My insurance company recommended these people to replace my windshield on my Audi I waited all day for them to come and no one showed or gave an update until I call then they told me they had to reschedule because tech broke the glass while polishing when they finally showed up I wasn’t home but they had access to my car to work they cut my vin number out and then glued it back to the new windshield the broken my rear view mirror in the process and also cut my headliner on my car during the process and not say anything they just glued it back after they finish a few days after my windshield was leaking at the bottom that I never had before that never sealed properly I called and it took three days to get a hold of someone they came back and put silicone on it and that didn’t work I had to take it to Audi to have my windshield properly fixed I would never recommend any one to use they don’t know what they doing

Their process was horrible. During installation process they were not honest. Please be aware

Last week I got to work and noticed a foot long crack in my windshield and called AGI Auto Glass. They took care of everything! I didn’t have to lift a finger except to hand over my keys to the installers. Quick, professional and neat! They even replaced the damaged weathered cowl. Thanks guys!

I had an appointment this morning at 9 am to get my windshield replaced. I got there about ten minutes early and walked out in just under half an hour. The employees were very nice and professional. After fully inspecting my windshield everything looks great and was done so fast. Im very pleased and will be referring friends and family here.

I was referred by my dealer to Affordable Glass. I was told they do the dealers work as well. The owner was very personable and kind. I waited an hour, was treated with respect, but I also respected the staff (that goes a long way.) My new windshield is exactly what I expected (not aftermarket) Cadillac glass. The guy in the office walked me through my claim and even made sure I got the right glass. I would recommend them to anyone who needed a new glass in their car.

This company was recommended to me by a very trusted source. I made an appointment to have my glass fixed on Tuesday between 12 and 4 PM. At 4 PM on Tuesday, the company did not show up at my house, so I called them to get an update. The dispatcher told me that they got backed up and they would come the next day before noon. Around 12 PM the next day, the owner of the company showed up at my house and began working; unfortunately the wrong glass was ordered. Admittedly, this may have been my fault, but there really is no way to know for sure. In any event, the owner apologize profusely and told me he could get the replacement glass that day and install it the following day, Thursday. On Thursday, the company was scheduled to come to my house first thing in the morning, they never showed up. When I called, I was given the runaround, and the appointment was rescheduled for Friday between 10 and 1 PM. After 1 PM, when the company failed to show up again, I called to complain. The dispatcher told me he would call the technician and get back to me, I didn’t hear from him for at least another hour or more. So I called again, and this time I gave him a piece of my mind detailing all of the above and the amount of time wasted by myself and my wife; I asked for the owner to call me personally to explain - the dispatcher said he would relay the message. Finally, at sometime after 4 PM on Friday, the technician showed up and did the work as promised. I have yet to hear from the owner to apologize and/or explain why multiple appointments were missed without any communication from the company, or to offer me a greater discount (they did waive the mobile fee). I would have given this review three stars, because it seems like the work was done well, but because the owner refused to call a justifiably angry customer, the company only deserves 2 stars.

Called Friday evening and was in Tuesday morning for a windshield replacement. I saved $90 over what safelite was going to charge. Professional and quick service, windshield looks great.

Unprofessional handling of my chipped windshield repair. I had to make an early morning appointment for a chip repair in my windshield. I have busy days so I made an appointment for the first scheduled slot of the day, eight o’clock. I arrived early for the appointment. When I arrived there was no receptionist. I told a gentleman in the office I was there for my appointment. The gentleman could find no record of the appointment in the company’s computerized schedule or in a list of work orders for the day. He called another person on the phone and asked about the appointment. He then said someone would be available shortly. I asked what shortly meant and was told five minutes. While waiting for the repair, a workman entered the building and the first gentleman asked if he did nick repairs and was told he didn’t. I left the building at eight fifteen concerned about their business practice and went to another company, Safelight, and was pleased with the result.

I took my Camaro in for a new wind shield and had a rear window leak, they took good care of me and gave me a very fair price. I would recommend them. The other companies I called did not even want to mess with my car.

I would love to say I could rate them for the quality of their work, but it never even got that far. At least 3 times I was on a time slot and got bumped each time, but I wasnt even told about how they couldnt make it to our boat until well after my slot.. I had to constantly call to check on how the tech was for his schedule and never received a courtesy call despite it being 1.5 hours past my time window for the most recent incident. And when I called to ask, I was assured hed call me... Which he never did. This has got to be some of the worst service Ive received. If a place is busy I get that, but dont tell me when I call that everything is on track and then blow off a customer without even calling.

Took my 1987 Nissan 300zx for new sealant on my windows yesterday. Not only was the staff extremely helpful in immediately diagnosing the problem, they were able to reseal the windows and send me on my way within the hour. Fair prices and very solid work.

I found my windshield smashed in the middle of the night, called Mike around noon and he had a new one ordered and on the way within minutes! Dropped her off at 3pm, he called an hour later saying she was ready to go, TALK ABOUT SERVICE!!! Dont go anywhere else, dont even think about it!
