The best in town for a long time now. Ive been visiting this Carvel since I first moved to Florida in 1979. Every year — without exception — I get a Carvel cake for my birthday. An incredibly friendly, always customer-focused staff. Always with a smile and a great attitude. All of their flavors are awesome but... viva Oreo milkshake!! The best!!

What Häagen-Dazs? All American top Ice cream taking me back decades! Simply the best! Wednesdays are the best day to go. Im just surprised they dont have the established year shown or printed anywhere...go figure? 1929 folks!

I drive past this place all the time and finally decided to try it. Im glad I did. We got the Oreo Shake and Orange Sorbet. Both were very good. The shake was very creamy and not super sweet. They have a good variety of favors. I cant wait to try more. I didnt know that they sell ice cream cakes too! I will definitely be back

The best Carvel. This is the vintage Carvel store, and not far from Antiques Row. This local landmark has beautiful and stylish lines, and the ice cream is consistently wonderful Carvel. It’s a must go if you’re visiting the area! Get your Ice Cream cake with the chocolate crunches, or have them sprinkled on your Ice Cream Cone!

Its been years since I had Carvel ice cream and I was pleasantly surprised. Nice creamy delicious ice cream! Soft serve includes Mint and cake batter flavors in addition to vanilla and chocolate. Soft serve mint mmmm!

Delicious ice cream, many flavor choices. The chocolate frosted waffle cones are a fabulous touch. We had orange tangerine sorbet, and Oreo milkshake. Sorbet was light and flavorful, the shake was surprisingly light and not overly sweet. We will return!

Walked up to the door at 9:59 and the door was locked. I am reporting this location to Carvel corporate. We have come here on a 2x a week basis but she just lost a frequent customer.

I really enjoyed my ice cream sundae.. Its like tasting a bit of heaven on earth..

This shop is adorable and we love Carvel. This would have been a 5 but no one was friendly. I brought 4 of my kids in and they werent friendly to any of them. It was a bummer.

This is the Thick Shake black and white... It has milk, chocolate ice crem.. Its delicious and with this hot weather we have now is just perfect... Really refreshing and just melt in your mouth...  Do not forget to try it... It is the thick shake... Enjoy!!!

They have a social distancing sign on the door that only four customers are allowed in at a time, yet while we were there, there were consistently six customers inside and management did not stand up to this. The desserts themselves were lovely. They’re definitely more expensive than Dairy Queen which is just down the street.

I saw many reviews of people saying that this is the best ice cream around. If thats truly the case, I feel sorry for you all. Now granted, we didnt get straight ice cream, the GF and I got carvelanches. My cookie dough was OK. Just tasted like ice cream with cookie dough added in, and tons of it. Why not tone down the cookie dough and add a few chocolate chips and little chocolate syrup? I love cookie dough, but dont like overkill. Speaking of overkill, the GF got the birthday cake carvelanche. My gf complained about there being too many sprinkles. I didnt believe her so I tried it. It wasnt ice cream with sprinkles, it was more like sprinkles with a little ice cream, with artificial flavor added in. The one half spoon that I had was overly artificial tasting, was chocked so full of huge crunchy sprinkles that I thought I was going to chip a tooth. The aftertaste was like eating Tums. Not so yummy. I dont know the long history of Carvel, but if they want to innovate, maybe they should take some tips from Cold Stone, or even Dairy Queen.

Ice cream is good here and it is a clean place.

I have visited this place for many years and I usually get a good service but today one of the Girls named (jessi ) that worked today Friday 28 of February 2020 09:30 pm she was EXTREMELY RUDE she started by telling me that she could not put the topping in my order on my ice cream and that I can put it myself. Later she gave me the topping in a cup and proceed to check out I told her that this was never done before and told her that her tone of voice was very rude then she proceeded to tell me to get out of there. And the rest of the staff come to me to apologize for her behavior..I was astonished to the way she treat me and my family and I hope never to encounter again such a nasty server again. I hope she learn to treat customers as they are. Customers and I hope she gets fired from that position.

We go to this location every Friday or Saturday night. The staff is great and the place is clean. We always have a great experience.

They are beautifully artistic and perfectly done and fresh. The trip is well worth it. Even just getting a soft serve cone, mint chip in a cup or a banana split is worth the trip here. Best ice cream place in Palm Beach County! This is authentic ice cream, all cakes and ice cream flavors are made in house which is RARE nowadays. I worked here in high school and continue to go back. The owners are very clean and care about the products they make and serve. You will not be disappointed.

Always pleasant here. Customer service is on point. Been here several times & every time has been great. Only reason I only give 4 stars is because some customers make it hard. Im not a smoker so to be sitting there with my grandchildren & a group or family comes next to us smoking makes it uncomfortable.

As others said, family owned for over 40 years. Very CLEAN. Been here a few times to get ice cream and have bought pre-made cakes. The outside seating area is a little tiny, its meant to be just a quick sit down. Also not hard to miss from the street.
