Very good selection of doors with knowledgeable sales personnel. They weren’t very flexible on pricing and I wish order time was better. But the door did come in when they estimated. Installer was very professional and did a perfect job. Still waiting for the door to be stained so the job isn’t complete yet.

This company was a pleasure to work with especially our sales rep Stanley who walked us through everything step by step and took time to explain all aspects of the door and accessories and answered all of our questions and was clear he had in depth knowledge. Our installation coordinator Linda was also great to work with and always kept us up to date on the status of installation and the installers DMAC were also exceptional including the recommended door painters. The customer service post installation was also great for any issues (e.g. small damage etc.) The cost can be quite sizable but well worth the value. Was a great experience process from start to finish!

We went into the showroom and Shawn helped us. We took our time and he answered all our questions. The door was delivered and the install was quick. Unfortunately the glass was cracked on the inside in the corner and was installed anyway because the preparation were already made on my door. Before the gentleman’s left, I received a call that a new glass replacement was on the way.That’s how you do business and keep satisfied customer. We loved doing business with First Impressions. The sales team was very helpful with narrowing down our selection based on many factors. Their permitting process, measurement process, installation and final inspection all went exactly as planned. After 2 attempts to actually contact the sales department through their scheduler Carol at First Impressions, West Palm Beach, I finally received a call back from Stan after speaking to Julian a few minutes earlier. I explained to Stan that I wished to have 3 exterior doors replaced in my home with the focus on the entry door whereas I sent rough specs of the opening and a picture of the door that is a standard design from one of their own suppliers. Stan informed me that they would not work with me at all over the phone even though a home visit is required by them to take actual measurements. He stated that they will not act until they actually receive a deposit from a showroom visit whereas I had no problem giving a deposit over the phone. I would like to know since I had the doors chosen and ready to move forward what was the real purpose of me having to go to the showroom? Very poor business practice and they lost a 3 door sale and installation. I would not recommend any company that did not have the thought of customer convenience in mind.

This is the second home weve used First Impressions. The glass inserts they installed on the front doors are absolutely GORGEOUS and we love all the molding they supplied (chair rail and crown).

The sales staff was very courteous and professional. The sales process went very smoothly, as did the installation. The individual that stained the doors did an excellent job!! The doors are beautiful. The doors are a little pricey but you get what you pay for.

Doors came in fast about 3 weeks. I was never updated on the status of the doors. I had to keep checking in to see what was going on but other than that it was a good experience. Would use them again for other projects.

Recently purchased a pocket door for a small remodel I am doing. Great hardware and the installation went perfect. Locally owned is important to me, much better service than a big box.

Very easy to work with. Dealt with the over the phone, email and West Palm showroom. All of which were very pleasant experiences.

We only went in to get baseboards but the service was great, salesman was knowledgable, prices were comparable to big box stores (if not better), and all in all our experience was awesome! I would totally recommend. I will be going back when I need doors!

Do yourself a favor And do not use them. Same door 100% more money then any other quote. Lazy sales “consultant” would’ve t even get up and help me. Waste of time, they should be embarrassed in how I was treated. “You can go to Home Depot and don’t expect their expertise“ their expertise? You sat behind the desk and wouldn’t even show me anything. “Go get it at Home Depot” those were his last words. I hope their GM reaches out to me please 🙏. This is what I get trying to help the small stores.

We are giving 4 stars only because the first salesman didn’t return our phone calls. We gave it a second try and the new guy was very helpful. He answered all our questions ( or found the answer). The accountant lady explained the payment process. She immediately contacted us when the was a billing error and corrected it just as quickly.They subcontractor the installation. The installers were professional and knew what they were doing. There is demolition so expect dust. They were neat at the work area.We got a quality door. It’s not cheap, but we are satisfied

They have a good selection of doors! I felt like the sales people didnt want to help much though. They told me they were gonna email me a quote for a door, but they never did. So I ended up buying somewhere else. Customer service could be better.Besides that, all good

We had used First Impressions once before with excellent results. Recently we returned to purchase new front doors and impact windows. The selection was unmatched by any of their competitors. We found the shopping experience pleasant and the advice that we received extremely helpful. We never felt pressured. Instead we were encouraged to take our time to consider what we truly felt was the right product for us. The installation crew was experienced and expert. The day that they did our job was an extremely rainy which made the process more difficult but these men persisted and clearly wanted us to be completely satisfied. It was a pleasure interacting with Freddy Hertado. He was very helpful and provided many options with the exterior door selections and provided helpful feedback. The slight disappointment, (not with the sales department) is when I arrived to pick up the doors. I received 3 doors and a side lite set. The side lite was missing the plugs that cover the screw heads, leaving the screws exposed. I had to ask for plugs to complete the assembly. This tells me they might not have a quality control process to check the completed doors. I would suggest to implement that process so the customer is not catching these issues. Other than that situation, I would highly recommend the them

My door was delivered and installed within the period stated at purchase. It appears to be solidly built and the installers did a superb job. They even had to do some stucco work which was well doneI only wish they also did painting. Four and not five stars, only because of the price

Im a small remodel contractor. But you wouldnt know it walking into First Impressions. The counter guys always treat me like my order is the biggest order, and the order fulfillment guys always get my ordered ready quickly and professionally. I always find what I know will make my customers happy because of First Impressions large inventory and vast network of resources.

Horrible experience! We went and visited the showroom and asked for a quote. Got numerous appointments for them to come and give an estimate and never heard back from them!

One of the best shopping experiences ive ever had. These guys had the widest variety of doors, and at a better price than the big box stores. I saved almost $1000, and got a better door in less time. They were also very knowledgeable, and helped me a lot since i was pulling permits myself, and getting someone to do the work. I recommend them every time.

We had our front door replaced by First Impression a few months ago. The door was custom made with a wrought iron insert sandwiched inside two panes of glass. The final product turned out beautiful and completely transformed our homes appeal both inside and out. Installation only took a few hours and the guys cleaned up nicely. It was well worth it!

We recently had a water leak in our kitchen that ruined some of our baseboard. When we contacted First Impression, they were able to special order material that matched our existing baseboard perfectly. The service we received was excellent. We would definitely use them again.
