I had the Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup ice cream and it was delicious. The service however, was horrible. The girl who waited on me spoke such poor English, that she couldn’t tell me that the hot fudge heater was broken. She got someone who could explain that if they turned it on, the hot fudge would burn. What no employee could do was to figure out they could microwave it, or put it in the convection oven. I must have waited at least 10 minutes for service, because the girl who didn’t speak English couldn’t figure out how to load a DD Perks card. I should have just left. Because the hassle wasn’t worth it. I don’t know what happened to the 32 flavors, but this store only had 12.

I love Baskin’s ice cream, but i am really not coming back to this location. Employees gave the impression that they did not want to be working there, basically i did not feel welcome.

The drive thru has 2 entry points and you cant expect other drivers to let you get out to get back in line. After waiting for 10 minutes we were told they didnt have ANY ice cream

They cant even get orders right. Each time I order from this place theres ALWAYS something missing or incorrect and ordered today the complete order was wrong. Never order from here!

Placed an order on DoorDash for a $20 peanut butter cup pie which was listed at the top as a popular favorite. They confirmed the order and waited until 15 minutes after the dasher arrived to pick up to cancel my order reporting they couldn’t fulfill the order. They never called me to let me know and like I said, waited 40 after receiving my request to deny making it. I should receive a refund of $28 in about 7 days... and they cancelled my order just in time to miss an opportunity to order from elsewhere before they stopped taking orders.

They had like 10 flavors of ice cream. Very limited. I was disappointed. Service was good though.

They literally tried to kill my friend by giving them a peanut sundae substitute without asking if they were allergic to peanuts delivered it and still didnt bother to let my friend know that they switched it

Worst customer service ever! I was there a couple months ago and a make employee didnt stop laughing at people. I told me self I would never go back. My girlfriend wanted ice cream so I said we would give this location another chance but the same guy with the same BS was there. Smiling and laughing at us. Another employee went to the back of the store with my girlfriends Ice cream she claimed she went to get spoons but that wasnt true since there were pletnty of spoons at the front.Very disappointed! Will never go to this location again.

Ice cream is delicious...But the people working are totally careless.Hay BR maybe if you paid them a little better, they will develop awareness and pay more attention...if theyre getting a nice pay like the people from chik fil a and they dont better their service then replace them with people who will.

Attended around midnight as a birthday surprise for my wife, place was not clean. Only 1 worker who was attempting to service both drive through and in store customers simultaneously. Will not return to this branch. Will try another location before fully writing off Baskin Robbins.

Slow service but the ice cream still good though prices on the high side imo.

Who does not like 31 flavors of ice creamand I even believe now they have more than 31 flavors and their prices are extremely fair and they have excellent customer service.

Baskin-Robbins is my favorite ice cream period. There chocolate is my favorite. Stopped and got a chocolate fudge sundae which was also really good. Definitely one of my favorite places to stop and get ice cream and milkshakes !!

Good cheap price for feb 14th

Ive gone here 3 differnt times, on 3 different occasions. Every time Ive gone. The employees would tell me that multiple flavors of ice cream ran out. Or they no longer had any more of the flavor i asked for.

They had no ice cream when I visited so cant make an opinion on that lol but the location is accessible and the employees were very polite. The establishment was very clean.

I work at another Dunkin/Baskin location and I had to call three times to get in touch with anyone. And the second time I got hung up on after saying hello several times. The third time, when I finally got someone on the phone, it was like she didnt want to talk or try to help with what I needed. Our location isnt so rude. Gladly, I wasnt a ASL or Manager. Im not taking it to heart or anything cause I deal with rude people everyday. My point is... You are running a company and you can make your store loose business by being rude to people. Just giving yall a heads up. Over and out.

Dont waste the time. Theyvlie about being out of stuff and closing at 11pm when they are suppose to be 24hr.

This Baskin Robbins has to be the worst I have ever been to. It took 20 minutes for my husband and I to get two small milkshakes. Then after we drove away and tried them, they were disgusting. All you could taste was chunks of ice and water that tasted ever so slightly like milk. I will never go back and I would recommend that no on else go to this location either.

This is the second time I have stopped there for ice cream. This recent visit i ordered an Oreo sundae and a peanut butter cup sundae. She gave me two Oreo sundaes and didn’t even give me my change which was thirty cents. Both times I have been there for ice cream my orders have not been correct.

Very very slow took about 20 mins for an order to be ready and then one of the staff everytime I was talking with the people I went with kept saying what what did you say wont ever go back

My daughter and husband order a Reeses peanut butter sundae the girl makes it with caramel and chocolate syrup no peanut butter I ask her why she would make it with caramel and she didnt even make it right or give a discount for making it wrong and the ice cream isnt worth the price dont put enough stuff on the sundae
