Horrible experience today!!! I am a faithful customer and always appreciate the effort... Even though I am bombarded with young men and homeless people in front of the store. The cashier Jude made it his mission to be rude and disrespectful to me today. Makes no sense!!! I am the customer and then gave me an attitude when I expressed that it wasnt that serious. He may need a vacation π

Its always busy and lot of homeless people hang around there. But they dont bother anyone and barely ask people for money. They know better cuz the cops will be there quick
Came here for gas.and coffee .Good customer service.. got gas..coffee fresh..
Tried to get gas at this 7-11. After scanning my card the pump says see the cashier. I cancelled as I am not going inside. The station put $100 dollars on my credit card. Had to go thru my CC company to get it refused. I will not stop at this place again.
I grew up loving 7-Eleven, and they are always very good to theyre customers in general. However, at this location being a great pillar of the community with access to all points of interest they go way above and beyond an average everyday shopping experience. The store has everything that you could possibly need & more. The staff is excellent!
Well trying to walk into the main entrance there were four young people on two on each side of the door the boys closest to the door weβre not wearing masks. Inside customers and employees said they didnβt need masks because they were outside. Their prices were very high but I must say it was clean. Having anyone loitering outside of business I feel is inappropriate. One of the boys asked me if he could clean my windshield another one asked for money. I do not recommend the store if youβre one of those people like myself who do not like having loiterers bother me as I enter any business
This is the worst costumer service Iβve encountered in a very long time. As I was in the door there is a man trying to explain to the lady that they double charged him the activation fee for his card... and ends up walking out after she tell him to call about and heβs already explained that he did... so I go to the counter get an xtra lrg slurpie and a medium slurpie. I had her $5 and it came up I had a $1 off so I put my zip code In and asked her 3 times LOUDY as I hand her the money if it took the money off and she said no hands me back a $1 and change. I proceed to tell them they have charged me wrong now getting aggravated she hands me back .40 cents and in fact it was still wrong because I still didnβt even have $2 change. Theyβll rob you blind if you let them obviously!!!!

Because the attendants refuse to do their job by maintaining a sanitary restroom, they are restricting the public from using the bathroom.
Bathroom hasnt been operational for over a week.
I went here to get nachos, and they were out of cheese, and all the toppings. I informed the cashier, and he made me pay 4 dollars for the small bag of chips I had opened, before realizing there was no, cheese. He had no common courtesy, or decency. I would definitely recommend you turn around and go anywhere else.
The store is great, clean and convenient. They have pretty good hot coffee, food are decent and fresh, the morning staff is awesome and helpful specially a cashier name Delva but always have people outside begging for money ...π€¨
I bought scratch offs from this store and won, but canβt cash them in because the store did not scan the book for me to cash them Smfh and there is no way to get in contact with them the phone number isnβt even a working number. Very Sad
If I could give this place 0 stars I would . I believe a lot of discrimination goes on in this place . I asked for an android charger and they asked me for an ID .. very strange . Anyways, after showing them my ID they tried to charge me $30 for it . They are also very rude and always have an attitude about something . Never coming back and neither should anyone else .
I lost my I.D. there and went back just 3 hours later when i realized, and kindly ask the old man to take my number in case someone found it because i needed it in 5days to catch a train to SC, and he rudely refused and walked away from me....smh all i asked was that he take my number in case it was found, i had just spent a 100 dollars there because the prices are high, but its convenient, never again....Ill walk to the next open store time!!!!!!!
Bathroom is not working
Being from up north, I am a 7-11 fan. However this store has to be the absolute worst I have been to. Its dirty and the employees look at you with disdain as if they can not believe you are bothering them.
They are super lazy. Especially evening shift (12/20/2018). Time 6:20 pm
Pretend to accept contactless payments but they really dont.
Brand new and nothing works right.. dont waste your time!
