I was recommended to this place by a friend. I recently got bigger rims on my car and was having issues with the tires being balanced. A friend of mine said this place was really good, and was also a small business and I wanted to support. But what a huge waste of time. I tried calling and calling and texting bc their ig page said they were having phone issues to no avail. So since it was a short drive from my house i went by on Thursday, spoke to Anthony who seemed very knowledgeable and friendly. I asked if I could make an appt he said come back tomorrow morning at 10:30. I arrived Friday at 10:30 where he was working on someones else car, when he finished he said I forgot I have a Doctors appt in Gardens can you come back later on. I said sure what time? He said he would be back by 12:00 and will get me in and out. Came back at 12:00 Anthony was not there stayed until 12:30 still not there so I called him and he said that he was still at his appt and he would call me once he returned. He did return back at the shop as he posted on IG about an M3 that was also there waiting when I went back at 12:00. Of course no call back from Anthony, actually wasted my time. If you didnt want to do it say so dont waste peoples time and give them the run around. Very unprofessional, would strongly not recommend at all

Didnt warn me about my stripped eccentric bolt and cost me 4 tires when the car was dog tracking for 700 miles. Begged me to remove the review. Figured id keep it to warn others. This was in 2016.EDIT: Obviously the owner is confused as which customer this is; must have a problem with bad service. His statement is not what happened at all, this had nothing to do with spare tires, just wanted an alignment. Apparently he thinks Eccentric bolts have to do with the wheels, scary. Looking like he made up a story to cover himself, but its okay, my story is true. Go to Ernie Bello Motorsport for a good alignment and customer service. There is a reason only stance guys go to Tireguy and not anyone with anything to do with actual track cars go there.

The owner of this business is not the best person you’d want to meet. Unlike many professional business owners, tire guy cannot take any criticism and very often decides to backlash at customers with made up stories. His business is definitely not a 5 Star establishment, google reviews doesn’t do it’s justice. Makes me think how many fake reviews this man puts up himself. Nothing describes my experiences at Tire Guy better than perfect. Anthony and his guys always take great care of me, getting me in and out as fast as possible. Super professional, told me exactly what I needed. Came in for one tire and turned out I needed two. They were friendly, did not force me to get the second one but said I def will be needing another one within the next week or so. Highly recommend.

The guy took about a week to work on my car and would not keep me in the loop of what was happening. I had to bring my car back to another place 2 days later because the problem was never fixed.

Job well done! I had some serious alignment issues with my Tesla ever since I put my custom 22s on. They were able to get me some new rear tires ordered for a good price and installed the very next day. Plus they did a full alignment on the front and back wheels.

Let me preface this with I have never written a review before be it good or bad. With that said, I have been to Tire Guy multiple times and have never had an issue. That changed the other day when getting off 95 and my wheel came off the car. It was 2 days after the car was done by Anthony and his employees, but the one day after it was getting prepped for a show and the following day was the show. It fell off after a total of maybe 30 miles of driving. I initially wrote a 1 star review about it thinking that that was all there was to it, but no. Anthony of Tire Guy reached out and didnt call me, but called several of my friends dragging them into a situation that didnt concern them. I got in contact with him and he invited me over to the shop to talk about what happened. Once there he explained multiple times about how maybe somebody at a shop touched the wheels or maybe even somebody at the show tried to steal them (thats a bit ballsy if I say so myself). He explained how aluminum lug nuts are dangerous, yet he told me about the multiple sets hes used with lugs so dangerous, he failed to bring it to my attention when remounting the wheels. Now these lugs were new, just swapped out. He repeatedly insisted they werent loose and I watched them get tightened, which is correct, but what I didnt know (because Im not a Tire Guy) is that you cant use an impact on aluminum. He admits to torquing it to 150, but after researching myself, 150 is about the minimum for steel, and aluminum should be done by hand. Now this would make sense seeing as after the wheel shot off, all the thread from the lug nuts was still wrapped around the studs. After towing the car home and removing the other lugs, I found the same was done to more than half. He offered me an alignment if I were to drive the car up to him, which cant be done because the car now has 3 wheels and even with 4 Im not exactly stoked to drive it on 95 to his shop. Youd think this would be the end but no, my buddy who was with me when they were mounted and when I talked to him posted his own review of the shop. Hes a whole different individual, yet Anthony of Tire Guy texts me and threatens to call a lawyer. He posts a long professional response about how the car gets drifted, which it doesnt, and I left the shop to smoke, apparently hinting at marijuana use. Not only is that untrue, it amazes me a company would go through all the trouble of dragging a customer through the mud in front of his peers than to just bite the bullet and fix something they messed up. Saying I dont have pictures of the lug nuts that came off, yeah because they shot off while driving so kinda hard to find. Im not sure what proof is needed other than my car sitting on 3 wheels on the side of the road when nobody has touched my wheels since your shop. I will not be going back to this shop ever, and I dont even want their help fixing my car. Avoid.

