Avoid at all costs. My prescription was 1/3 filled and the missing medicine was nowhere to be found. I returned to the pharmacy asking for a solution and was told my only choice was to file a police report.

TOM AND YAMI were truly a pleasure. If I lived here Center City Pharmacy Would definitely be the pharmacy I would use. Excellent service. Knowledgeable, friendly and just awesome to deal with. I would give them 10 stars!!!! BEST PHARMACY EVER!!!

Center City Pharmacy is the Pharmacy to go to. Kind sensitive and friendly staff. They really do care about each and everyone that comes in the Pharmacy. CVS and Wallgreens does not hold a candle to a small business pharmacy. They evern were able to get me a better deal on prescriptions! Give them a try. I promise you wont be sorry!

The staff are very friendly and they carry a variety of snacks and energy drinks you wont find at that other pharmacy nearby.

Awesome staff, always super friendly, considerate, down to earth and accommodating and have never hesitated to go the extra mile. Its a rarity these days to go into a store and have people greet you with not only a smile but also remember your name, and preferences AND frequent purchases. The store is always immaculate and the prices are by far the best around especially for downtown WPB. 10/10 would recommend.

Great Pharmacy! The Pharmacy staff is incredibly nice and took the time to discuss my medication and answer my questions. What I like best, is that Hometown feeling you get when you walk in the door. It reminds me of the local pharmacy I went to in my youth.

Was at CCP 10 days ago trying to find out about a medication I could not find info about from other pharmacies. The pharmacist in charge, Misti was so helpful in giving me comprehensive insight on the meds and went even farther as to research it with additional info. Misti was so helpful that I decided to switch my main pharmacy to Center City.I also found out that they are a compound pharmacy, owned and operated. Plus free delivery, Chris is great.

They are the best Pharmacy I have ever used ! The staff are terrific.They always deliver prescriptions or other supplies on time .

Been going here for 6 years. I previously gave a low graded review due to the loss of a great individual, Not considering the pressure that they were under as well. They have gone above and beyond for me and my family. I Drive from Royal Palm all the way to city center Pharmacy and I will not go anywhere else. they have the best staff then any other place,a real family-friendly orientated

Great little pharmacy that delivers, the owner is usually on site and delivers to some of my clients at the breakers hotel. We are very happy to have made this connection.

This is not only a business but A family . I have been going here for approx 3 years. When you go to the pharmacy or call an order in you are treated with kindness and respect . My prescriptions are delivered for I am disabled but that group of people from top to bottom you will not find anywhere else . They are a blessing for me theres no where else to go....GOD BLESS YOU ALL AT CENTER CITY

I will never use this pharmacy again. I waited for a call from them to notify me of a specialized prescription for pick up. And I waited. Upon me calling them they said yes, it was ready. When I went there to pay for it, the cashier was rude and unfriendly. Then I learned this script needed to be taken for two weeks prior to a procedure-not their fault ( the MD staff did not tell me this)-but if they had called when it was ready three weeks earlier I would have gone and retrieved it. Now its one week prior to my scheduled procedure, and it will have to be postponed. To escalate the situation, my phone number on the bag receipt was incorrect, so if they had called they may have learned it was not me and could have called the prescribing MDs office for the correct number. And if they only called once, this is lacking in good service too. They really need to work on their customer service skills.

I am very disappointed in this Pharmacy. Apparently they don’t like to take patients with insurance & only want cash pay. They took my husband insurance last month, then yesterday told me I had to pay cash, then today told me they couldn’t fill 1 of his 2 scripts at all. One employee told me 1 thing & another told me something else. The supposed manager Misti has a serious attitude problem & should not be speaking to people the way she does. After going back & forth multiple times yesterday & today, she did eventually fill the scripts with insurance, but we certainly won’t be coming back to cash pay when we have insurance.

Do not go here. They didnt verify my insurance, forced me to pay 125 when I knew my copay was 35, even stated it on the card. I work in insurance, so I know what I’m doing. Also, after I received my EOB from the visit that stated ONLY a 35 dollar copay, they asked me to fax it and they will reinburse me. Sent it once, never received a check or call, so I called again, had it faxed again and again same scenario. No call and no check for refund. Finally spoke to the owner Nelson with CIGNA in the phone and he promised to mail me the refund. NEVER RECIEVED THE REFUND. Again, call and no answer now. Also, they filed my claim under a doctor who never saw me. My physician was a woman and this was a man. They filed a fraudulent claim. This is illegal in so many ways just so they can get higher reimbursement from the insurance company.Again.... still haven’t received my check and my visit was in FEBRUARY 2018!!!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE. I filed a complaint with my insurance about this place.

Great pharmacy, great staff, great service. No way will I step foot into a CVS or Walgreens for an RX again. The service at Center City is impeccable and blows chain pharmacies out of the water. Highly recommend.

My mother uses them exclusively, and they are RIPPING her off. She has insurance and is now paying $177.00 for a drug that I pay $21.00 for. My mother is OK with that, Im not!!! Clearly ELDER ABUSE ! I wish she would change pharmacies, I live to far away to intervene.

All Pharmacies should strive to have the same customer service that Center City Pharmacy has!!!! Reminds me of the Pharmacy of old!!!
