I always receive great service when I go to Office Depot. I normally go to refill my ink on my favorite ink pen. The guys there are always really helpful in helping me to find the matching ink. They have always been patient and precise in finding the right one. I always feeling fully satisfied with my experience.
Had a great experience here with Dennis at the printing dept. He gave great suggestions and did a good job printing my posters and even went about and beyond and cut the white edges off of them. I did 20 posters and he made sure they came out amazing. Thanks
I went here to print in the do it yourself printers and theres no handsanitizer even if those printers are used for many people. I ask an employee if they had hand sanitizer for the public and she told me no, but guess what? they are selling hand sanitizer. This is unbelievable and very, very bad, unsafety and unhealthy. I think they are no following the Covid prevention rules as a business.
Youre better off going to staples. in my many years dealing with office depot the NEVER get my order correct. seen tons of happy people leaving. How come I cant leave Happy. why do they keep messing with my business. go to staples.

I live nearby and have never had a quick experience when I use the print and copy center. Today I came in as the only customer and still could not get my mail sent out express in a timely fashion. I came in with my mail ready to go. The person that called in took priority and the couple that came in after me received service before me even though I typed in all information she requested in about 2 mins. I’m literally typing this as I stand here and wait almost 10 mins of waiting without a I’ll be right back to you, are you still doing okay.....NOTHING. I’ve waited so long the computer times out hahaha a complete disaster. I won’t be back even though this place is about 5 mins away I’ll drive the extra time to the next location. Also when explaining the manager kept cutting me off.

I bought two identical clearance items and when I got home, I realized both were broken. I take some blame for not noticing. But when they put it on clearance, they shouldve noticed it was broken as well- unless it was broken by another customer.Associates could be friendlier.Good sales.

