I dont usually give reviews but Im so happy with their work, I just had to. Great Family owned Company. Very easy process. Professional, punctual, and quality craftmanship. The Inspector was even impressed. They installed a hurricane impact sliding door. They replaced the rollers on another older sliding glass door and installed an accordion shutter. The impact door opens so smooth with little effort. My other slider slides alot easier now too. The accordion shutter is alot nicer than some others Ive seen. Seriously!! I will definitely be calling them for future projects. Thank you!! You guys are awesome!!

Joe and Julie came on the weekend to give me a quote. Joe determined that I needed new wheels for an impact sliding glass door and a lock fixed on another door. He emailed the quote and said hed send his technicians out ASAP. A few days later, the repair men called to let us know what time they would arrive.Two installers came with new wheels and quickly completed the repair. They thoroughly cleaned and lubricated the tracks on the floor and door, made sure it would slide easily, and checked the locking mechanism. They also fixed the other lock. Service was efficient and reasonably priced. I would definitely call them again.

After reading the positive reviews, I reached out to Joe and his wife for replacing a front entry door and side light. They first recommended I contact a door supplier located adjacent to their office. I followed their recommendation in using that specific supplier (as opposed to ones I already got quotes and specs from), since I know the process could be made easier if the installer works with a supplier that hes familiar with and comfortable with. I met with the supplier, reviewed product options, got a quote, and even had him come out to measure my entryway. I reached back out to Joe and he provided me with a quote, which included cost for installation and additional cost for pulling a permit. I reached back out to him a day later and confirmed that I wanted to hire him. He agreed. Several days, and then weeks later, after numerous attempts to contact him (stopped by his shop, which was closed even though the stated hours said it should have been opened; emailed him 2-3 times; called), I hadnt heard back. I finally heard from the door supplier that Joe was too busy to do my door installation because he was short-staffed - never heard back directly from Joe. Its sad that I had to hear this from someone else instead of from Joe himself. How hard is it to make a phone call? At least dont make customers wait for weeks, which is a waste of time. What a disappointing experience!
