If you go here be SMART. They just tried to tell me my car with 7500 miles needed a new set of tires and battery for $900. Do you know how insulting that is? Sorry…I’ll take the $21 oil change bud. Anyway, it should really be illegal to lie about fake repair needs but since it isnt I can at least warn West Palm Beach of your nonsense.On a side note, it was a good price for the oil change they just have zero integrity.

If I could give zero stars I would. I went in to get my front right tire changed because it was deflating too quickly. They told me nothing was wrong with my tires and told me I needed $1,000 worth of work done to my car. I showed up that weekend and waited 6 hours. After I paid and left I noticed that the issue wasn’t fixed. Went to Jiffy Lube and found out that I had a bubble in my tire. So not only was I lied to about the work needed to be done but I was also lied to about my tires that I knew were the issue. I asked for a refund and was laughed at. They said the work was done so it wasn’t their problem. I think it’s so wrong that they lied about everything and took my money with no remorse. $1,000 is nothing to them but that’s rent for me and my kids. When I called customer service, they were so rude and told me I had no proof of their people lying. I’m a single mom. I don’t know anything about cars. How can I prove that they’re lying? This is so wrong.

First I must say that staff was friendly and courteous. I was however a little disappointed with some of the service. The manager called me right away to see what was and was not done. He even refunded money for a particular service. I greatly appreciate his timely intervention and willingness to make things right. I would consider future service.

Ron is the best!!!!! This guy is as fast as those pit crew stops. I know he is the manager but for someone to take charge and get there hands dirty is a plus for me. Ron is a huge asset to this company and I came here many times and never experienced a clean showroom and bathroom where in top shape with disinfectant Lysol spray and wipes which is a plus as well . I can tell you as a female I felt so safe and welcomed to a facility like this. I felt no pressure and got in and out quick without the pushy salesmanship. Received an accomodation on tires that did not wear properly. Had a wheel alignment and new tires mounted and balanced at a very reasonable price. Ron evaluated the situation and provided a great customer service experience.

Just purchased 4 new tires from here about a month ago. Drove over a nail the other day and brought the tire in to be patched. Totally free because I purchased the protection on the new tires. Don and Luis were super helpful, I just dropped off the tire and came back in about an hour and it was done! They patched it and then took of my donut and put the tire back on. Put the donut back in the car and put everything back in place, just like new. All the mechanics were excellent too and very helpful, always coming back to this location!

My sensor light was on for a couple of days and my tire had gone flat. I gave it a temporary fix by putting air in it and decided after work I would go to the nearest tire Kingdom. I went to one in West Palm Beach at 5:45 and even though they close at 7 PM I was turned away because they were backed up and could not take any more customers. I went to another tire place and they were closed as they close at 6 PM. I checked online to see the nearest Tire Kingdom and I found this one located at 1544 Palm Beach Lakes Blvd. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Louvensky who greeted me while he was by himself on the phone helping another customer. He quickly tended to my matter as I explained to him the situation that I was in and he had Nelson who was also by himself working on two other cars address the tire issue that I was having. The two worked together, made recommendations, answered all of my questions and they gave me a quote. I was in and out within 30 minutes and I’m so grateful that they took the time to give me good customer service. My tire was patched and I am good to go. Thank you Louvensky and Nelson for helping the girl out!

Came up from Fort Lauderdale on a last minute family trip in the area, and unfortunately we caught a nail in our tire. An additional expense we didn’t need to start our day. But Lou at Tire Kingdom in West Palm made the transition so smooth and managed to squeeze in a last minute fix 🙏🏼 Lou is understanding and was very professional and was able to get the job done way earlier than expected! Tire kingdom on palm beach lakes Blvd has been my go to auto repair solution for years.. they really let me down today. I over charged my a/c on my Ford explorer and asked them to evacuate the system and correct the problem. They refused to help me!!!! I went to an independent shop and they fixed the problem in less than an hour.... they knew I was a long time customer but it didnt matter.Tire Kingdom has lost my business and the many recommendations IWill no longer provide

Service for leaking tire took waaaaaaay longer than it should for a business who specializes in TIRES. Had to get tire plugged for a rental car. The rental company sent us there for service, they called for “approval”, took almost 3 hours to plug a tire and put on a new one that I feel should have been done another time as we had the car only a day more. Too much idle time I noticed. 2-3 techs gathered for ONE customer’s issue. The one taking care of us Ivan I believe was nice and all just too much time there. My day was gone.

