Im very happy with the overall service provided by green garage door repair West Palm. It all started when we heard a loud boom noise - our spring got broken. We have searched and called several places and eventually found these guys. After the initial call they had a technician in my house within several hours he didnt replace the broken spring and advised me on how to maintain the door, so it will last longer. He was very knowledgeable in the craftsmanship was excellent.Recommended!

Best garage door repair in west palm beach area!You guessed it right I had a broken spring and I was locked inside of my garage unable to get my vehicle out. I quickly started quest searching for a good garage door service in the area, I found green, when I called in the lady was very nice and helpful she took all of my information and advise me that a technician will call in couple minutes with ETA, Dima the technician called me after about 10 min and told me he will be here in about 2 hours. When hr arrived he assess what was damaged and broken and fix it.I am very happy with the overall service due to the fact it was efficient, fast and the technician did not try to upsell me with anything else he only fixed what was broken! Great service and highly recommended!

Very impressed with these guys. A few weeks ago my door would not move. I called and a technician showed up within 30mins of my calling. He repaired my door in less than an hour at a very fair price. The technician was very professional and skilled.Will highly recommend.

SCAM ALERT.....!!!!!!!!!I called in to see if Green Garage Door sold parts to the public since their name came up on a Google Search as a paid ad. The guy that answered the phone said they dont sell parts (The same ones that I BOUGHT IN HOME DEPOT) because you have to have a licence to do that and work on a your garage... He was trying to sell me on letting them do it instead of the simple repair I did myself for $4.98 they would happy charge me $225.00..They are less than HONEST

Thanks to Green garage door services we save hundreds of $$. Our door got hit by a car! When other companies did not even offer a repair instead of a replacement, these guys repaired first and offered some tune-ups instead of straight ahead going with the more expensive route. Was able to get same day service to replace broken spring. The installer also recommend replacing the worn out cables and pulleys and the mounting bracket from the opener to the door, which I agreed to do. Markup on their parts was probably 200% or more (looked up the price of the >$10 bracket that I was charged $25 for...) and labor was probably close to $100 hr, plus a $30 service call fee that was supposed to have been waived. At the end, the installer left my house with a door that wouldnt close and a bracket that was barely screwed to the door with a recommendation to replace the opener. After looking up the opener manual on my phone, I spent 15 min after he left adjusting the travel and reinstalling the bracket after the screws fell out. Also, although I called Green Garage Door off their web site, the installer showed up wearing a different company on the T-shirt and the invoice was for yet a different company - Top Garage Door. Seems like the spring and the cables were installed well, but the rest of the experience left me wondering if I really have a warranty on the work and if I paid way too much for what was done.