Actually went to VW and they stated they will most likely scratch or damage my aftermarket rims, and should not do the service here. I thanked him for his honesty and said I’m outta here.Contacted tire guy! Set up an appointment! Saved me from going to VW where they will scratch my rims! Got a rebalance and alignment! Quick and experienced service and saved me from carpal tunnel syndrome from gripping my shaking steering wheel!Will be back.

I Bought a new tire with Anthony swan at tire guys (see attached picture) the tire came with a repair. At the same time I was doing his laundry counters and he was not happy that we had to modify his sink (oversized) in order to fit (which he had agreed to with my installers). Swan reached out trough Facebook and negotiated with my wife (pregnant ) where she would refund him 500$ and he and I would remove each other’s bad review (see attached the convo). Swan got his check, cashed it and posted back the review. Antony swan is a type of person that deceives and cheats pregnant women. I’m posting all the exchanges for you to make your own conclusions about the scam business that he runs in west palm. Stay away from this deceiving and cheating business that he runs called tire guy!!

When I get pulled up I saw guys working on a car, they said nothing to me after sitting for a while so i went inside. Nobody was inside to help me. So I walked back outside and asked if they sold tires. The guy said give him a minute. He had me waiting entirely too long. I ended up leaving. They just seemed like they didn’t want to be bothered. Very unprofessional I will never go here again.

I was worried about my fragile painted wheels getting chipped during the tire install and alignment, but was excited to notice there were no marks or chips. Tireguy is low-car-friendly, too!

Legit on every level, shop was slammed with work but he still got me in last minute for two tires and a alignment. One tire had a lock nut that I forgot the key for but of course being the pros they are they had me covered with no worries, my tires where the best price and the alignment was too, car is straight like an arrow now. I drove all the way up from Broward county and it was worth it, A++++ * * * * *I will be back again for new rims

Tire Guy is awesome and does work on numerous sports cars and low vehicles, so he is the only shop in the area I can actually trust to work on my Evo. Whether it ranges from stretching tires, or getting the right amount of camber in an alignment, he does it all and Ive never had issues. Very Unprofessional, these 5 stars are fake reviews, he begs his followers on Instagram to give him 5 stars, and wouldn’t be surprised if he created account to boost his rating. When you call to make an appointment, he sets up a time and date, but when you get there he will either tell you to wait 2 hours or come to the next day. Doesn’t note anything, just keeps it on his head. Who knows, might be cheap but the service is horrible, I’m not the only one who has experienced this. Worst thing of all, his responses to the low ratings are so fake, he makes up a lie and tries to cover for himself.

Tire Guy is the most knowledgeable friendly tire shop around WPB. Ive brought them my track ready Miata for a couple alignments after suspension adjustments. Theyve also plugged a tire for me too. Tire Guy and his staff are always always open to answer questions and help out with any kind of car. I drive almost 30 minutes to them and its well worth it everytime! Lady friendly too as my wife has visited Tire Guy to pick up my wheel for me. I wish I could give them 10 stars.