This tire kingdom ROCKS! They aren’t shady and really try to work with you. I recently moved from Maryland to West Palm Beach. In the two days I was in Florida, I got a flat tire!!! Go figure. I made an appointment with tire kingdom knowing there was no way they could patch my tire. The nail was huge and on the side of the tire. Being that I was super broke, I told the gentleman that I couldn’t afford a fancy tire and to give me something cheap. He totally gave me a discount and welcomed me to Florida. This was the worst experience i had ever. When you run a company customer service is everything and you guys treated us with no kindness or compassion at all.Let me start by saying that we came to visit a friend all the way from ORL, FL. After getting in our friends apartment complex a nail stuck to our tire. We stopped our fun day and had to call for a patch up, the nail was really in there but it looked fixable. They told us that it would be an hour wait until they can get someone to LOOK AT IT. The nail had came off already and we were left with a deflated tire. We had to leave the place, so an hour and 20 passed and no communication. We then called the place and the lady told us that it would take them 2-3 hours more of waiting time. Okay, cool! An hour later they called US and we are told that the tire is not fixable and that we needed a new tire. The cost of one tire is $160. We told them we were unable to do it at the time due to being too expensive. We politely asked them if they can put the spare tire on instead. All their answer was Sorry we are unable to help you since we arent getting no money from you. You guys had no compassion at all. We couldnt leave or do anything. We literally had to demand the employees to do it for us for all the time they had us waiting. No professionalism! No compassion! We almost got stranded and ripped off. Ended up going to Discount Tire they are 20 min from this place and their service and help much betterrrrrrrr!!!!!!!!! BEWAREEEE!!!

I am a single mother and don’t know a neighbor or someone who could assist me so I went to Tire Kingdom. All I needed was my back seat cushion removed (unclipped) from my Honda Civic so I could finish installing a seat cover set. I had already removed the bolt on the back seat bottom, but the clips proved too difficult for me. They unclipped it in no time and I was quickly on my way. I was told to come back anytime I needed help. Thank you so much for being neighborly and helping this mamma out! I am very grateful to know I have a place to go for my future automobile needs.

A couple of weeks ago i noticed 2 of my tires were really run down so i called and spoke to Luis, he let me know in less than 5 minutes if they had my tires in stock and gave me a quote over the phone. Thankfully, they weren’t extremely busy so i was able to drive in and was out in under an hour and a half. I do suggest calling beforehand and maybe making an appointment because they do tend to get busy keep in mind because they are working on cars, i wouldnt want anyone rushing on mine. They were extremely professional. I will 100% be going back to get my other 2 tires changed when theyre ready.( this was my second time coming to them for something completely different and everytime is amazing) ASK FOR LUIS!!!!

This place is a big scam, don’t go there and safe your money!! I went there 2 weeks ago for vehicle inspection because my steering wheel was pulling to the right and shakes, they said you need an alignment, so they did it, I tested and still was the same so I got back they checked again and told me both control arms were bad and wanna charged me 1500$. After that I went to other places and the confirmed that everything was fine just I needed new tires which i did replace them and now all is perfect.

Dont come here without an appointment. Not only is it necessary but they make you feel like an idiot for assuming you can walk in and get your oil changed.Frequently youll walk in and nobody will be at the counter and youll have to search for someone outside.Anticipate between and hour and an hour and a half for an oil change. I waited about an hour and 15 minutes and that was with an appointment and also letting the guys know I was late for a class in Boca. They spent most of the time standing around in the garage talking to each other.

I have a 2006 Range Rover needed 2 tpms wheel sensors. I went to have them replaced. They installed 2 sensors taking 3 hrs. on a Saturday early morning. My wheel sensor light was still on and they gave me a paper saying after a while the light would erase. 3 weeks later my TPMS lights still on, so I went back. The same guy that supposedly verified the install, scanned sensors and said someone else didn’t check because the sensors installed werent for my vehicle? Really? So, I rescheduled to return on that Saturday and arrived at 2:30 pm. They finished replacing my already replaced sensors at 6:00pm. All freaking day there? When they pulled my vehicle out, they said not to worry about it and it was at no cost, BULLSH..!!? I walked around vehicle and my tire was given a tumor somehow during mounting process. Shop manager had the nerve to say it wasn’t them, when it was obviously the installer whom did it. I told him did he believe if the installer would see a tire in the shape it was in would he not have brought that to his and my attention!? HELLLOOO? I’m screw I know this cause all the manager did it took a picture and that he would bring it up to his boss, which I know isnt happening but I hope ownership sees my post and is an honest business owner and does right by his business but as of know the truth about this place is known and not well. I paid 175 bucks for 2 sensors that didn’t work and wasted another day getting replaced and now I have to buy a 300 tire. How fair and good is this place?Ok after a day, I would like to thank ownership and Don the store manager for making good for bad experience. I receive a call following up with my tire and experience, and Don (manager) ordered me a new tire. Thank you.

