I wish I could give them zero stars. This location is a disgrace. No one answers the phone and your order will be late by days without anyone ever reaching out to you. My mother has still not received the birthday gift I sent her but you cant actually get a human to talk to you or answer an email. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!

Very bad attitude from Jim at this store. When I kept telling him about my order and not getting any email confirmation he blamed cooperate for the reason. This was a bad service!!Your website says you will be notified if your package will be delivered the next day then PLEASE HOLD YOUR WORD! I called numerous times during the day yesterday to make sure my order will be arriving around/after 9pm.If you couldn’t fulfill my order why would you have the option for me to pick Mother’s Day???

I wanted to due something for my parents on their 67th Anniversary they were spending alone in Florida. Due to Covid we could not fly to be with them. They were ordering In dinner so I decided to surprise them with a special dessert. Betsy was amazing!!! She was kind, caring, helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. I had no idea what I wanted to do, and she made it painless. My parents just LOVED their platter and balloons! They called me already eating a chocolate dipped strawberry!! Thank you Betsy! - couldn’t have done it without you!! This will be my go to gift going forward for many occasions throughout the year!!

Not pleased with delivery. It was for a business which on their site says it will be delivered by 5pm at the lastest. I called at 330p to check on the status and was told its in route.. Got a call at 445p asking what time the business closes, I advised the lady at 5. She sounded frantic and said ok we are on our way. I asked how long. She said 10 minutes. I asked my friend to stay until they got there. It wasnt delivered until 5:12p. I think it is unacceptable that she had to stay late and that I was lied to twice on the phone.
When I talk to the lady she assured me that my delivery would be their before 1:00pm because the gift box was for a teacher. At 1:30pm on bosss day nothing! I called the store and the lady was now like oh we cant guantee a delivery time. I ask before what time does delivery start they first said at 11:00am. When I ask that day she said driver didnt start until 1:15 pm and the store was 5 mins from school. Then I let her know that this was for bosss day and I ask do you have balloons for it she said yes we sure do its a bundle pack for 5 for $13.99. I said thats fine I want they. When they finally arriver an hour after they said they would arrive 3 balloons the said just because and a gold heart balloon. I call and they lady said oh we dont have 5 for that only 3 and we ran out of bosss day balloons because we got a huge order the day of. Well first of all you should of been honest and said it was 3 and not 5. And second I made my order Wednesday morning your telling orders made the day off jump over my order!? I was super piss and will NEVER order from them again!
Its so sad the workers dont want to work i made a order when I came in at the same time I wanted to order something and they told me they dont take orders after 3:30 but hell I came in me and my daughter around the same time and they made my order they full of it and lazy

I called (8AM 5/7) my local store that delivered the initial item(1900 Okeechobee Blvd) to let them know that the 12 count dipped strawberries were not delivered with my order. I was told that the manager was not there and they would call me back. Never heard anything from them. Tried to call the store again in the afternoon and there was no answer. Not very happy with the service I have received. The initial delivery was delivered at 9:30 at night, slightly late and missing an item. Then I have not received any contact from the local store.

