Paid them $25 k for hurricane windows including the inspection permit. Robert Hillebrand installed them as AOA’s partner. Never got the permit pulled in the City of Homestead. They aren’t registered. Rufuses to get the permit after 9 months of communication and excuses. All on text for the record. Now I will have to hire an engineering firm to validate the install meets code and sue them in court for the costs involved. They don’t care a bit. Don’t use them!

Ryan, Steve and the entire crew at AOA are amazing! They replaced all our windows, our front door, our slider and even an interior door and their work was impeccable, which is truly and sadly a rarity down here in south Florida. My wife and I are very picky when it comes to quality and neatness and they exceeded all expectations! Great work, integrity and good communication at a fair price are hallmarks of any good business and these guys have them in spades. Do NOT use anyone else for impact doors and windows! A++
