Jacob comes over to look at my garage door -- before getting out of the truck he said it looked like a quick fix -- after looking at the door he said I may need to replace the entire door.The door was physically twisted on the track and parts of the track where bowing toward the wall and 3 rollers slipped out.He said he was going to make a call and see if we could potentially avoid the higher price tag especially since the door needed atleast 1 more person for things to be safe.About 30 minutes later Joey, Connor and Shane where here.I was told Joey has been doing this for 20 years -- in about 20 minutes he had the door back up -- replaced the missing rollers and had fixed the track. His recommendation was to replace all the hinges, all the rollers and do some maintenance to avoid having to replace the door.If google let me give them 50 stars I would.**They showed up on time, they were friendly and diligent in there work.**The price was right where I hoped it would be.**You want your garage door to work like new reach out to these guys.

Quality Garage Door Service exceeds expectations! Heather set the appointment and the technician Daniel is a true professional. I had the torsion cables and rubber guard replaced this visit. Daniel came early and finished early so I asked if he could inspect my other garage door and he recommended the rubber guard be replaced but torsion cables on this door were fine. He checked his schedule and had the work completed quickly. I appreciate they only perform the necessary work and pricing is reasonable.

Dishonest and now days that’s the least you need in a business. I had Daniel come out, great personality but he uses that for his advantage and the company only. He was adding things in my quote that when I questioned the City they told two of the items were not accurate and they were charging me up to $300 extra for. From the minute I called even the lady in the office said that you might need extra wood and that’s without her even seeing my garage door. So it was only a set up because when Daniel came he says to me that I need extra wood to pass the inspection and that was false because the city ask for images and told me that I did not need what they were charging me for. So the next company came out and sure thing they didn’t mention a thing about it. Good luck

Daniel came, did full maintenance on my garage door and had to come back because the bulb in the motor wasnt turning on. The bulb was not tight enough. I did not tighten the bulb enough. Ill probably be the laughing stock of the day.I highly recommend them.

Dave arrived on time (actually early), assessed my broken spring, offered technical advice as to the (old) condition of my garage door components that need replacing; he didnt push- just sound advice (Ill tend to those other items at another time), and gave me a fair price, within the phone-quoted range, for replacing the two springs with no surprises. He removed the old keypad and installed the new keypad. He patiently helped me program the remote while he did his part up on the ladder with the master garage motor.