I ordered chocolate covered strawberries for my daughter who is in college, and asked them to be delivered to her apartment. The store assured me that they would be delivered to her on a Friday. Friday comes and no delivery, I call and they explain it was a little mistake and I rescheduled the delivery day for that upcoming Monday. Monday comes, still no delivery. I call once again and they tell me that my order was never conformed, even though I received email confirmation of my order. They proceed to apologize and call my daughter to arrange a delivery time for Tuesday. Tuesday comes and they STILL have not delivered, and when I tried to call this time they told me there was NO delivery scheduled and then proceed to hang up on me. Absolutely ridiculous and TERRIBLE customer service. If youre thinking about ordering from this location I would strongly advise against it.
I would like to first say, this is the SECOND year in a row we have had an issue with this location.Last year my husband sent me an arrangement for Valentines day. The order never arrived, and I was told I needed to go to the shop to pick it up if I wanted it (even though he has paid for delivery).This year, my husband ordered me an arrangement for Valentines Day again. I left work and got a call from him asking how I liked my gift... what gift? It never arrived. We tried to call the store.. first he sat on hold for 45 minutes and nobody came back to the phone. We tried to call again and they disconnected their line! We tried again on Saturday, and Sunday... nope. Nobody answers the phone. I checked our order status today.. still arranging. Its TUESDAY, this order should have been delivered on Friday. This store needs to be closed. Dont take on orders you cant fulfill... you should have learned from your mistake last year. Apparently not.
Staff was very friendly and helpful! I called when I got off work to have a box of chocolate dipped strawberries made and they had them ready within 15 minutes. They fulfilled my last minute request so quickly. Thank you!
The front staff was super friendly and helpful over the phone when I placed my order. They helped me sign up for offers and discounts. My order was ready within an hour. The fruit is fresh and very tasty. The smoothies are great as well! First time ordering from here but it won’t be my last.
I am very disappointed by the company in West Palm Beach. I ordered an arrangement to be sent to my daughter for Mother’s Day from her daughter and changed the delivery date to Tuesday the 12th because they were out of town. The guy on the phone said it was all set for Tuesday but showed up Saturday the 9th well sure Ian going to be any good when she gets home also no card with who it is from or anything. Thanks 75.00 down the drain... Never again will I order again from this place.
Do not tell customers you are willing to accommodate. I called a week before asking if you guys can deliver my item before 8:30am because I know you guys are open at 9am. You guys told me you are willing to accommodate and have someone there at 8am the day of. The day before the scheduled date of delivery, you guys called me and told me you guys cant do it because youre open at 9am....so WHY tell me you can accommodate in the first place?! Not only that, but I found out the item wont be received until 11am because the delivery person doesnt come in until an hour after it opens....why is this not disclosed?! Dont give me an option to pick up in store....if I wanted to do that, I wouldve done that and not go through this hassle. Way to ruin a customers first time experience with Edible Arrangements.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!Ordered an arrangement on Friday at 5am and never got a call, email or any notification of the delivery being unsuccessful! Decided to give them Monday as an extra day for delivery and nothing. Drove to the store on Tuesday to be met with a man who said he did not know what was going on because the manager had quit the day before. Unprofessional!! No apology, rain check or anything! I HAD TO COME IN TO GET A REFUND AND IF I DID NOT THEY WOULD OF JUST CHARGED ME FOR A PRODUCT I NEVER RECEIVED/DELIVERED!!
Was trying to find the perfect gift for my friend going through a tough time in her life, she needed cheering up and was so depressed, so decided to Order Edible Arrangements. She loved it, it really perked her up when she call me to let me know how happy it made her feel, So when you know someone is down this will certainly pepp them up.
I ordered from them for valentines day for my wife and it was scheduled for me to pick it up at 7pm. When i get off work and went to pick it up the store was closed. They didnt call me before they closed or anything to let me know. So i called the 877 number to get a refund and said that i should get it for free because it was not my mistake, it was theirs. So the guy i talked to was polite and called the store himself for both of my requests but the lady at the store said all she will do is the refund. I didnt get anything in return for my hassle. I would never order from them or recommend them to anyone. Dont bother wasting you money or time.P.S.I heard it was no good afterwords anyways!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THANK GOD I ALSO ORDERED FROM SHARIS BERRIES...THEY ARE DELICIOUS. AND I GOT IT IN A DAY AFTER ORDERING LATE THURSDAY NIGHT IT CAME EARLY SATURDAY (VALENTINES) MORNING. A MUCH BETTER OPTION.

