The Indian guy, who probably happens to be the owner at this gas station lacks humanity. I needed air for my tires. He has a broken air pressure machine that sucked out air from my tires making it flat, instead of putting in air. I went inside the shop asking him to take a look at his machine. He refused. One of other employees told him she can take care of the cash counter/register, and he should come and help me, but he still refused. I was stranded there for over 3 hours with a toddler waiting for me. After I was finally able to fix my situation, I went back in and asked why wouldnt help? it is his gas station. In his own words I am here only to earn money, not to help you outside I said you didnt have to leave the register empty there was another employee who offered to help. He said Its not my job, you should called the police . That guy lacks humanity and a shred conscience and decency . Although he is the only closet gas station near me, I am still never going there again. If you go, know that his prices are higher than anyone else in all of Palm beach.

You’re absolutely going to spend an extra 64 cents on the gallon. There’s a reason they only have 2 stars. Want a bottle of water? You’ll spend $3.99. Follow the reviews and avoid this place.

Granted the employees inside are really nice. However, this gas station gouges pricing. Its regularly .30-.50 cents higher than any of the other gas stations in the area. Wish a 7-11 or a WaWa would take over this location.

Never been to a gas station where employees are this rude - verge on nasty. Extremely high price - gouging! Pumps continually have problems and screw the customer. Employees think it is funny!

The owner of this place is such a lazy, miserable excuse for human life. He would not help my wife use the air compressor. He instead directed her to the broken one that deflated her tire even more, leaving her stranded. There were no other customers at the time.

The most filthy. So many bees in the garbage cans as they dont clean them and its impossible to stand there and get gas with all those bees. The price of the gas is insane... I stopped going there, as well as so many others from Ibis as its not what it used to be and I just found out they advertised $2.64 for regular but charged $4.93 a gallon. BEWARE... this place needs to go....

Owner is super shady guy! This location is to not be trusted ! If you can make it to the next station do it ! Or don’t but this dude doesn’t deserve your hard earned money .

I have never had a problem with any of the ladies that work in this gas station besides the fat old lady that is there every morning during the week. She is beyond rude. A, Good morning, would be suitable or even offer me a bag for my stuff while Im holding my toddler and purse and have no room to hold anything else. Since this is the only gas station on Northlake close to Loxahatchee I suggest the owners gets a more happier and friendly person that will make my trip enjoyable and brighten up the damn place.

Awful customer service. We are in the middle of a pandemic, and the male attendant has no mask on, is eating food with his hands, and handling customers items and money.

Always the most expensive in the area. Not sure if it is a different tax area or what but 4 years here and never bought a gallon from them. Says it all right there. 5 star ratings are from friends and fake reviews. The truth is there isnt a decent gas station in the acerage area until you get to southern by the new publix. The other gas station on orange is too tight to move around with a car much less the masses of dual wheel pickups and lawn trailers in there. Wawa is much needed somewhere in the acerage.

Rip Off! Gas is like 5 times more expensive then almost anywhere in West Palm Beach. Save yourself a ton of money and Avoid this scam of a place at all cost. Everything that they sell inside is way overpriced. The gas station attendants are not very friendly. Theyre not open 24 hours so thats a lie. Im amazed this place is still even open. Avoid at all cost.

Gas station pumps force you to watch commercials before filling up. Literally the slowest pumps I have ever used. I always make sure to fill up in West Palm to avoid this gas station.

Hands-down the rudest people on this planet! They do not maintain this gas station and it is an overpriced dump. The gas is expensive and there is never a receipt when needed. After having major surgery I’ve had to walk in and get receipts which were necessary for the car wash. No apologies, no nothing. While it is the only gas station on Northlake in our area, I will purposely make a point to never come here ever again because this place sucks!!

I just got ripped off! I pushed the button for regular & the premium button lit up. I did not want premium in my car, nor did I want to pay $3.89 gallon! Staff is rude! Avoid this place.