I have given this location so many chances and every single time the service is terrible and all employees lack sense of urgency. There always seems to be an issue with their printing machines, getting jammed or having to constantly re-boot them in order to work. I will be taking my business somewhere else. I do not recommend this location unless you want to wait in line and feel like an undervalued customer.
Avoid at all costs unless you want to wait in-line all day for overpriced products and services. Office Depot is general and should go out of business. I am still in line after 45 minutes. This has to be the slowest customer support. There are never any customers here and they still make you wait forever. There prices are ridiculously high. This is an exact model of how to make a business fail.
We are in a business competition and Jeanice at the print and copy station went way above and beyond, helping us design, get labels, business cards and posters just in time for our deadline. Words cannot express my gratitude for her professionalism and efficiency. She definitely makes me want to do business with Office Depot again and again. I only wish she worked in my local store! She should be in management to teach others her customer service and hospitality skills.
If I could rate their customer service I would give no stars at all. I don’t know the lady’s name, but the lady on the register leaves at a certain time and she says she can’t take anybody after the 3rd customer ( it was a very long line and about 4 customers behind the 3rd customer). A sales associate named “Kevin” comes in saying he can’t do nothing about it and kept urging us to call a number to file a complaint. He seemed so uncaring and wasn’t very hostile. Then the manager comes and says the same thing. The manager “ Phillip” didn’t even do anything about the situation like they was acting like nobody but that lady knows how to ring people up. THEY NEED BETTER EMPLOYEES.. SOME WHO CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS!! If you’re off at 7 but there is a line of people YOU STAY.. CUSTOMERS COME FIRST OTHER WISE GET OUT OF RETAIL.
Fantastic. I wanted to have some pages scanned into a single file and saved to a thumb drive which I provided. There was a short wait but I have no complaint about that. The arttendant took care of my request at a give-away-cost of a dollar and fifty cents. I am well pleased. I have been there several times before with near similar requests. I have always had excellent service and at a low low cost. I recommend with high enthusiasm.
I always find what I need at Office Depot. The staff is simply amazing and professional. They are always willing to help every customer with there shopping experience.
I asked two employees where their receipt paper was and both of them just pointed in a random direction instead of walking me over to where it was like a good employee should. After aimlessly searching the store I found them with no help from their employees. Do yourself a favor and go to the Staples a few blocks away. Great customer service there.
Their order online and pick up is ridiculous. You first have to wait at the pick up counter for someone to help you-hand you your order. Then they make you wait in the checkout line to sign for it. Wouldve been quicker for me to just shop in store, than to wait in line twice.
Nice people but definitely could stand for a moral boost. Especially those dealing in the Print and Copy. The communication between those who usually manage it and those who are covering are lack luster and everyone moves very slowly. I suggest training and maybe some coffee for the employees...and maybe better organized station (could be computer issues as well which then corporate needs to improve on, I try to be understanding) since they keep losing things. All in all, I suggest management organizes a team building exercise day and invest in your employees so they are more productiveband have a desire and opportunity to grow and be proud of their job...not just a cycle of entry level positions. Waiting time to get service is really long. It seems the management don’t care at all
I should have read the reviews before sending my documents to be printed here. It was projected to be done within 2 hrs of the order time. I came three hours later and the document was still not ready. All it was, was a few documents printed and stapled. Not a big job. When I arrived they said they had a busy morning. But still for such a small project it should not have taken 3+ hours. Not even sure how the quality is because I’m typing this as I’m waiting. This is just horrible.
It’s pretty disappointing that you people close your company closes at 7 PM.
I always go to this Office Depot and have an acceptable experience of service, today was not the case. I purchased over $300 in supplies and went to checkout at the Check Out and Returns register; after standing there waiting for apps 5 minutes, I beckoned, by waving to the hand of employees, busily talking to each other that I was ready to check out. They yelled across the store and stated check out is over here not there. I kindly suggested that they put a sign at the Checkout and Return area, stating it is no longer. Christian then stated there was no sign stating that was the checkout area. I retrieved the black and red sigh and took it to him in the printing area and ask if the print service area was the new checkout and return area and he said yes. The other employees were eye rolling at me for holding they accountable for customer service.
Waited in line for the office center for several minutes. The clerk working behind the counter helped three people that were in front of me in line and then when it was my turn to be helped I was told the office center is closed due to shortage of staff and that I should come back tomorrow.
I bought a laptop at this location on January 19. I took it home and I cant get pass turning on the device as the message stated * DELL Support Assist/ Pre-Boot System Performance Check* Warning!!! No bootable devices found!!!!! And thats it! Thats all the device that I spent over USD 500 on is able to do. I Spoke with the Manager Reggie who was very helpful when I was purchasing, but now he directed me to DELL toll free who said they cant help me after the agent told me contradicting information/lies and asked me to check if I see where the harddrive can be removed from the side and told me he will call me back then send email telling me he cant call back so I should call back customer service for the cycle to continue...... they scammed me!!!!!!DELL Inspiron 14 5000 2-in-1 ...... I am here left to think they sold me a dummy device !!!!!I called back the store and no luck. I need to e refunded or sent back a device. Customer service took the Express Service Code and wasnt able to assist so what am I left to do now! This needs to be resolved as tjus is very unfair to me or any other customers who experienced this.
I went here to have something printed. I highly suggest you go elsewhere for a print job. My documents were 100 pages. One machine was down the other was out of ink.... we are at an office supply store and the guy working still could not find ink.😳 I was there for over an hour and had to go somewhere else. I have multiple similar stories about the print shop here. It also would be fabulous if anyone that worked here was actually trained for what they are doing. Staples is down the street. Sadly there are not much better.
0 stars - Placed custom printing order online for same day pickup, but it was not ready until 2 days later. I ordered both sides printed, only one side was printed, and the side that was printed was scratched and dented. Total waste of time and money.
Terrible experience. Employees at the copy/print center could not figure out how to print my documents, (17 pages of black and white text on standard letter paper). One representative printed my confirmation page, handed it to me and rudely snapped So you could go now and refused to acknowledge me when I asked if she understood that the confirmation was not my order. The manager on the floor walked away instead of assisting. This location used to be my go-to for everything, now Im taking my business to Staples.
Found an small item online, called to insure availability. Received quick, polite assistance on the phone, and drove over to find it at the cashier. Perfect.
I worked with Blanca in the printing department to get a challenging procurement package printed and compiled after FedEx failed to deliver on time. I am from Georgia and had to work with her remotely. She was extremely attentive and made sure my package was printed and accurately produced in the allotted time frame.
This is the most poorly managed store ever! The entire staff are incompetent, poorly managed and unorganized! All of the store managers are useless. Not one team member knows where anything is located. This is not only the store but the print department. The print department has not worked even remotely properly since Jillian left. This store needs to close! After waiting nearly 30 minutes to pick up an order that was left the for a printing job, the job was not even done properly. The color quality was poor and it was done as specified. To add insult to injury, there was another patron there who emailed his order in almost 3 hours ago to discover that order wasn’t even ready as promised to him. This store, the management team and owner need to really reevaluate their store operations.
I have a love hate relationship with this place. I love the fact that they do a great job in their printing, shipping, department, but its the only crowded place in the store. This one area is screaming for more help, more computers to lg in so your package can be shipped and out right away. This cant happen since there is a dearth of postal facilities in the area . I found that coming in during the late evening . Between 8:40-9:00, is optimal. The associates are pleasant and happy to help- especially . Max and Will as well as Annette. But getting the time to get to you is a looong wait. Even the people on the floor that are actually doing nothing and could help do not.
Bad customer service. Make sure you have time and patience to go to this location. There is no rush or urgency to the employees. Are they really enjoying their job? Wont be coming to the shop again.