My husband ordered chocolate covered strawberries with white chocolate drizzled on them a balloon and teddy bear for 69 online. When he went to this store to pick up it took them 30 mins to find his order. After he left and got home he realized he didnt even get what he paid for . They gave him just plain chocolate strawberries. After eating two we found a rotten on and others were mushy. Tried calling the store multiple times but no one would answer the phone. When we called corporate their line was busy all day. We even sent in an email never heard back from anyone. Very disappointed with the strawberries and for what we paid didnt even get what we wanted. We always order from Hoffman chocolate but since we were in the area ordered from edible never again waste of money
I adore going into this edible arrangements for delicious gifts .Todd is the man to take your order and suggest things that are not online but exclusively in the store itself . He will expertly guide you to the very best gift within your budget and be sure its delivered immediately after it is completed .If people have had problems with service, that must be bc everyone is making fresh delicious orders to go out that day for a holiday . Ive only had one not delivered in California !! Not this place - and Todd puts a personal touch on everything . His suggestions about when to deliver for the most use considering its perishables hes working with are invaluable ! Kudos!

If youre thinking of getting a gift from this place for someone, DONT! they will never receive it!!!! it will never come. Theyll say Oh its being delayed because its been a busy week. were sorry. NOPE NOPE NOPE! Youre never getting it. This place is awful and should be shut down, the customer representatives are rude and have hung up on me. Asking for a refund right after I have not gotten my order, it being late for to long. SAVE YOUR MONEY for a business that would put the effort, this place deserves 0 STARS. Out of two orders, only ONE came. The delivery guy was nice which is why I gave it one star

Its false advertisement you think with a business like this thats based on customer service and customer satisfaction something like never showing up or not calling a customer would be unheard of yet this is Exactly what happened!Im sure 90% of the people that call edible arrangements work for a living dont waste your money youre not going to have a happy ending Im specifically talking about the franchise on Okeechobee. They should be sued for punitive damages.
Poor experience. Ordered an arrangement for my mom. First Valentine’s Day without my father. This never arrived!!!! No one answered phone either. Next day I called. They said they’d refund me shipping but it was in transit. It arrived late on the 15th. Fruit was rotten, ballon was deflated and they sent ‘tiny’ arrangement. My total was $110. I contested on my credit card. I still can’t reach them by phone! Terrible.
The service was great they were very fast with taking and making my order. The treats were very good and I suggest coming to this edible arrangements!!!! 10/10 will come again!
OMG!! Samples samples samples!! Sweet and friendly!! I was here on Aug. 31st 2016. I needed a last minute gift and came in looking for something already made. The only bouquet ready was too big but Kelvin turned around and immediately offered to make something for me on the spot (true lifesaver). He helped me find the perfect gift and while I waited (15min) I got to sample a milk and white chocolate covered banana and the owner also offered me strawberries. Everyone was very nice! Its too bad other people have had not so great experiences here but I certainly got what I needed plus excellent costumer service! Oh and thanks Kelvin for the extra chocolate covered green apple on my way out! (my favorite!!)
This is by far the best Edible Arrangements. I have always been a fan of the company but this specific store goes above and beyond for their customers. The fruit is always extremely fresh and the staff incredibly accommodating. Steinger, Iscoe and Greene loves Edible Arrangements!!
The staff is always very kind and attentive. They also are willing to modify the fruits in the arrangements if you ask which is awesome if you have a food allergy!

Ordered an $80 fruit basket for a birthday party and they didn’t care to meet the deadline the company said my order would be ready. Spoke to Nick and he gave the worst customer service he was so rude and unprofessional, I’ve been going there for years but I’ll be taking my business elsewhere . I would give this zero stars if it was possible

