We signed a contract with Window World back in April of 2021 and paid 50% deposit. The Window World had promised the windows will be installed in August, September the latest. Now, 7 months later, were in November. Were trying to reach the office for months now. Nobody is responding to us. No windows, no money, absolutely nothing! They took the money from disabled senior citizens and just run with it. Scam and fraud!!! They do not deserve a one star! Do not recommend them at all. Find a more reputable company.

Just ordered my replacement hurricane resistant window and door. My neighbor highly recommended Window World. Kevin was very knowledgeable, prompt, respectful and kind. Further, he responded to my request for additional documentation for my insurance company before I decided to contract with Window World! Customer service 100! I look forward to a smooth installation process :-)

Window world is the best company for windows in USA. This is my 2 Nd time got their service. During pandemic when supply chain broke, I still got my windows installed and passed by city same day. Issue with city with glass block, window world work with Pembroke Pines city and passed. Alfaro and Alex installed it nicely. Manger Cavin is the best manager. He continues communicate and finish the job. I took loan just before finished but Cavin drove all the way take care paperwork. In office Ms Davie is very helpful. Window world helped me with not damage my structure and save trouble from city. Please verify no one can beat price and service as window world. I suffered 2 years for window at Tamarac with different window company. Window world is simply the best. Get few quote and find yourself. Thanks to window world team. I will agin use and refer friends and family.

They refused to help me with closing out the permit. I unknowingly removed the window stickers my fault and for some other reasons my windows failed to pass on the permit end. They are completely unreliable and unresponsive. I would never recommend them I’m my 1100 home community not would I recommend them to anyone. I am a senior citizen and do not deserve the way they have treated me.

I signed the contract in Sept. Sliding glass door replacement. Installed in February (poorly) an inch gap at the top on one side, a gap between the doorframe and the wall, a bar that is 2 inches higher than the floor and a major hazard, plus they left a filthy mess. Called the GM a few times was told they would fix it, that was weeks ago. Very disappointed, do not recommend

Great Value from a company that has installed windows on a house that we previously owned out of state and as well as my family. They back up their product. That experience led us to consider them again for our most recent home.

We are waiting on the installation of our impact windows. We got the best price for quality windows and I cant wait until they are installed. Ron Cruz our rep was very nice and knowledgeable.

Installation was poor - incomplete and unacceptable. Purchased 2 windows and a double door in June 2020. Installers showed up in October and destroyed our home. No site protection on our wood floors! Dumped material all over our yard. They cracked the frame on the new impact window and the double doors did not fit in the opening properly. You could see the outside thru the cracks. Contacted BBB and still lied and gave us a run around. Would NOT recommend

I had to have a single hung replaced due to a seal failure. I called the office and my window was ordered the same day. On install, Chico and Ricky came to my house. They took pride in their work and install was well done. These two guys are hard working and assets.Yesterday, 2/25/2020 I had 4 additional impact windows installed. The crew headed by David was without the slightest obstacle. Each window, and two were 20 ft high, were installed with care and professional. I am saving $$ to finish my whole house. Good job guys!

I have called five times to find out the status of the paperwork that is needed to get the approval of my Condo Association. I have left messages, but, my calls have not been returned.

This review is being written based on my experience with the sales department. I will update my experience when the job is completed and hopefully it doesnt change. Kevin (sales manager) and Yasix (office contact) were the WindowWorld representatives I was in touch with during the quoting/inquiring process. Very cordial, helpful and knowledge but most important STRAIGHT TO THE POINT. Time is valuable for a busy working single mom like me and I really got tired of the sales pitch and constant follow up calls of all the other companies. I did my research and called several places and by far, price wise, WindowWorld offered me the most complete package for my money besides the most competitive financing option with Wells Fargo (monthly payments for 25 months interest free). Kevin made it happen and I am very very happy with that!

It started with the salesman Kevin Keegan, in my experience he was incompetent, he didn’t show me any samples and omitted to tell me important details. He also did not stress that after signing the contract you have only 3 days to make any changes, once this time is past you cannot cancel and payment must be made in full even if you no longer want any of the product. The windows are of good quality but you must watch the installers as Window World use sub contractors. I had two excellent installers from “Intact Windows & Door Installations”. However a friend of mine had Window World and kicked two sets of installers off the job due to gross incompetence.

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with this company. We werent really sure what we wanted or how the process worked but after we left, we were sure we made the right choice with a lot of guidance. We ended up highly satisfied with the quality and overall recommendations that were made. Installation was just as smooth as my sale. Installers were what seemed like in and out and left no sign of being there unlike other installations weve had with other companies. They were even great with my animals who normally stress out with new visitors. Thanks for a great experience! Well be back!

