I wish I could find out which employee made my cupcakes & cake for my birthday! Every year I order cakes from this Publix for birthdays & other occasions; but THESE FUNFETTI CUPCAKES are the best I’ve ever had.Whoever prepared these, did it with love & care. They were incredibly soft & moist. My marble cake w/ pudding in the middle, also incredibly fresh & moist. I’ve definitely packed on some pounds in the last few days.To the hero in the bakery that prepared my treats: if you see this, thank you. You are appreciated. I want to give you a “tip” next time I’m in Publix. You really cared about my birthday treats being TOP TIER. I attached photos of the masterpieces.

The Publix Super Market at Crosstown Plaza is a great location. I got my moderna shot here and the staff is nice and the store is clean.

Excellent store. Employees are extremely nice and professional. They are prompt when checking out my groceries. They always help me out with my groceries. I have tried changing to another grocery store, however, I miss the Excellent service and prices that they provide. I have had a long history of back problems. The staff are very friendly. The pharmacy is helpful. They carry a large variety of things. The butcher was also helpful with helping me find some items but not pushy in making a purchase.

The employees are always helpful and Im handicapped so I appreciate their service. The additional benefits Publix provides is that the store is always clean and everyone is masked up. This store must have the best manager in the chain.Every employee I came inContact with was so helpfulI would make it my main store. Polite and helpful.I have been shopping in Publix for over 30 Years andI would love all the stores to be so pleasant.

The amount of times I’ve ordered a pub sub just to show up to with them having made nothing almost an hour later js really pathetic. You’re better off just waiting in line, or going to another place for lunch. I’ve given up on them.

Love you can eat in. But hate they do not cook any extra deli food after 6:00 pm. Everything in the deli department looks like it has been sitting there since that morning.

Love there crab legs and the butcher was so nice and gave me some pre-made chicken meal with zucchini noodles for free cas it was gonna go bad it was very nice so I made it the next day it was so good loved it I also buy the pre-made steak and salmon rolls they r great fresh for a fast meal

My last encounter of good morning (just before chkin out) I stopped the young men to mention how I believed everyone had the same morning briefing 😁 Ive been in CS for decades and you can tell 😉 but no complaints, everyone was on target 👍🏼👌🏼👏👏🏼👏🏾

My least favorite Publix, especially the pharmacy/pharmacist. I recently moved almost 45 minutes out west but my doctor remains in the same area so it’s only convenient for me to pick up my medication at the same Publix I’ve been picking it up from for years as the other Publix would be closed by the time I reach there after leaving my doctors office. I briefly mentioned I moved and it was obviously documented in the system, so for that reason alone I am not able due to the made up law the pharmacist blatantly told me knowing it was not true in any way as I continue to go to the same pharmacy as before for every time the crooked pharmacist refuses to just cut the lies and come up with a better excuse for being lazy and insulting my intelligence with her outlandish laws she makes up. Also I don’t like this Publix in general mostly because of the selection or lack of and I feel like I walked into a nursing home by accident lol

Needed Oxtail for dinner. The person in the meat department (didnt get his name) was very kind. Greeted me, Asked if he could help me in any way. There wasnt any out, but on his tray be wrapped. He got me a pack. Asked if he could help with anything else. I was in a hurry. Just wish i got his name. Very name guy

Who doesnt LOVE FRESH produce? I go in this store as early as 7 AM or almost at closing time, the produce are always looking and tasting like it was freshly picked. The store is always clean and organized and stocked (unlike other big supermarket stores), the staff are super friendly and always willing to help. I rather pay a bit more than to put up with not finding what I need, or rude staff unwilling to answer a simple question.

I would have liked it better if there wasnt such a long line at checkout. This was a holiday weekend and there were only three registers opened, and four or five people in line at each.

I think this Publix has great customer service. I want to say thank you to David. I left my phone in the bathroom and he went to clean the bathroom and found it. David followed me all the way outside to my car and returned my phone.

BIG SCAM GOING ON HERE! I can count 6 times i paid for meat at the counter and i went home and it wasnt packed in my bag and had to go all the way back here to get it and they said “ oh you didnt take it” such a coincidence this happens everytime i buy meat. I believe they are charging me and just putting it to the side to put it back in the back of the store. Be careful check that they packaged everything! Im not the only one either ive talked to a couple people that shop there and they recall the same thing happening ONLY with the meat for some reason!