Went in for a slow leak on a newer tire they installed. I had road hazard insurance from them. Made an appt arrived at 715 am. At 815. They come out and tell me there was a nail in my right rear tire and its not repairable its also not under warranty we didnt install it. I said thats a big problem it was the left rear tire with the issue. It was on the schedule that way and I told you that before you took a look at it. Wide eyed and stammering the guy says hold on let me go check. He comes back says we will check the left now. 20 minutes later he comes back. There is 2 nails in that tire its not fixable but its under warranty. We do have to charge installation taxes another warranty and the fees. ( its a fee fee if you know what I mean). Now its 945am. 2.5 hours later it is done. $52.50 for a 70$ tire cause of installation tax and fee fees. Also that unfixable right tire miraculously got fixed no charge. So ask yourself. If you buy a road hazard warranty that covers anything why does it cost 2 thirds of a new tire cost to have it replaced. Thought the warranty covered it all. Also how does a non- fixable tire become fixable when the realize they may need to eat the cost on a mistake they made. So I got ripped off on a warranty. I saved myself a new tire rip off on a tire that was fixable. Yea I want my $52.50 back but I figure this will cost them thousands in lost business when people realize how dishonest this place is.Don ( The daytime manager) I hope you see this. I hope your manager sees this. If your gonna lie and rip people off make sure they are stupid or clueless.

I went to Tire Kingdom on Palm Beach LakesBlvd. in West Palm Beach, Florida to get a front end alignment and my tires balanced. My tires were not balanced properly. Not only that my car was returned to my me with oil fingerprints on my door, the hood of the car, the inside of my car door and my steering wheel. I went in and complained to Anthony the manager and showed him the cloth I used to clean the oil off my car. He asked me if he could have the dirty cloth and apologize. I went back to my car and seen more fingerprints and Anthony came out and cleaned the fingerprints off my car. I know my car is old but its my car. I felt very disrespected. I will be calling Tire Kingdom s corporate office today. I took photos of the oil fingerprints on my car. Thumbs down for Tire Kingdom on Palm Beach Lakes Blvd. due to a lazy disrespectful mechanic.

Im a small business owner with a fleet of 6 cars today i took one of my Ford Transit there for 4 tire change, alignment, oil change and a brake light volt replacement.Unfortunately one of the technicians broke my light, a simple mistake that anyone could make and also the first incident that i had in this place even know i been coming here for years.I spoke with Antonio the manager and the level of professionalism that this guy show me was amazing they order me a new light and will replace it free of charge.Im very happy with there work and there honesty i will continue to bring all my company cars here for years to come and will continue to be a loyal customer at this location.Thank you.

The lack of professionalism at this location is mind blowing, Ive always been a loyal customer with Tire Kingdom, but due to unfortunate circumstances I ended up at this shop. I regret going to this location, the staff is careless with the service they provide, I had to come back to get some air added to tires that should of been done, from the get go. So much more with this location, Im just too frustrated to talk. But its not a good location.

My flat tire was fixable however I was told by a worker that I need to purchase a new one! Price was $300 for 1 tire!!!!

Went in for oil change and a slow tire leak since my regular Tire Kingdom in Juno was swamped and I was passing this one.Hopefully they did the oil change properly.I had a slow leak on my right rear tire and when I went to pay they said they couldn’t find it when I asked.I don’t know if they looked even though they did a tire rotation. Since the tire is now on the front I found the leak in 10 minutes.They told me that they couldn’t find the leak an would probably need a new tire.I wouldn’t go to this tire kingdom unless you got a total emergency.

Yesterday morning I borrowed a Sprinter Van from work to move some furniture and boxes to my new home 35 miles away. When I picked up the van, I noticed a large bolt lodged into one of the rear tires. I took the vehicle to Tire Kingdom on Palm Beach Lakes at about 8:30 in the morning. I spoke to Anthony about it and in a matter of minutes he had Santiago replacing the tire with the spare. This took all of about 20 mins and enabled me to not miss a beat with the day of moving ahead of me. A big thank you to the staff!

Customer satisfaction is clearly far from being a priority here. I simply needed a tire patched this morning which I was told should take less than an hour. Well, Ive been sitting here for an hour and twenty minutes watching the mechanic drag his feet and move leisurely around the facility, often times doing seemingly arbitrary tasks. The manager, Steve, is more concerned with socializing with his employees and cracking jokes than he is with efficient service.I have been to Tire Kingdoms in other cities and have typically had great experiences. Today is quite the opposite which is why I took the opportunity to write this review. I will never return here.

