Publix and the layout differed from most but we were pointed in the right direction. My expectations were exceeded

One of the nicest Publix ive been to. lots of product choices. Very organized isles..Love the speedy checkout on east side of store.

I love the great positive atmosphere inside the store and when you need help an employee automatically assist you. No complaints here.

Good Publix. Rotisserie chicken was well made and didnt have to wait long the particular time I was in the store. Store is kept clean and they have nice tables outside to eat. What I didnt like was how people appeared to be bathing in the bathroom sink and how dirty they left the outside tables as the day progressed. Good store.

Service here is great! They just need more working motor cars for handicapped shoppers.

Still have to wear a mask. Well I dont wear masks. Never have. Never will. No mask mandate in Florida. It ended a week ago! I wont go back until they (PUBLIX) COMPLIE WITH THE ENDING OF THE MANDATE.

City Place is a great place to walk around and shop, eat and entertain.Publix is not safe in that area.

I must say to me it was a bad experience on this day when I had a supervisor speak to me the way he spoke to me on my way in as he was standing next to an officer kind of rude and crude. I would have left but I had to get things for my newborn

Amazing place to shop, I love it here! South Florida has the freshest tropical fruit around! There is a really nice sitting area out front surrounded by palm trees, its great if you just want to enjoy some lunch or a snack at Publix, the air is fresh, wonderful breeze, lots of friendly people walking around...a great place to be.

Small with limited selection but convenient if you live downtown

Nice place. Clean, safe, and secure. They had a police officer there which was a nice touch safety wise. Process are a little high but after all, it was West Palm Beach, FL.

Small store, higher prices than surrounding Publix stores, parking is a nightmare. Cashier staff is friendly but Customer Service staff is NOT. Never have been. Only go here if you are in the area and need a couple of items.

Publix has Barn done the best food it is expensive but they have a nice variety of healthy choices

Me and my coworkers brought 4 boxes of chicken from the prepared foods and there was an error with our order and Cheryl the assistant store manager replaced our whole order. She was very understanding and nice to meet and the ladies in the prepared foods were very helpful as well.

This review is for an online order of a couple of subs.I recently ordered some more a co-worker and I for lunch.I selected for both of our subs to be toasted and added a special note on mine that said Extra toasted please.When I opened up my sub at work I realized that it had not been toasted whatsoever and the meats were /very/ cold.It was my only chance to get a hot meal for my team today and Im highly disappointed as an entirely cold sub is really unpleasant to me.It did occur to me that its possible that they did not have a toaster at this location but in that case I would HIGHLY encourage your staff to take off the option to toast or press the subs online. I would not have ordered from this location at all if it were made known to me.

I bought some fried chicken about 20mins ago. Chicken is not fresh. Chicken tastes very old!! Never had this problem before, but Im very disappointed. The customers deserve FRESH FOOD!! I refuse to call and complain. Ill just let the people know.

Horrible slow. Don’t bother wasting your time with the order online option. It clearing scheduling a pickup time is a suggestion to this location. Pickup time was 12:35pm. Received order at 12:57pm.

Extremely rude and unprofessional over the phone I was looking for a specific item and was told that item no longer existed when I had been to that store that very same day in the item was there but the person didn’t wanna deal with me and kept putting me on hold! I am very dissatisfied with the customer service I was given today.

The store is always clean however the deli section is a mess. The men and the older woman did everything to help. However there was a woman there who clearly hated her job the man kept asking he to assist me and she just looked after about 15 min he washed his hands and came to help me. He made my sandwich in 2 minutes and apologized. His name was JEAN. THANK YOU JEAN!!!!
