I took my 2011 Porsche 911 Carrara in for an updated radio. I was completely satisfied with the system Jason sold me! Now have CD player, Sirius XM, Navigation system and back up camera to name a few upgrades. All professionally done in half a day.I would highly recommend them for your sound system upgrade. I found the price quoted to be exactly that and very fair. Not inexpensive but you get what you pay for and want. 5 stars

Had to take the F250 in for an upgrade for the tracking alarm system we had installed by Serious Autosport (whom by the way, I highly recommend) a few years ago due to the 3G network being phased out completely. The alarm company sold us the upgraded part and we were advised that it had to be installed by an authorized dealer, therefore we turned to the best. Called Serious Autosport, made an appointment & they were able to do the install very quickly. Unfortunately, the equipment was defective but Jerit was able to resolve the issue by replacing it with one from their shop with no issues and got us back on the road. They also did the sound system in my wife’s GT which sounds outstanding!! Thank you Serious Autosport for great service & products and for being very reasonably priced! **HIGHLY RECOMMENDED**

I brought my SUV in to add some bass without sacrificing cargo room for my family of 4. Jason and Jarrett listened to what I was looking for and made it happen. They installed a JL 12 and 600w amp that sounds great. It looks like it came from the factory but sounds 10x better. Highly recommended.

Took my 2013 VW Beetle in to be retrofitted with side cameras and a backup camera (didnt come installed when purchased car). I am so excited and pleased with the results! Jarit was a huge help to us, installation only took a day, and its perfect. Jarit took a lot of time with us explaining how everything worked. I feel so much safer driving around now! Spent 30min on the phone with me advising me how to troubleshoot my current system, and then another 30min in person helping me test in-person, all without me ever spending a dime at the shop! Jason, the sales person and Tom, the installer were great. I have a 2006 Boxster S and the radio sounded horrible. I had no navigation, rear view camera, Bluetooth, and just wanted an audio upgrade but nothing fancy. Jason listened to my wishes, discussed the fact that my car is a convertible, and recommended what he thought would meet my needs.Even when l asked, he never try to upsell me. The installation was timely, fits perfectly, and is exactly what I wanted.

My wife and I recently purchased a used car, knowing it didnt include a SiriusXM-capable radio. We were advised to call Serious Autosport by a trusted source, and we are certainly glad we did! I called and spoke to Jerit even before we had officially bought the car, and he ordered the proper adapter and made an appointment for the next day. The installation was perfect, with no visible wires, and with the SiriusXM option available as if it was a factory radio. And the cost was even less than expected. (I mention the cost not because of the savings, but because we had agreed on a price, and Jerit was super honest and charged less because it took less time). I had a question the next day, and Jerit was very prompt in returning my call. I would certainly recommend Jerit and Serious Autosport for any and all related work!!

I have a 2016 Chevy Silverado that the Incredible team at serious auotsport took from bone stock to not even close. They have done everything from lift, wheels, and tires, to tuning the truck and re-gearing the axels along with every other upgrade possible.Ben Lapardo has been one of the most valuable assets to getting this done there. Without his attention to detail and customer service, the experience could have been much different with a lesser sales rep in place.The guys here at Serious Autosport have more than just the talent and professional skills to get the job done, but they are reasonable and always give me a fair quote and price. I will never bring my vehicles anywhere else because of that.

Name of shop should be ‘Elitist Audio’ Im a returning customer x2 installs, many thousands of dollars, who called to schedule an appointment for install of high end (JL, Illusion Audio, Morel) equipment. The rude person who took the call starts grilling me on where I got this equipment. Not very smart. I’m a long time audio enthusiast. I have probably more high end equipment in my closet than they have in the showroom. Good for them they have so much business they dont need mine. Would never recommend again to anyone.

Below average knowledge of car audio. Salesperson was extremely rude and acted like he didn’t want to be at work. Avoid this place. They do have nice equipment though. So two stars.