Tyler at the copy center provided superb customer service and was very knowledgable when it came to troubleshooting my order to get it right. Great experience overall. For management, 5 stars was not given because the quality of the prints off the Xerox was not acceptable. I had to go to Northlake, but even there had great service.
Told copies would an hour.One hour later not started. Then 45 minutes later power goes out,and had to start over. BAD EXPERIENCE!
This place is terrible. Customer service is absolutely non-existent and their return policy is flawed. I called to ask about a return and when I arrive at the store the employees tell me something entirely different. Educate your employees Office Depot. Complete waste of time.
If I was able to give this location zero stars, I most definitely would. Dont waste your time at this location, just take the short drive to staples or do it yourself. I placed an online 1hr in store pick up of just simple color prints of cartoon characters and when I went to the location at 7pm after not receiving a ready for pick up email, my order could not be found what so ever! So i finally called customer serivce to get a refund just to find out for some ridiculous reason my order was coming from their warehouse and they had no idea when my prints would arrive. I will never spend another cent of my money with this company.
Horrible service I waited at the front customer service counter for 20 minutes no one came to help and it seemed as if all the workers walked around aimlessly. Not only that when the line started to get backed up they helped someone else that came after me that just walked in. Needs better customer service representatives!
The most rude customer service I have received by a girl named Janell who hung up the phone on me. I get to the store and the manager is doing all the work because the retail consultants have no clue how to do their job. If I was the store manager I would be making some huge firings to better the customers and well so people dont write bad reviews like the experience I have received today. Cmon man! It is not that hard of a job to do. It is not physics. I hope the store manager sees this and makes the huge improvements they need for this business.
I needed to know if they have a product in stock that I need now. Rainy day I don{t want to drive just to check. Two phone calls, I got no answer. The first one I was put on hold, until somebody hanged the phone. The second one, they were too busy to check, so I was asked to provide my number for a call back. No, thank you. Since I have to wait anyways I will order from Amazon Prime. For the same price it will be at my front door by Saturday morning.

This was my second time it happened here at this store. I order online and pick up at this store. Clearly on the website the items are available. By the time I showed up for pick up, they told me one of the item was out of stock. I do not believe what they told me, so I went down the alley and look for my self the item I order and it was there on the display and it was available. I dont think they went to check carefully, the items was there.
Such bad service. I ordered a print job online and it literally took 20 min for a staff member to even acknowledge I was waiting. There are 7 staff members in site by including the ones at the register, and only 3 customers. Completely inexcusable
This year, I worked extremely hard to create a digital yearbook on PowerPoint for my family. I called to ask if this Office Depot could transfer it from a USB drive to a DVD. They said they could, so I went there and gave the USB to them. They said it would take a while, so I waited about an hour. I went over to the desk. The man said it didn’t work, so I had to wait ten more minutes. When I got back, he said it might work, but he couldn’t tell because they didn’t have a DVD player. So I spent five dollars on the DVD, and went back home (30 minute drive) and tested it out. It didn’t work AT ALL. So the point is I wasted more than two hours and five dollars for nothing!
That place is not good for people to go their dont care about customers they only have 2 people working. And the line is long you wait on line for like 1 hour before they come help you because theres not enough people to help the customers for me the service is bad
Won’t be going back to this place. For starters, the pricing is awful. $59 dollars for a 32 gig usb drive item that is $8 on amazon, 37 for a 28 dollar box of paper, and so on.To add insult to injury, they have “streamlined” the check out, but couldn’t manage 4 customers in 15 minutes. I walked away.We are done here, whatever bubble they may have had they have lost to an isolated management and minimum wage employees.Walmart may have no class, but they do get it done.
You have to wait a bit in line to be helped for a printing job but everyone there is very helpful. Fast printing and affordable.

No stock in store for furniture but has 5+ pull tags to purchase item. Associate calls over to another store to pull the chair from their stock so item is ready when we got there. Had to wait for them to move stuff to get chair when we got to 2nd store over an hour later