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews for this location (Palm Beach Lakes Blvd). I am a 33 year old man with a 2010 Mazda 3. I had an amazing experience. I initially chose this location because of the ease of its website, when all other competitors websites were difficult to navigate. I reserved an appointment for an oil change and two tires online on a Friday for 5pm. The took in my car and serviced it about 15 minutes sooner and finished with it 20 minutes before it was promised. All service technicians seemed to really love their jobs and were professional in every regard. They did not try to up-sell or overcharge me on any services. This will be the only place I take my car from now on. Again, I was extremely impressed. If you reserve online, the price is slightly cheaper and all products and services will be provided.

Curtis was fantastically helpful. He directed me to exactly and only what my car needed and got me a hefty discount! They did my brakes, tires and oil all in about 4hours and completely to my satisfaction. I can not recommend tire choice or Curtis any higher! Ill will be coming here for my future service needs!

Bottom line: average service if you hold your ground and arent duped by their desire to sell you things you dont need. Here is a case and point. Today I dropped the car off to get the tires balanced and aligned (I have the 5-year roadside service). I then get a phone call from them telling me that my tires have no tread and need to be replaced. Uh...no I dont think so! Your tire walls are done the service manager insisted. Not giving into his bluff, I simply repeated my instructions again...Tire pressure, balance, and align. Thats all I want you to do... Finally he agreed and got the job done. When I picked the car up this afternoon, the penny test revealed that I have LOADS of tread left. Had I believed him, he would have thrown away perfectly great tires, and I would never have known he was giving me fake information so he could make a buck off me. If you know what youre doing and can stand up to nonsense, youll be fine. Otherwise, either go with someone who knows what theyre doing or find someone else. Good luck!

This town is full of shady mechanics. My low beam and daytime running light was out. I swung by this Tire Kingdom, near my home, quickly to get a new bulb put in. Ten minutes later they tell me that the mechanic working on my car tried to replace the bulb but its not a bulb issue and I need electrical work. He wrote down a number to some place called Total Electric and told me to set up an appointment with them. I found it suspicious how quickly they referred me to someone else.So, I made an appointment with the dealer instead. Turns out the bulb needed replacement and that is all. There was no electrical problem.Needless to say, I have learned my lesson. Its better to pay an extra $20 at the dealership than to be scammed out of hundreds at the other mechanics. I have been screwed by their type too many times. No bargain is worth that kind of mistreatment.

I have road hazard coverage on my tires and the mechanics were able to patch a nail hole in a timely and efficient manner on a Sunday. I am at the location on a regular basis so much that Tony and I are almost friends. Haha He is especially kind and helpful.

Called them to see if my size tire in stock. It was and went there and installed quickly. VERY satisfied. ALSO, originally called another TK store for availability of tire. They did not have it but checked computer and told me of other stores that had it and gave me phone numbers!!

Ridiculous quote for a tune up, $700!! The car is almost 15 years old. I feel that they were trying to rip my mom off because she was alone and unfamiliar with the process. They forced the engine diagnostic on her after saying theyd be able to make a determination with just the $20 vehicle inspection when we spoke over the phone. Shady and overpriced. Go to Firestone or anywhere but here.

I had an unusual situation and Tony (just Tony) quickly understood and got me outta there in an hour with 2 new tires. I walked across the street and had great lunch at the diner. Dont remember the name of the diner but i remember that bananas foster cheesecake. Omg.

Do not get your car checked here. Had my car check cause of a bouncing feeling. They said I had a split tire and had me buy a new tire. Took my car to my normal repair guy. Turns out they these people can’t see a bent rim. Even when they check your car out. I wasted a lot of money cause these people for no reason and to fix nothin. Plus they broke my hood release in my car. And never said anything. Worse place I have ever been too. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!!! No one there really knows anything about cars and how they work.

Incredible experience! Our daughter Hope attends PBA and was on her way to school when she frantically pulled into Tire Kingdom with a flat. The staff was courteous and professional and fixed the tire in record time. Every single time Ive ever brought her car into this location on Palm Beach Lakes Blvd, they have fixed the problem and have always been extremely polite and competent. Thank you for your service!

These guys are the best!! My wife had a flat tire and went here and they fixed it for free with her Military ID!! Thank you guys so much!!! They had a packed schedule and still had enough time to do a good deed!!

Just went in and asked how long of a wait for an oil change. The response was two hours. I said can I make a reservation or reserve a spot for two hours from now. The response was no I have to wait with the vehicle. This is unacceptable. I will never wait for 2 hours for an oil change. This is the second time this has happened at this location. Hire more help or lose more business. Your choice tire kingdom.

The two toni’s took amazing care of me today! called in a pinch looking for a specific type of tire ... they were able to hook me up that day and get me in and out so fast!!