I initially had 4 windows replaced in 2018 and from my first meetingwith Kevin Keagan. I was impressed. It took about 4 months, as expectedsince they were making them to fit my opening. Upon arrival the installation team was first class, professional and neat. They left thespace must cleaner then when they began. Today, I signed anothercontract to replace the sliders in the condo and will no doubt have thesame positive experience. Replacement windows take time and I amgrateful for the 250 kilowatt reduction in my electric bill. Great Job!

Worst company ever!! Good luck getting anyone to call you back after you give them a deposit. Was told 8-12 weeks took 7 months to get 5 windows installed. Now it’s been 3 months trying to get them to replace the screen that was damaged when the windows were delivered. I literally had to call in my own final inspection as I tried for over 6 weeks to get anyone to even call me back about the inspection and repairs on the screen. Now 3 months later they keep trying to charge a credit card I never authorized them to charge and still have have not even got a call back about repairs. Save your time and find another company. I would never use or recommend this company to anyone!! You have not emailed me once so don’t even lie. And you have my number so call me your self then. As for the inspection the only reason it was done 3 week later not 11 days is because I did it my self. If you had any clue What was going on in your company you would now that already

The salesman LIED to me and said that they had an in house installation team. He was fired but that didnt help me any as I already paid my deposit. The owner of the company promised, as his Office Manager DID as well, that my installation would be seamless. What a joke.4 people were suppose to show up at 9:00 am. ONLY 2 PEOPLE showed up and they were over 1-1/2 HOUR LATE. I had to INSPECT WITH A FLASHLIGHT IN THE DARK. . . but read the details below and then I hope you decide NOT to use them.The lead person LEFT FOR MORE THAN 2 HOURS after a late lunch and came back with a 3rd person, WHO BASICALLY DID ALL THE CAULKING.It was getting dark and they started to hang the impact door. To start with, he SCRATCHED the interior tiles in the entryway.The hung door had a 1/2 GAP between the threshold and the bottom of the door, and you could see sunlight coming through!!! The door DID NOT CLOSE properly because the plate was out of alignment. The face plate of the hardware was not installed straight. He installed a molding on the exterior and SHOULD NOT HAVE, and they LEFT A 4-1/2 LONG and 1/4 GAP ON THE EXTERIOR RIGHT SIDE between the molding and edge of the door . . . so more critters could get in there. The interior molding had 1/2 caulking on the bottom right side and 3/4 caulking on the bottom left side . . . so it looked like this installer had NEVER CUT TRIM BEFORE EVER! The door WAS NOT INSULATED at all.They were going to send their service technician, Chris, out to re-install the door and when I asked him how many doors he had installed he said a couple. I had it! I wrote emails and waited two weeks and never heard back so I had someone come and REMOVE THE DOOR. I had enough of Window World incompetency and lack of communication at this point. The person I hired to remove the door said there was so much caulk that it would be a challenge to remove it without damaging the exterior stucco/texture, but it had to be done. I bought a door at Home Depot and it is hung beautifully. I had to repair the interior because of all the caulk they used inside damaged the walls. The front entryway tiles are original so there is no way I can fix them, I just have to live with scratched tiles so I put a rug over them. But the exterior is a real problem!Window World say this is my fault! Why would anyone send out someone to install a door who has absolutely no business installing them . . . professionally!!!! This is just crazy. They said that I insisted on that installation date. Simply NOT TRUE! More lies.Last but not least, the owner Mark Collins wrote me a threatening email after I had the door taken down. He said that if I didnt tell him who took he down he would report me. He said that what I had done was a criminal act and that if I did not tell him who took the door down that he would report me. Enough already! I went to the permit office, showed them the threatening email and asked, How do I fix this? and then helped me.There is no customer service. There is no communication. Just lies and more lies. STAY AWAY!!!!

I recently purchased windows from Window World and from the very beginning to the end the staff has been truly wonderful. I love my windows. I am happy customer. I would totally recommend Window World.

Do not use this company. They took our initial order in August. The order was never placed. In October when I called to inquire about my order, a different salesman came and told me to disregard the order, that he was starting from scratch. He gave me an order that listed a balance which when combined with my original deposit and the new deposit came to the amount we discussed.Now four months later the job is still one third unfinished and this company made an unauthorized charge to my credit card for a balance I’m still disputing. At best, they didn’t do a good job of explaining their bill. At worst it’s like a shell game. Better to go elsewhere even if you have to pay a little more.

