I received a better appraisal on my 2021 F150 from a Toyota dealership who can’t even sell the vehicle as a certified pre-owned like Ford can. That told me all I needed to know about this place. My daughter purchased a brand new 2015 ford focus from the Royal Palm Beach location. Our family has purchased many other new vehicles from this location as well. My daughters car has been at the service department for 4 months without being repaired as of yet. It is a transmission issue that Ford is well aware of and responsible for. They claim they cannot get the part to fix her vehicle yet refuse to give her a rental / loaner car in the meantime. This is her only source of transportation and no one is resolving this issue. We will not be buying any other cars from this dealership I will also be filing a complaint with their corporate office and any other state / government entity I can. Extremely disappointed in the customer service our family is experiencing. Do not buy from them!

Day 1 ) Has 8am appointment, but had to wait til 8:30 to deal with anyone. Apparently everyone has an 8am appointment even though only 2 service advisors were on schedule.Was told car would be ready same day, maybe next day.No one from the dealer called me to let me know my car wasn’t even looked at on day 1.Day 2 ) sat around all waiting for a phone call. 5pm I decide to call. Car still not looked at. Got attitude from service advisor. Asked why it was taking so long and was given some excuses about how hard it is to find people in this industry. Service advisor suggested I take it to another dealer to get service. He was confident I couldn’t do that in a shorter time than they could fix the car.Day 3 ) picked up car. Repair was done very well.Repair was for motor mount, seat belt replacement, and rear wheel bearing. All items I requested to have repaired without diagnosis. Was still charged 100$ diagnosis fee.Thanks AL Packer!Place is total rip-off.

The lady on the phone was super nice and helpful. It was easy to drop off the car after hours.When I went to pick my car, I was handed the keys and told.to find someone in a gray or red shirt to go get the car. There was a man in a van pointing to the men in the 2 booths. They had on gray shirts. They told me I had to find a red shirt today. The only person I could.fi d in a red shirt was the man in the van. He took my key and complained that the others just watch other do the work.So the pick up of my car was uncomfortable. I dont blame the man in the van. He was doi g.several jobs at once, while the gray shirts just watched. Not customer friendly.

Ive been a long time customer of the Quick Lane center and Ive always received good and courteous service. But I have to say that my last service advisor Brian went above and beyond to put me at ease and made it his job to see that the process of getting my tires ordered and received in a timely manner and installation and alignment for my mustang went as smooth as possible. This is my first time dealing with him and he definitely made a good impression by taking initiative and ownership.

I received delivery today of my 2021 Mach-1! It took some time for delivery because of the chip shortages & other supply chain delivery issues! However, I could not have selected a better dealership than Al Packer Ford of West Palm Beach, Florida! My personal sales representative was Ed Rodrigues and his handling of this order & delivery process was perfect! Ed Is a very capable professional sales rep for Al Packer. I am a senior citizen with a 33 year Ford career behind me. I have purchased many Ford products over my life time & cannot remember a time when I received more through, professional assistance! The absolute worst purchase experience ever!! I drove 275 miles to purchase a vehicle that could not find anywhere in the Southeast. Driving home after purchase I noticed the odometer had 4,600 miles on it. The fact that this vehicle was a Demo was never disclosed to me. The website did not disclose mileage. The salesperson and finance documentation did not disclose mileage. In fact the sales documentation all had 7 miles. The Demo box was not checked on Buyers Order or Financing Agreement. The most deceptive vehicle sales experience I have ever had and I am 69 years old. Emailed general manager about my experience and never heard from him. Even found Potatoe Chips under passenger seat when exchanging floor mats!!! I can promise 2 things!! This will not happen to me again and I would not consider Al Packer Ford for anything !!!! Horrible

I bought a 24’ RV and didn’t know who to take it to for service. As the RV has a Ford chassis I thought this would be a good place to try. How lucky I was to bring my vehicle here. They did a great job both times I’ve had it in. The only little ding is that they could be better at calling back when I left messages and letting me know when ready. Other than that. Good job. I went to the dealership because my 2019 Ford Mustang Automatic with 59k miles was giving issues. The car would stall randomly at a stop. I left the car with them for a few days. When they call me back they say nothing is wrong with the car. I tell them something is wrong with the car it stalls randomly at a stop. I brought the car in another time because the problem persist. They asked me to leave the car there for an indefinite amount of time and claim they still might not figure out what the issue is. I went to another Ford dealer a few weeks later now the car is out of warranty and they figured the issue with the car within 1 day. This dealership is incompetent. The torque convert is bad. Now I am stuck with the repair bill because they dont know how to do their job. It is a Ford Mustang literally one Fords most sold cars. Also the service advisors are rude. Rick Solomon I believe. They gave me attitude because I was trying to get them to fix my car when it was still under warranty. They keep insisting nothing is wrong with it.