Absolutely awful. I ordered $160 arrangement for Mothers Day and did not receive it. Not even a call to say they were overbooked and would not make it out. When I called the store I couldnt even leave a message because the mailbox was full. I live in another state so this was the only thing they were getting for Mothers Day and were left disappointed. Worst experience ever, will never order from edible arrangements again after ordering. This location gives edible arrangements a bad name! Corporate needs to investigate
I WISH I READ THE REVIEWS. I didn’t read the reviews before choosing this location from the delivery option online. They didn’t even send what I paid for. These arrangements aren’t cheap and to get hardly what you were expecting is very disappointing.FALSE ADVERTISEMENT to say the least. The arrangement looked NOTHING like what I chose and instead of getting an assortment of regular and chocolate covered strawberries my mother and grandmother received a whopping THREE whole regular strawberries.They were still so appreciative about receiving it but when I saw the picture the next day on Facebook I was disgusted. I wish I could give negative stars on this review, and I don’t do that frequently.

THE WORST Edible arrangement franchise I have worked with. I ordered a Valentine/Galentine gift for a friend who is going through a rough time only for my delivery of chocolate strawberries to not be delivered on 2/14/2018 - a day I paid a premium delivery fee. I needed to call the number on their website 4 times on 2/15/2018 (first three automatically hung up on me before speaking to a person on my 4th try). The representative gave the excuse of too many (700+) orders and not enough man power. On a holiday where MANY orders are taking place, chocolate strawberries being the most simple of orders, it is not an excuse. Especially when paying a premium fee for delivery and placing the order a week before delivery. UNACCEPTABLE ps.. the delivery location was on the same road as the franchise - which makes the excuse that much more pathetic.UPDATE 2/15/2018 @ 3:57: Called to see the status of the order, still at the store. Employee on the phone, Alex (female), did not know the meaning of pending delivery and she did not know the policy for delivering to a business.4:06: Manager gave me excuses as to why the delivery has not been delivered. I explained to him the bad reviews on Google are akin to my experience, he OPENLY laughed at me and when I called him out on laughing at me he hung up on me.

I normally dont take the time to complain but I feel obligated to rate this place. My mother had ordered a Valentines Day arraignment that wasnt able to be delivered to me. They eventually got in contact with her and said they would refund her the money. Two weeks have now passed and her money was never put back into her account. She called them once again yesterday and they said they would send me out the arraignment she had origanlly purchased. The arraignment I recieved today was well made, yet the strawberries were disgusting! They were soggy and mushy. By far the worst chocolate strawberries I have ever tasted. Im very disappointed needless to say annoyed at the fact they sent me a box full of expired strawberries. I would recommend to anyone reading this review to search elsewhere!!!
Horrible service! My husband ordered a $130 arrangement for Valentines day which was supposed to be delivered to my office prior to 4pm. At 5:30pm I received a phone call asking if I would be around as they were just putting my order on the truck. I advised them that the office was now closed and gave them another address for delivery. Needless to say it was NOT delivered. No subsequent call was made to advise me that they were not delivering, they just didnt show up! Dont waste your money ordering something that will never be delivered! Totally ruined Valentines day!

So, a couple of months ago I was going out of town and wanted to surprise my bosses with a nice arrangement for boss appreciation day. I went in the day before and chose what I wanted. I was standing right in front of the guy as I spelled my name out, and he also looked at my credit card to type the number in. There was no excuse that he could have gotten my name wrong. However, the next day I get a text from my boss asking me if I had sent an arrangement. I said yes, isnt there a card with my name on it and a message? she took a picture of the card. They spelled appreciation wrong and instead of my name the name Robin was on there. I was just extremely disappointed because I was trying to surprise them with something nice and since theyre in the business of personalized gifts Im surprised they arent double and triple checking these things. Needless to say that is the last time I will use them. I spent over $70 on an arrangement only to receive dissapointment.

Worked there for 3 months as a contracted worker and had no idea. The owner Bonnie talked to me like trash cut my hours until she hired a white girl then cut my hours to no hours for two weeks straight until I ended up quitting.
Very bad customer service, I came in looking to purchase an arrangement and I literally stood at the counter for about 10-15 minutes without a single employee come to assist me. I saw them in the back room hanging out while I waited. I left due to the negligence of customer service.