I use to work for them as installer, and I can tell you that was my worse experience working with a window company, They are not reliable and installation services takes a long time since you sign contract because they do not have installers, they do not pay their subcontractor installer, in my experience every tuesday the check was always unfulfilled so I left, and also because their windows are the worst in the market and that I say it with assurance ..But the worse thing according to Florida law, those who work on your property or provide materials, and are not paid-in-full, have a right to enforce their claim for payment against your property. This claim is known as a construction lien.If your contractor fails to pay subcontractors or material suppliers, the people who are owed money may look to your property for payment, even if you have paid your contractor in full.This means that if a lien is filed against your property, your property could be sold against your willFlorida status 713 part 1Mr Collins, I tried many time contact you to get my money for my installation services, I have all the certificate of completion signed by owner with a really nice review on my services, so I will get my money, letter are on the way to owner,

Did a fantastic job on replacing 2 very large windows that were cracked from hurricane. Have recommended to 2 people already and will be using them beginning of year for impacts! Definitely recommend. Customer service is on point and pricing is very fair!

So I want to do business with these guys but Kevin the Manager will never call me back. I am concerned because they have some Great Commercials but then some really Bad Reviews. A 3.0 and 10 Reviews to be Exact. Now with that being said when I went into the Store I asked them why the Bad Reviews and one of the Girls (no longer there) said installer Shortage and Permits. The Fact that Kevin cannot call me back is concerning so I recently bought from somebody else. Guys get it together or you will be out of business shortly. Update 12-30 To the Owner. Actually not true. I was looking for Impact Windows when I walked into their office on another call in the Same Complex. I had Zero intentions of selling them my Services (even though they need it badly) I wouldnt call it Karma I would call it paying attention to detail which is something this company has a hard time doing. Trust Me....I have seen it all from California to the Florida. The people that listen to me Thrive the ones that dont...well. Good luck with your Windows Worlds Commercials just make sure you fix those customer complaints.

Thank you Window World! I love my new windows and beautiful doors! After doing some shopping around, I stopped in the office to see what they had to offer. The GM Kevin met with me and demonstrated the windows in the showroom and answered all of my questions. He made an appointment with me the next afternoon to come out and give me a quote. He showed up on time, measured all of my windows, answered my wifes additional questions, and quoted us $3500 less than our lowest quote that we already had (as was about to purchase before I met with him). There was no high pressure, the quote was clearly explained, as was the expectations of 3-4 months lead time, so we gave him a deposit. We got a call in the middle of September saying the windows were in and our permit had been issued, and the next available date for install was the 2nd week of October. The crew showed up and were 100% professional and friendly and got right to work. The install was scheduled for 2 days, but actually took 3 days due to some issues removing some of my windows and old crappy sliding glass door. They showed up on the 3rd day, finished the install promptly, cleaned up, and were out of there before we knew it. The total experience was top notch. I have recommended them to my family and neighbors, and my sister is getting a quote this week! Thank you Window World!!!

Bought new windows and had them installed. They were very professional. Product came in on time and had them installed by the date they gave us. Will highly recommend them. Prior to Window World, I tried getting Windows installed by Paradise Windows which was a nightmare!! I waited 4 months for my Windows because they said the manufacture had them on back order which was totally BS. I had to fight for refund . Im glad I was able to get my money back and do business with Window World!!

THE WORST company ever!! I had the sales rep come out and measure. The windows came in past the date they said they would arrive. Installation day comes only 2/13 windows fit. The office and the management staff have no idea what day it is let alone if there is a problem or when it will be fixed. I had to called Paula to remind her my replacement windows should be in there in a couple weeks.Windows are in and 5 of them have water residue in the center. Had to get those replaced thank goodness for manufacturing warranty. Ordered those 5 windows and install guy is here today. INSTAL GUY ROCKS!!!! The windows DONT FIT AGAIN!! It’s no ones fault but the manufacturer and their snowball effect Paula said. Well I want to know is how windows is your business when you can’t measure openings, order the measured openings, know when they are being delivered or having a close schedule time? DO NOT USE THEM! You will get a cheaper price by 3000$ NOT WORTH IT !!!Mark your company is half and half. If i would have been notified more and not left without knowing anything I would have felt better about the situation . I was left in the dark and look at how many times I had your guys come out to finish the job.

We had six windows and a sliding glass door (SGD) replaced by Window World. Although we had a difficult experience and long delays due to the manufacturers quality control, Window World worked diligently with us to rectify and resolve the situation. I have been in the construction industry for over 30 years and understand completely how these situations can happen but it is always the resolution to the issues that make or break a relationship. Kevin Keegan, Yasix Bowen, Pam Portell and the owner, Mark Collins all played an important part of this resolution. In addition, the windows now look and work great since they were replaced by the manufacturer and reinstalled by Window World, making good on their warranty. The installers were respectful of our home and personable as well. We were also able to come to an agreement for the SGD that worked for both parties.I would certainly recommend Window World in the future and appreciate their commitment to finalizing a mutually fair deal.