The bathrooms are always disgusting. When I am trying to order a sub from the deli in store or online, it takes them forever to make it. Why??? They have 4 people working but only 2 people making subs and the line is long. No one gettting cold cuts or hot case but no one to serve us. Shopping is not a pleasure. I do not recommend anyone to shop here.

I go to Publix primarily for Suchi. This store however has the poorest quality and freshness of any store Ive been too. They also dont have an abundance to choose from as other stores do. Other stores also update there inventory throughout the day to meet demand unlike this store. I would not recommend visiting this store for Suchi.

Only pertaining to the deli. Went for a sandwich. There were flies everywhere, the person making my sandwich constantly left to get cheese and sauces while leaving my sandwich open. Absolutely disappointed 😞

You cant go wrong with publix

I shop at a certain Publix regularly; however, I was close to this location and I was treated awful. The seafood staff/woman did not greet me or attempt to service me ... stared me down as if I was her worst enemy all while continuing to prep food as she was doing before I appeared for services. I spoke with three managers including the store ( IAN) manager who told me that he would investigate and call me to resolve the situation...... 48 hours later still no phone call. WOW! SHOPPING THERE WAS FAR FROM A PLEASURE.

One of the most interesting things about this Publix is that they have a discount table trying to get rid of all of the things that didnt sell during the holiday. For example, today on sale for one dollar was her Hersheys pudding dark chocolate. Since I never tried that, and I had used the bathroom without buying anything, LOL, I decided to splurge I, the only thing, is that you have to mix it with milk, and I do not currently own a cow, since Bessie left me, so I was thinking about making oat milk. You can do that with the three dollar container of quaker oats original recipe. It might not be too bad.

I had purchased a squegee for my bathroom ($3.99) at this Publix store and when I got home, I did not get it and my receipt showed I was charged.I was at another Publix store nearer to me and told the clerk in customer service what had happened. He said he could not help me since my receipt showed the missing item was purchased at another store and had to return to that particular store.I returned to the original Publix and spoke to a Manager at the front of the store and he very nicely/politely returned my squegee; further advising that the second Publix thay I had gone to, should of returned my item. Well, that goes to prove that not all persons/employees know the meaning of customer service but most do, as the Manager that took care of me did! I am going to continue shopping at this store and not bother going to that other Publix. Im always shopping at Publix. Im not letting that clerk that didnt want to bother with my small item & inconvenienced me, ruin Publix slogen where shopping is a pleasure!

I came here and got some cornbread from near the deli in individual packs and it literally expired early July, I will not be coming back here, also the tall Spanish guy that works in the meat department in the evening is rude as he**. I’m never coming back here again, I’d rather drive out of my way to another Publix than come here

Publix is a great supermarket. Their prices can be a little high (ex. Quart of 1/2 & 1/2 about 60c cheaper at Walmart grocery & Wrights thick sliced bacon 24 oz. about $2 cheaper at Walmart grocery). They have a good selection. I find that their meat (beef) is usually tough. Therefore due to prices mentioned & beef being tough 4 stars. I have shopped at Publix over 40 years. I find everything I need. The staff are always helpful.

Publix is one of the cleanest, well stocked, grocery stores in all of Florida. Top notch shopping experience. Ambiance galore...All the patrons are calm while shopping. So refreshing, never hurried.

This location unfortunately is not as good as the one I previously talked about on village boulevard and village Commons this branch of Publix needs some help it is outdated and frankly needs an overhaul

Store is clean and well stocked. Bogo deals are great but the prices on their meat, poultry and fish can be outrageous. Its great and convenient if youre in a hurry and need to just grab a few items, but I wouldnt buy all my groceries here. Way too expensive! My husband bought a pack of pork chops and I had some I had bought a week ago at Presidente, the difference in the amount, size and price is huge. Im not sure if this is price gouging but Im sticking to Presidente or Bodegon for my groceries. For $100 I can feed a family of 5 for almost 2 weeks.

Kayla is extremely professional and talented. I would highly recommend her to my friends and family. I was very very happy with my cakes got a ton of compliments! Publix Supermarkets are consistently the finest in Florida. The stores are clean, the products are excellent, and the employees are smiling. This Publixs is extremely busy with local shoppers and continuous shuttle buses from the near-by retirement community Century Village. The Customer Service desk (poorly designed) is always confusing with sales, returns, lottery, rentals, financial services and many more functions. Overall, a great food retailer, but this is one of their lesser operated stores.
