These guys installed a Eurostart remote start unit into my 2018 BMW X5 x35d (diesel) which everyone else said was not possible. They helped me find a starter until specially made in Europe for the BMW / Cooper diesel vehicles. They did an outstanding job, honest, easy to work with, and respectful. I trust these guys and recommend them for any project in a high end car.

Senior citizen (80) stopped in to get info for Apple CarPlay radio for a 2009 Lexus. Had gone online and was considering a sony xav ax1000.The owner suggested a sony xav ax5000 was a much better unit with more functions and only a few dollars more.He then told me what I needed to get steering wheel functions and what faceplate I would need. Also said he could place Apple USB plug in the faceplate for easy access for my iPhone. He gave me a good total price. I then asked when I could have it installed. Believe it or not he said all the items I needed were in stock and he could install it now in less than 2 hours.In less than two hours it was installed, looked like factory installed and he then gave me a lesson on how to use all the features.Have had it for 3 days and it performs exactly as he said it would. Gave me a quote to put alarm system in my truck, dropped off my truck got it done worked great then got charged more than my quote and he argued with me. I paid the full price above my quote!! Week later alarm broke wouldn’t unlock my truck or let me start it and I was stranded on the highway at a rest area. Got my truck towed to the dealer and there hack wiring job screwed up my harness shorting out wires. This guy is a joke didn’t even call him for repairs or help I know he wouldn’t own up to it anyway. Save yourself some headache go somewhere else!!! Just read all the other reviews below.

Ive there twice for installs on my familys fleet, including an Aerostar van and my sons F150. Both time Kamis (the owner) was knowledgeable, helpful, and reasonably priced despite the constant barrage of sketchy customer demands. The installs were well done with no post-install issues. We have one more vehicle, my F350 that I need a double din camera and sound system to be installed, so Ill be back again.I found this shop based on the recommendation of one of my electrical suppliers, Ti Electric.

Zero stars. Stay away from this place. The salesman was extremely rude, belligerent and violent. Would not take no for an answer. After I got very high prices I went outside to make a phone call. The guy came out to my car and angrily insisted on making the sale. Dropped the price a lot but at that point I wouldn’t have gotten my stereo there for free. Finally as I drove away because he wouldn’t give up he smacked my window glass very hard with his hand. KEEP AWAY from this business for your own safety.

I believe for 250 dollars for installation ... (Especially when you buy the products from them) .. should at least include vacuuming. Just paid 250 for installation for a product I paid 550.00 for and now have to go vacuum out the truck. Plus they were gonna keep my old stereo without saying anything. I had to go back to get my first stereo ... Were you gonna sell it for more profit and think I wouldnt want my stuff back?. Not pleased

I bought an harness for my Toyota rav4 and 5 minutes later I realized that it didnt need it, Ill asked for my money back, the item was not open. It was in his original package and the owner of this shop told me no refunds, and went i insisted politely and this guy went berserk, cursed me, told me to get out of his store, treat me to beat me up for an item that cost me 45 dollars plus tax, Im in shock, what a way to do business, never, ever Ill go to this place again, and i would never recommend it, what a horrible experience

Great work guys! Camus the owner has been very helpful with my install. They took the alarm and old system out of my old car and put it into my new Mazda 6. Sounds better than it did before. The work was done in a timely manner and very clean. Had a small issue where the subs stopped working, just dropped by and they fixed it in 30 minutes. To all the people complaining on here, you get what you pay for. Cheap work isnt good and good work isnt good. That being said Sound Americas prices are right where they should be. Listen to the professionals and and you will get more than you expected.Thanks guys!

I bought a stereo that was twice the price than it was online and they installed it and they didnt completely install it for my reverse camera to show up on the stereo screen. And I told them that they forgot to install it to the camera and they told me it wasnt their problem and they left it like that. The customer service wasnt nice after I got charged and I had to take my car to another shop and they installed it properly and they did told me the camera was wired incorrectly. I wouldnt reccomend here and Im never buying anything from here again.

Caution, I have not been there in a few years, and it may have changed hands.In 2008 (Christmas) got a DUI, after my suspension I had to have a locking device which checked your breath. Had to have it checked on demand, and once a month. I missed a demand, It was the Saturday after Thanksgiving. I went Friday, and the Owner (had a pretty heavy accent) said it was closed to breathalyzers until Monday! The store was open, people walking in and out, then he says If you want it today $50.00 Emergency fee. I paid it, then complained to the breathalyzer company and they refunded.Point to all this is the then owner was a true S... Bag, so if he is still there dont believe a thing he says and RUN, dont walk out.