Dont make the same mistake I did. If you go in for a quote on work, make sure they give you a hard copy before you leave. I was given a quote, set an appointment and after the installation was done my cost was significantly higher than the quote. And coincidentally they couldnt find my quote in their computer. They had my appointment booked, but the invoice was lost so I had no proof of what I was quoted.Also they never bothered to call me when my car was done. I eventually called them and was told by the girl who answered the phone that they were too busy to talk to me. I had no idea if my car was done or not. I had a co-worker drive me there on the chance it was done. Thankfully it was, but a common courtesy is to call a customer when you complete the work.

Was in yesterday with my Ford F-250 and spoke to Paul as i prepare to do a major audio upgrade and camera upgrade for the truck in the next few days. He spent about 30 mins explaining the difference of product and gave me suggestions, even knowing I wasnt buying immediately. When I buy within the next week or so, I will definitely buy from him.

Serious Autosport is exactly what the title states! If you only wish to best performance products and service for your vehicle, this is the place! Ive done numerous upgrades to a 2015 Mustang GT and these people surely know exactly what they are doing! Taking my car back to have an exhausts installed, wouldnt consider taking my car anywhere else!

I don’t have some fancy sport car of a show truck but I do care about the way my S10 sounds when I’m on the way to work so I hired Jerit to upgrade my stereo. I love it! I now have crystal clear audio and a easy to use radio. Now I don’t mind my drive to work every morning.

I’m from New York and we don’t have many aftermarket automotive businesses so I was overly excited to find a local shop to my house in South Florida. They staff was very smart with the items they sell which proves they do their research. I bought a set of wheels and tires for my BMW and it looks like a brand new car! They recommended a style that i absolutely love and I can’t thank them enough. Can’t wait to drive to New York and show it off!

Want to give a shout out to Jerit and his team. A little tough getting that bolt off but it sure made a difference. Any other shop I would never have left my car overnight. I have been working and using Audio Advisors since I was doing cel phone installs 30 years ago. They are still the best out there!!!!Next up the Macan!!!

Im just a normal guy trying to make some minor changes to his car to help it stand out and if your like me dont go to serious autosport they only care about the big ignorant spenders that dont know what they are looking at. They wont give you the time of day if your not ready to throw money at them. If your looking for a shop to build a personal relationship with then your in the wrong place they only care bout the money your better off supporting a smaller shop thats trying to get off the ground rather than give your money to these guys.

To Jeff Hoover, recently called to get a quote on a cat back installation. I was told you guys could not do an installation unless I bought the exhaust from you guys. I explained to the woman who answered the phone that this is impossible since my buddy had just had his install on his done less than a week ago. She took my information and said someone would call me. Its been two days, no call. If you would like my business, let me know. If not, Ill go elsewhere.

I have called this place on 2 different occasions and found that the salesperson does not care about what you need or the questions you have or the fact that you might be willing to buy product from them. Only if the suppliers like APR (a huge supplier) knew how they treated their customers. As a matter a fact I think Ill let the general public as well as the parts suppliers know this store does not have the suppliers intentions in mind. Extremely rude and disconnected from clientele.

Went in for APR performance software and wheel/tire/suspension enhancements for my Audi. I told them I was seeking their expert guidance, which they quickly informed me was their specialty. I told the 20-something employee that waited on me that I wanted to be sure the wheels/tires wouldnt look stretched, and that the car would be the right stance when I was done. I asked if theyd done any Audis like mine, and I received a surly response that theyd done tons of Audis - it was an odd, contentious interchange with the salesperson where every question I asked was treated as if i was insulting his intelligence. I should have stopped at that moment or drafted a very clear set of specs for what I wanted, but I went ahead with the service without doing so - HUGE MISTAKE. When I got the car back, the tires were stretched and the suspension wasnt as low as I wanted - not the OEM performance look I was going for. I hated that the rims stuck out beyond the tires, but was told that was what Id ordered. Ive subsequently gone elsewhere to basically redo everything they did, at double the cost. Theres a MUCH better shop in Pompano - Foreign Affairs Motorsport. Go there if you want any Audi performance upgrades as theyre a delight with which to work, offer true expert guidance, and are much more knowledgeable.