The service-techs are also very friendly and after meeting them briefly, I quickly learned how knowledgeable they are in their work, and how passionate they are about the Ford brand especially Evan and Trace. The General Manager is very fair and open dialogue about trade values, I am considering trading my 2019 F350 6.7L 29K mi in to this dealer. I am confident the sales team will do their best to beat my best offer on trade. Shop these guys last, with your best number and they will do their best to earn business. Very disappointed with Al Packer Ford in West Palm Beach.In exemption to the sales person who tried to do his best, the rest completely failed. The acquaintance to my new car wasn’t completed. In the middle of the presentation the sales person was called by manager to another client and no one was sent as a replacement to complete the familiarization with my new car. Second disappointment was from financial department which shows incompetence. For a few days after the car purchase, I was harassed with an absurd and illegal requirements! After leaving dealership I found that the tank was only half full. I had quite the disappointing shopping experience with the dealer. They have a 2020 Lariat F-150 equipped just the way I like with a substantial discount. Decided to make an apt. for Saturday at 11am and make the drive from Port St. Lucie. I was immediately passed on to another sales person, not the one I originally called and scheduled with. He pointed out as we were walking out to look and test drive the Lariat F-150 that there is another model identical to the one I requested to drive that has 2 wheel drive instead of 4 wheel drive that would cost less. Decided to give this one a test drive found battery completely dead and some kind of stain on the passenger side floor mat (by the way, a cat popped out of the engine bay when the engine hood was opened and the exterior of vehicle was filthy.) Even after the battery was charged up and I proceeded with test drive the battery still did not have the power required to test numerous features on the truck (different drive modes etc.) Decided to get setup with some numbers on trade in and truck as I felt if approved to purchase I would just do a proper test drive with everything functioning. It ended up that after asking for a bill of sale break down the 2 wheel drive F-150 actually cost $3,000 more than the truck I originally drove to see! Quite frustrated at this point, after pointing out the mistake, they did the adjustment. Decided with the odd and unpleasant experience I had, I would just head home. The only decent thing the dealer had to offer is a good price, that is when shown the vehicle you originally inquired about.

Personally, I love this dealership and have bought 5 cars from them over the last 20 years.However, today I was not as enthusiastic since their service person, Dylan, said they could not look a the issue with my backup camera. He indicated they are too busy & the only way they will look at my Escape is to leave it overnight.Sorry, but I made arrangements at home due to a family member being disabled & cannot just leave my car.I used the Quicklane to change oil which is always ok.Overall, I felt the service area put most of their energy into fleet customers & left me behind.

I am very disappointed and disgusted with Ford dealerships in total! The one on Okeechobee and the one on Northlake! This time l went in for a serious job that my ford explorer needed a replacement of my power steering motor that l had all the condition of a RECALL that was posted for my model. But they wouldnt honor it! Said my serial number was not the same as there books stated. They quoted me $3,400.00 dollars for a new one to be placed?! I didnt take the bait. Since they were under staffed it took one whole week to get my car back because they were too behind to do there paper work?! I had to go through so much to hitch a ride everyday to get to work for there was no loaners available to give at the time of drop off. Finally on this 8th day l went to pick up my car and taking it to a regular mechanic shop who is charging me less than half what Ford asked me. I gave them a 2 star rating because l had taken my Ford for oil changes the past 5 yrs. I paid $100 dollars for the diagnostic test and left. Im done!

Service was a little slower than I would have liked. Took two hours for an oil change and I was there when they opened. Everyone was courteous and the staff was very friendly. However they had no coffee. 7:30am on a Saturday morning and no complementary coffee. Really.

My car had a recall so they did what they needed to do but I asked the man (Alex) who checked me in if they would please install my new florida license plate and he said yes. I put it in my front seat and I went to get my car today and they did not do it. Such a simple request. I don’t have the tool I need to do it myself but for them it should have been so easy since my car was in the service department. I didn’t know until they pulled my car around so I just let it go but it’s disappointing as a long standing customer of Packer Ford. The quick lane is always great service but the service lane - not so much.

Al Packer β€˜Quick Lane’ service is excellent, and pricing is great. I’ve been using them for 5 years and never had an issue.I’m a firm believer on having dealer do all my vehicle maintenance. ASI Ford trained technicians and factory OEM parts is the only way to go.My Fusion with 2.0 Ecoboost has 97,000 miles, runs perfectly, never had an issue.Keep up the great work Al Packer Ford!

This is the 2nd time i took my 14 fusion to Al PackerEast for my repairs the only Service Adviser I use there Steve Thomas. He is very thoughtful, informative, very thorough, and he keeps me updated on my car. I will only take my cat to al packer east Steve Thomas.