Got my second installation done by these guys.Like many people that live near West Palm Beach, I would drive all the way down to the swap shop to get work done of my car.Honestly, you may save a couple of bucks driving down there but good luck getting any questions about your installation answered if something isnt working right.The quality of work is far better than what Ive gotten at the swap shop. I had one stereo install in which the guys broke the plastic on my dash and another time the wiring configuration wasnt right. If you want it done right with no damage to your car...just take it to these guys for peace of mind!These guys stand by their work and answer all my questions and concerns about the installation even after the work is done. Ive had minor questions and I just call and they help me on the spot.I would highly recommend these guys and will use them for any future work I get done.

They are more than happy to take your money, but if they screw up an order, like they did to me, and sell you the wrong part, then youre stuck with it. THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK. And then they are rude. It was their mistake, and they will only issue store credit and fake like their credit card machine doesnt do returns. THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

I was sold the wrong radio on behalf of sound Americas staff. I said I needed a car stereo with two RCAS. When I realized it had one RCA,I called the store and they told me to bring it in. When I get there, the person in the front tells me no refunds. I never used the stereo and I had my receipt. Very unprofessional.I would appreciate it if you he person in charge would respond.

2013 Honda Civic They did a great job with my system I had in my last vehicle installing my 2 12 kickers and my amp two weeks ago for $200 but I lost my capacitor and ordered a new one I called and the guy in the front that answered the phone told me $100 to install capacitor, four stars because Im starting to feel a little ripped off.

My second time using this vendor but was disappointed this time. The owner gave me this extensive lesson about wires, showed me two differnt sets of wires and then told me that my existing wires were crap so I had them install a new amplifier and assumed he would be using a set of wires that he showed me but in fact he charged me $50 for new wires but never installed them. They reused my existing wires and added a few extentions less than a foot and charged me $50. In my opinion, that was misleading and wrong. They should have put the new wires in for which he charged. Just make sure if you decide to use this vendor that you know exactly what you are getting, how much it will cost to the penny before they began and thoroughly inspect their work Before you pay to make sure you got what you paid for.

On 2/27/2015 I was charged 238.50 for an install on wires, I already have the amp and speakers. Not only did they do a bad job, the gentleman installing left trash and wires and damaged the dash, along with somehow disconnected the Bluetooth for my phone which worked perfectly before I had worked done on my car. The manager the short going bald fella lied to me about price and charged me more for the work. He told me 22 years we are the best. If that was true why is it my Bluetooth phone function not working??? Do not go get any install done here. As a matter of fact I will have the names of the manager and the black gentleman with the glasses.

Sold me a used amp for 150 dollars and the damn thing didnt work from day one... Got sick of it cutting in and out and priced a brand new one at Walmart pioneer 1000-watt for $108... Beware of scammers I wouldnt recommend these guys at all

Be very careful when buying from these people, I went to get a rear view camera installed and they changed me $325.00 for the install and I had to bring tbe truck back twice, so then I asked him to give me a deal on a rear view camera with dvr and I ended upppaying $525.00 cash money. The system comes with bluetooth and screen mirroring for android phones, well they didnt active Those features because they dont know how, CHECK YOUR RECEIPT it says NO REFUNDS.

I will Never, ever make business here again. I visited the store to install a reciever bypass on my car (subaru impreza 2007) in July and what they did to me almost killed me. Not only they scratched all my dash, lost two screws that supported the reciever but they DRILLED A HOLE next to the transmission shifting knob WITHOUT asking me first and still they charged me 30+ dollars for the instalation before I saw the mess. The manager response was.... ??? NothingSo if you want some one to scratch your dash, loose screws and make holes in your car without asking they may be the right people, if you expect a profecional go some other place!

I had an issue with my audio processor, Kamis sold me a SUM8 at an extremely reasonably price and his staff did an excellent job with the install.

Do not have these guys install any autopage alarm systems. Autopage is a new line for them and they know nothing about them. After asking them 2 guys (including the manager) they told me that annual cost for gps tracking on this alarm was 75 dollars for unlimited tracking its actually 250 dollars I found this out after I put a deposit down on the alarm system. They told me it would take 3 hours to install this alarm system so I decided to wait for my car. After a 7 hour wait they did not have their dealer login information to activate my gps tracking. I returned on monday and waited 2 hours to activate the tracking. They ask me to return on tuesday so that they could look up why is the a/c would not come on with remote start. I return on tuesday but they forgot to look up information so they ask me to come back on thursday. They over drilled the hole for the indicator light now it just falls back into the dash. They gave no assistance with the web or android application for the remote start and gps. These guys might bee alright for other services but I was very disappointed in the lack of knowledge .....