I went in there yesterday the guy was on the phone the whole time.He did not even say hello, or I ll be with you in a minute,NOTHInG !! Like I was a ghost, I went in there to buy a pioneer radio and get it installed but I guess the color of my skin made him think I didn’t have the money to do so, I don’t know I just know I ll go elsewhere to spend my money !!! I dont normally leave reviews, but Ive never been surrounded by such incompetence. My last couple of visits to S.A. hvae been extremley disappointing to say the least. I have a Dodge Ram that had a steering issue. We have one of the best, who works on suspensions!. They said I needed a steering box, 1000 dollars later, not fixed. Took it elsewhere. I figured I would give them another chance. My stereo cuts out at high volume, said it was a ground issue. While I was there, pittman arm snaps on Friday, well have the part Monday. 1st excuse, wrong part comes in, 2nd excuse Fed Ex has the part, but the driver called in sick. So the truck is sitting in the parking lot (really?). Finally, 1 week later pittman arm fixed, but the stereo is still cutting out. I needed the truck that Friday, so I told him I would bring it back Monday. We cant get to it until Tuesday. As I drive away, my steering wheel is off center at 2:00 oclock. I bring it back to him on Monday night, ( three trips by Uber ), tell him the stereo still cuts out and steering wheel is crooked. Well take care of it. I call Jerrod again, he tells me the stereo ground was fine, but he made adjustments to the amp and my Ipod, and my truck was ready (last Uber trip). Radio seems fine! Oh by the way, the steering wheel is still pointing towards 2:00 oclock. Jerred is the worst communicator and the worst for follow up. Im done with these guys!!!Update: I received a call from Wayne the owner. Apologized and was willing to do whatever, to make it right. Preferred pricing, discounts, whatever it took for me not to walk away upset. Stand up guy.

I have a 2017 Silverado and this year Ive had them install a Roll-N-Lock bedcover, a full JL/Focal system with a custom leather wrapped ported center console box for a 12inch JL. They also did a set of long tube headers, intake, plugs, plug wires, Corsa exhaust and tune.Ben, Jerit, and Jay are all very knowledgeable and work in an organized timely matter.Tom, Sonny, and Andrew are great audio guys wether it be boat or car, and Andrew is an awesome mechanic.Highly recommend.

Recently had my 2016 Infiniti QX50 lights changed from halogen to LED’s. I had used another company in the west palm beach area what a mistake that was. I called Serious Autosport spoke with Ben he explained the HID’s were much brighter than LED for head lights. After speaking with Ben I went by his office and went over all tha would be done to my car. I can truly say Ben was professional knee the product of which he was selling and how well it works along with installation.Installation was done by Andrew again no issues. All work was done exactly like I was told and I am truly impressed how bright my lights are going from the LED’s which I had all kinds of problem from day 1 inferior product and inferior auto upgrade shop. Not the issue with Serious Autosport.Ben and Andrew thank you guys for taking such good care of my car, you guys are truly professionals for every meaning of the word...Job well done’, needing any upgrades to your ride I highly recommend this company and crew.Thanks againMark

Im just now getting around to writing this, its well overdue. These guys have installed my 335is downpipe, jb4 chip, and chargepipe. Service was fast, and the pricing was great, plus I got to hang out on super comfy couches and listen to awesome music while I waited. They might not always recognize me, but thats probably not helped by the fact I switch from bald and bearded, to full hair not bearded, etc etc. Ill be getting my car back in a few weeks from an accident it was in, and will be buying a radar detector from these guys. If youre there to waste time, dont because theyre smart enough to see through it. If youre serious about learning about something (for example - radar detectors) which will lead to a purchase, theyre more than happy to educate you, and help you make the right choice. Thats the percs of being such a successful exclusive shop, you get to turn away the people that would otherwise waste your time, and inhibit your ability to service the customers you already have. Ill return time and time again.

Extremely disappointed with Serious Autosport. In the past Ive had an exhaust(not ordered through serious autosport) installed on my challenger. Now I have a Camaro and wanted to do the same but they refused to install it because I didnt purchase the part from them. Looks like Serious Autosport is serious about losing clientele and money.
